I sent a text this morning and they responded quick! I mentioned what I wanted and showed pictures and they delivered! Love the same day delivery option and being able to text what I wanted then having to spend time figuring it out online. I love that they sent me a picture of the bouquet they were going to deliver to my friend to me. Highly recommend if you're in the Pleasanton/livermore area. Thank you so much Jj Studio.
Thank you, JjStudio! The flower arrangements were absolutely superb, and I truly appreciate you incorporating my request. The ordering process was simple and seamless, and the delivery was handled with such professionalism, care, and affection. I highly recommend this studio!
My new go to after a great experience. She was amazing to work with. I completed the form and sure enough she reached out promptly the next business day. We quickly discussed what I was looking for. She provided her process and then quickly turn around a wonderful arrangement that was meant to congratulate a retiring teacher/mentor. She kept me informed and when the delivery was completed. Good value for what I needed as I did not see that with other florists I've used in the past.
My go to florist! She did amazing this year (as expected) for Mother's Day! It was so easy to text her, send in my info form, and pick up from her studio. It's great to see how many orders she got for mother's day. She sent me a picture of the arrangement the day before and always responds so quickly. Every arrangement I saw in the shop was beautiful and unique. I will never go to another florist. :)
I texted the number on the website at 8 am, and the flowers I ordered were delivered by 9:45 am. They collaborated with me on the arrangement, and asked for feedback before sending them out. I will absolutely use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality floral arrangements!
Beautiful arrangement... texted purpose of arrangement and my budget range which resulted in exactly what I was envisioning for less than I anticipated. The delivery was prompt and made with care. Very happy with the quality and service.
Excellent customer service, great communication, on time delivery handled with care, and gorgeous flowers! So happy to have found a florist I can rely on!
Such a great experience with JJ Studio! Communication was smooth and easy throughout the entire process, from design to delivery, and the final arrangement was stunning. They were willing to accommodate any design changes as needed. Highly recommend!
Amazing! Within 20minutes I had a custom order submitted and paid for. Within 3 hours of placing the order, the person had received them. I requested an arrangement for the passing of a pet. I asked if they could assemble an arrangement that commemorated the pet, they nailed it! True artistry. I am not from the area and I am sad I can't purchase all my orders from here. Beautifully done! Thank you to the florist who put this together.
Excellent Service! Extremely responsive and very smooth communications. I had wanted a nice flower arrangement to be delivered and Jj Studio handled everything perfectly. The colors were absolutely beautiful and flowers were perfect arranged. All I had to do was pick out the type of service and bouquet/arrangement that I wanted, time and place to be delivered, and Jj took care of everything else. I am definitely using them again for the next occasion!
Wonderful service. We decided to send a friend a sympathy bouquet and JJ Studio accommodated a next day delivery for us despite being closed (delivery happened on a Sunday). I was able to send pictures of arrangements I liked, and they used their artistic judgement to create a lovely bouquet. Delivery went smoothly as well. Will definitely be coming back
I wanted a bouquet for my daughter-in-law, who just had a baby. I did not see what I wanted on any website, so texted back and forth with JJs. I asked for some pink (it's a girl), no hydrangeas or carnations. They delivered the bouquet within hours and it's GORGEOUS. They really listened and I am delighted with their service!
I needed to buy a small bouquet in a vase centered on irises. Jennifer made me a beautiful arrangement in a glass vase, and stayed past closing time for me to pick up. I was very impressed with the quality and friendly service! read more

My mother was delivered the most gorgeous birthday bouquet of fresh flowers from JJ Studio. Since it was a big birthday and I couldn't celebrate in person I am so happy to have been able to bring a big smile to her face with these flowers. The bouquet was filled with large red roses, pink hydrangeas and others. It totally blew supermarket flowers out of the water. I ordered the farm fresh bouquet with a birthday add on and boy did it deliver both literally (free delivery yay) and figuritvely (my mom LOVED it)! Service was great. Flowers were easy to order and I was sent a photo when they were delivered. I will definatly use JJ Studio again for next year's birthday and if I lived locally I'm sure I would use them regularly for my own enjoyment. read more

Everything was so simple including payment! Couldn't have ask for more and most importantly, my cousin and family loved the bouquets! Thanks so much again! read more

Ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers from jj after passing by their quaint little studio in downtown Pleasanton. Service was easy and friendly and the arrangement was stunning. By far the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I've ever gotten. I got a large bouquet with a big vase that costed a little over $200. Definitely more on the expensive side although the flowers last forever and you get a vase! Highly recommend purchasing from Jj studio. I will definitely be ordering another arrangement! read more

I am a returning customer and love how easy it is to place an order for delivery. I follow Jj Studio on Instagram (@js._handcrafted) to keep up with their latest inventory of florals. They never disappoint! They truly have florals for every occasion and design bouquets so beautifully. The flowers from this studio has lasted weeks for us in the past which is why I love ordering from Jj Studio. read more

My husband ordered flowers for me from JJ Studio for my birthday and they were absolutely beautiful! But what makes me compelled to write this review is that after 10 days they are still so gorgeous! Hydrangeas and roses don't usually last this long but even after 10 days they are hanging on and still so fresh! We have found our neighborhood florist! read more

Best customer service I've ever had ordering flowers. I wanted someone local to the person we were sending flowers to so they would be fresh, original in design and handmade, not sourced from phone-flora or 1800 you-know-what. From start to finish JJ was communicative, double checked all of the info for the order and let me know when the flowers were delivered. Thank you for helping us make our friend feel better. read more

Amaaaazing customer service! They responded to my message almost immediately. My sister in law's mom passed away, and I wanted to send her a sympathy arrangement. I'm from Los Angeles, so I'm not too familiar with the flower shops in the area. I looked on Yelp and found this shop's listing. Everything they said they'd do, they did! I reached out at 10:45am, and it was delivered by 1pm! I was even notified the moment it was delivered to their doorstep! My sister in law loved it! read more

Wow! What a delight JJ Studio was to work with. I've sent many floral arrangements to friends and family over the years and I have to say this florist shop is one of the best I've experienced in customer service and floral design. They were prompt in responding to my request, provided three different gorgeous arrangements to choose from and then confirmed when the flowers were out for delivery as well as delivered. I was really impressed and appreciative. read more

WOW!!! My experience with JJ Studio Florist was nothing short of amazing! My husband and I were searching for a florist that delivered as our friend's family live in Dublin. We needed same day delivery to send a token of our support and love as our friend just experienced an unexpected loss in their family. I literally text the provided phone number 45 minutes before closing to ask if it was too late to submit an order for same day delivery. I received an immediate reply asking for a few details and was sent four photo options based on what I was looking for. I selected the arrangement I wanted, paid for the order, and about 20 minutes later, the attached photo was sent as confirmation. AMAZING!!! Not only was the process swift and crazy easy, JJ Studio Florist did a fantastic job with the arrangement in almost no time! JJ Studio Florist - MANY THANKS for accommodating our order on such short notice! You were absolutely wonderful - more businesses should follow suit. We wish we lived closer so we could personally enjoy your beautiful arrangements for special occasions. read more

I was very pleased with Jj Studio Florist. The bouquet was beautiful and wrapped with extra extra special care. The wrapping was made into a vase that held water and stood on its own, no vase needed. We had a birthday land on a holiday and they were still able to deliver for us when most places are closed. Overall very high quality and great service. I highly recommend. read more

JJ Studio is impressive, extremely responsive, efficient and not to mention makes the most beautiful arrangements. I wanted to order sympathy flowers for a friend who lost her Aunt and found JJ studio through Yelp and all the reviews. Jennifer responded almost immediately to my text message. I was able to place an order and delivery was made on the same day. Payment process was smooth through Apple Pay. With me living in a different state across the country - it put me at ease to know that I am placing an order with a reputable florist. The bouquet was stunning and absolutely beautiful. One of the best ones I saw in my life. I wish we had someone like her in our state. Thank you Jennifer for all your help, suggestions, your expertise and for making my friend's day full of cheer and comfort. Wishing you all the best with your business. Stay safe & healthy. read more

Jj Studio is just as impressive as the reviews are sharing! One of my supervisors got sick this week and I needed a last minute floral delivery in the Dublin area. I found Jj studio online, and visited the website. I saw that to place an order, you can text or email them. I sent a text in the morning and received a response back 10 minutes later! Jennifer asked for the delivery information (address/name/date) and sent me examples of what was available! After deciding, she sent me a payment link via Square. They delivered the arrangement on the SAME DAY as I ordered! Efficient experience, kind owner, and gorgeous work! You can tell she really cares about her customers. (YES- she does send a photo to confirm delivery!) PS. free shipping for those in the Dublin/Pleasanton area! read more
