Amazing! Within 20minutes I had a custom order submitted and paid for. Within 3 hours of placing the order, the person had received them. I requested an arrangement for the passing of a pet. I asked if they could assemble an arrangement that commemorated the pet, they nailed it! True artistry. I am not from the area and I am sad I can't purchase all my orders from here. Beautifully done! Thank you to the florist who put this together.

Wonderful service. We decided to send a friend a sympathy bouquet and JJ Studio accommodated a next day delivery for us despite being closed (delivery happened on a Sunday). I was able to send pictures of arrangements I liked, and they used their artistic judgement to create a lovely bouquet. Delivery went smoothly as well. Will definitely be coming back

Excellent Service! Extremely responsive and very smooth communications. I had wanted a nice flower arrangement to be delivered and Jj Studio handled everything perfectly. The colors were absolutely beautiful and flowers were perfect arranged. I am in awe of not only the beautiful arrangement of flowers I requested, but also the amazing service. I made a last minute decision to purchase flowers as a surprise gift for my anniversary and saw this shop had such high ratings. I am so glad I decided to contact them because they went above and beyond with communication and making sure I got the flowers on the same day. It can be difficult to set aside time for pick up, working a 9 to 5 job when the shop says it closes at 5. Of course, they offer delivery but I wanted to be the one giving the flowers to my partner. That is why I cannot be more thankful they were flexible and super understanding, and allowed me to pick up 40 minutes after closing. 100% recommend anyone who is looking for a florist in the area!

On Sunday (8/3/25) at the PleasantonPolooza, downtown Pleasanton, CA - I was handed a rose, by a very friendly person. It was the end of the day & I was tired from a long day of fun in the sun with music & lots of fun vendors... So I went home & put my rose in a vace, but didn't take the plastic off yet - but made sure it had water. - Now the reason for my post. Tuesday I finally took the plastic off the rose and this morning I witness the most perfect rose that I had ever seen... - I have not used this florist yet, but by receiving this friendly gesture and seeing the quality of the rose, it made me look at their website and now they are top on my list for the next time I need to get flowers. - Thank You JJ Studio for making me smile. WOW!!! My experience with JJ Studio Florist was nothing short of amazing! My husband and I were searching for a florist that delivered as our friend's family live in Dublin. We needed same day delivery to send a token of our support and love as our friend just experienced an unexpected loss in their family. I literally text the provided phone number 45 minutes before closing to ask if it was too late to submit an order for same day delivery. I received an immediate reply asking for a few details and was sent four photo options based on what I was looking for. I selected the arrangement I wanted, paid for the order, and about 20 minutes later, the attached photo was sent as confirmation. AMAZING!!! Not only was the process swift and crazy easy, JJ Studio Florist did a fantastic job with the arrangement in almost no time! I was very pleased with Jj Studio Florist. The bouquet was beautiful and wrapped with extra extra special care. The wrapping was made into a vase that held water and stood on its own, no vase needed. We had a birthday land on a holiday and they were still able to deliver for us when most places are closed. Overall very high quality and great service. I highly recommend. read more

She very friendly and was flexible enough to switch our conversation over to text because it was difficult for me to hear. Over text she made recommendations, took my order details, accommodated for my office's budget, as well as our payment method. I was especially pleased when the delivery was confirmed with a photo. Jj Studio is just as impressive as the reviews are sharing! One of my supervisors got sick this week and I needed a last minute floral delivery in the Dublin area. I found Jj studio online, and visited the website. I saw that to place an order, you can text or email them. I sent a text in the morning and received a response back 10 minutes later! Jennifer asked for the delivery information (address/name/date) and sent me examples of what was available! After deciding, she sent me a payment link via Square. They delivered the arrangement on the SAME DAY as I ordered! Efficient experience, kind owner, and gorgeous work! You can tell she really cares about her customers. Sent an email on Sunday of a holiday weekend and got a response back within minutes. The selection/options were beautiful, and delivery was available on a holiday! I was sent photos via text prior to delivery (so great to know what the flowers you're sending look like!) and, despite a delay at a guard gate, delivery person was patient (SO patient!) and a confirmation of delivery text was received. The bouquet was just beautiful and I couldn't have been happier w/ customer service. The recipient went on & on about how lovely and unique the arrangement was. Wow. I am so amazed at how easy and fast it was to get flowers ordered and delivered all in a span of 2 hours! I needed to delivery flowers on short notice. I had a budget in mind, needed it to be delivered, and had a certain color scheme in mind as well. I wanted to support a local business when buying a floral arrangement for my supervisor and was glad to find JJ Studio Florist on Yelp. I must echo all the positive reviews this business has gotten. The flowers I got were so nicely arranged! Everyone at work marveled at how beautiful the bouquet was and that it could stand on its own without a vase - pretty cool! Ordering the bouquet was easy as the owner Jennifer was very responsive via text and payment was done through Square. I have over 10 years of experience working as a floral designer .My handcrafted products are made daily with fresh flowers. I design one-of-a-kind bouquets with the best quality flowers available. My custom made products come in many different colors. You can make special requests, such as choosing your favorite color. The bouquets can be used for different occasions such as birthday parties, decorations, gifts, and photo shoots. I hope my designs will brighten your day and bring joy to the recipients.

At that point in time I made peace with their response to my review and told them that we could move on. I thought that I could lay the matter to rest and focus on my family during this sad time. Four weeks after my dad's passing, I was beginning to open up again to the world, when I went to my in-laws' home. My MIL had a letter addressed to me; even she was perplexed. It was from Starr. In a gross violation of my privacy, Starr wrote me a handwritten letter using my in-laws' address from their order. In her letter Starr claimed that she did not have my information due to me declining to share it and so she used my in-laws' payment information to find her way to me. Her letter was one full page, front and back, of defending herself and telling me stories of how she is a truly exemplary employee, even staying behind at the store extra late for another order. This letter did two things: 1) it reopened my wounds from feeling like I was unseen and unheard in one of my truest moments of vulnerability and 2) showed me that she still had no awareness of the pain she had caused since she did not apologize and instead told me stories of how she treated other people better than me. I then reached back out to the manager via Yelp to ask for a phone number and good time to talk to discuss something. They told me to just call the store number and stopped responding when I asked for a good time to be sure to speak with the right person. I decided not to pursue the matter because, honestly, it hurt like hell having to deal with this on top of my grief. It has now been 3 months since my father passed, since this all started, and I tried to let it go, but I decided to write this update. Albeit delayed, I think people should know the way this matter was handled -- vindictively with self-interest and an outright disregard for the reason why people need their service in the first place. What an an absolute disgraceful display of professional conduct.
