I sent a text this morning and they responded quick! I mