I sent a text this morning and they responded quick! I mentioned what I wanted and showed pictures and they delivered! Love the same day delivery option and being able to text what I wanted then having to spend time figuring it out online. I love that they sent me a picture of the bouquet they were going to deliver to my friend to me. Highly recommend if you're in the Pleasanton/livermore area. Thank you so much Jj Studio.

Thank you, JjStudio! The flower arrangements were absolutely superb, and I truly appreciate you incorporating my request. The ordering process was simple and seamless, and the delivery was handled with such professionalism, care, and affection. I highly recommend this studio!

My new go to after a great experience. She was amazing to work with. I completed the form and sure enough she reached out promptly the next business day. We quickly discussed what I was looking for. She provided her process and then quickly turn around a wonderful arrangement that was meant to congratulate a retiring teacher/mentor. She kept me informed and when the delivery was completed. Good value for what I needed as I did not see that with other florists I've used in the past.

My go to florist! She did amazing this year (as expected) for Mother's Day! It was so easy to text her, send in my info form, and pick up from her studio. It's great to see how many orders she got for mother's day. She sent me a picture of the arrangement the day before and always responds so quickly. Every arrangement I saw in the shop was beautiful and unique. I will never go to another florist. :)

I texted the number on the website at 8 am, and the flowers I ordered were delivered by 9:45 am. They collaborated with me on the arrangement, and asked for feedback before sending them out. I will absolutely use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality floral arrangements!

Beautiful arrangement... texted purpose of arrangement and my budget range which resulted in exactly what I was envisioning for less than I anticipated. The delivery was prompt and made with care. Very happy with the quality and service.

Excellent customer service, great communication, on time delivery handled with care, and gorgeous flowers! So happy to have found a florist I can rely on!

Such a great experience with JJ Studio! Communication was smooth and easy throughout the entire process, from design to delivery, and the final arrangement was stunning. They were willing to accommodate any design changes as needed. Highly recommend!

Excellent Service! Extremely responsive and very smooth communications. I had wanted a nice flower arrangement to be delivered and Jj Studio handled everything perfectly. The colors were absolutely beautiful and flowers were perfect arranged. All I had to do was pick out the type of service and bouquet/arrangement that I wanted, time and place to be delivered, and Jj took care of everything else. I am definitely using them again for the next occasion!

The name of the pet was Grimm, and I asked for a Grimm arrangement. Beautifully done !

Alex F.

Amazing! Within 20minutes I had a custom order submitted and paid for. Within 3 hours of placing the order, the person had received them. I requested an arrangement for the passing of a pet. I asked if they could assemble an arrangement that commemorated the pet, they nailed it! True artistry. I am not from the area and I am sad I can't purchase all my orders from here. Beautifully done! Thank you to the florist who put this together.

Wonderful service. We decided to send a friend a sympathy bouquet and JJ Studio accommodated a next day delivery for us despite being closed (delivery happened on a Sunday). I was able to send pictures of arrangements I liked, and they used their artistic judgement to create a lovely bouquet. Delivery went smoothly as well. Will definitely be coming back

This florist delivered! Sent my Wife flowers on Valentine's Day. I especially liked how JJ made the choices on the website so easy to choose. Easy, Simple, and Fast. Wife loved the flowers. Great experience. Would buy again. Good Vibes.

I wanted a bouquet for my daughter-in-law, who just had a baby. I did not see what I wanted on any website, so texted back and forth with JJs. I asked for some pink (it's a girl), no hydrangeas or carnations. They delivered the bouquet within hours and it's GORGEOUS. They really listened and I am delighted with their service!

Incredible arrangement for a birthday. I believe they make each arrangement based on flowers in season. Trust their judgement! Price is competitive compared to other florists in the area. Will absolutely be ordering from them again. read more

Wow. I am so amazed at how easy and fast it was to get flowers ordered and delivered all in a span of 2 hours! I needed to delivery flowers on short notice. I had a budget in mind, needed it to be delivered, and had a certain color scheme in mind as well. I texted what i needed and asked if it was possible, and she gave me exactly what i was looking for. 1. Ordering process was easy (i just texted her my questions, and then sent her my order) 2. she sent me a link to pay by card 3. she texted me a photo of the flowers and texted me when they were delivered The flowers were so beautiful. The price for the arrangement was reasonable. I would order from here again! read more

I wanted to support a local business when buying a floral arrangement for my supervisor and was glad to find JJ Studio Florist on Yelp. I must echo all the positive reviews this business has gotten. The flowers I got were so nicely arranged! Everyone at work marveled at how beautiful the bouquet was and that it could stand on its own without a vase - pretty cool! Ordering the bouquet was easy as the owner Jennifer was very responsive via text and payment was done through Square. She took my floral preferences and came up with a unique, stunning design within my budget. I appreciated that local delivery was free and that a photo of the bouquet was texted upon delivery. Thanks for the excellent customer service and wonderful flowers, Jennifer! read more

I needed to send sympathy flowers to one of my students who lost a family member. They had to be delivered to a military base and the delivery driver was turned away the first time. I had told the shop that I would still pay for the flowers but guess what, I got a refund! I gladly paid a generous tip! I just had them try again today and we were able to coordinate for a relative of the student to be at the gate to receive the flowers which were beautiful. I got a picture of the bouquet and the sympathy card. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer. We handled everything via text message, easy payment, excellent, prompt service. read more

On 8-7-20 I wrote a positive review of JJ Florist. I requested AM delivery 8-11-20. The floral arrangement was delivered and I was notified by 9:12 AM, along with 2 pictures of the arrangement. My daughter in San Ramon called me in Oregon by 9:30 to thank me and express appreciation for the flowers. I feel compelled to write this as a positive follow-up to my previous positive review to bring this review to a final conclusion. I do a lot of work with businesses in my community and I am a STRONG believer and supporter of customer service. I must strongly emphasize here the positive customer service of JJ Florists from start to finish. This is a business that clearly understands customer service and principles of positive marketing. I recommend them highly and I have already started to promote them as a business worthy of future business. Thank you, JJ Studio Florists for everything! You are the best!! read more

It was sophisticated, romantic, and unlike anything else. Beyond their creativity, they are wonderful to work with. They are professional, organized, and always execute their vision flawlessly. As a venue, it's invaluable to have vendor partners we can trust, and The Flower House continues to exceed expectations. If you're looking for florals that are artistic, timeless, and completely unforgettable, I cannot recommend The Flower House, Jinger, and Michaela highly enough. They consistently create magic.

She came to our first meeting fully prepared with a slide deck and immediately understood my vision. I really appreciated her professionalism and how thoughtfully she worked to stay within my budget - offering creative suggestions that brought everything to life without compromising what I had envisioned. Leading up to the wedding Jinger and her daughter Michaela answered to all my emails so quickly and little things like that truly helped ease my wedding planning stress. I still remember walking into the venue and seeing all the floral arrangements - I was sooo impressed!!! I could not stop thanking them that day - I was seriously so grateful. They did such a beautiful job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist for ANY event.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with JJ Studio. Their customer service was outstanding, and they responded quickly to all of my questions. Their website was easy to navigate, and being able to communicate through text made the entire process simple and convenient. They did exactly what I asked, delivered the flowers on time, and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The flowers were fresh, professionally arranged, and exceeded my expectations. We are incredibly grateful to have found Eunice through our planner Sushie (Ménage à Trois SJ). For…read moreour wedding, she created a stunning grounded arch for the ceremony, beautiful bud vase arrangements, bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, as well as boutonnieres and corsages. Her florals truly elevated our wedding at Allied Arts Guild, and it would not have been the same without her beautiful work. During our initial phone call, I shared some inspo photos, and Eunice took the time to understand my vision--discussing colors, flower preferences, and more. I made a few adjustments to our floral needs before the wedding, and Eunice was always kind and communicative. I even forgot about the flower girl petals until a couple of days before, and Eunice graciously provided them for us. On the wedding day, the florals turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Eunice considered details I hadn't even thought of, like matching my bridal bouquet ribbon to my husband's tie and coordinating the bridesmaid bouquet ribbons with their dresses. She also helped reposition the boutonnieres while we were taking pre-ceremony photos. We were able to repurpose the ceremony flowers for our reception, which helped us save on our budget. For future couples, one small thing I wish I had known is that I needed to drop off the bud vases at her studio in Danville the week before the wedding. Not a big deal but just something to plan for during the busy days leading up to the wedding, especially if you don't live nearby. Thank you Eunice for helping make our dream wedding come to life! I brushed it off, but when I came in today to pick it up, the service was even worse. I greeted the employee and explained that I was there to pick up a corsage I had ordered over the phone. You would think the next logical step would be to ask for my name, but instead, she brought out a full flower arrangement and insisted that was what I had ordered. Another employee joined in, and both told me I hadn't ordered a corsage. When I looked at the invoice, the arrangement didn't even have my name on it...it belonged to someone else! Only after I pointed this out did they check again and find the corsage under my name. Corsage quality for $65 also did not meet expectations. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and the way I was treated were unacceptable. I did mention to the lady that whoever it was that took my order yesterday was rude and had an attitude. I've been a loyal customer for years, but something has changed. Clearly they don't value customer service or satisfaction. In reading other recent reviews it seems that "attitude" is a recurring issue that's not being addressed.
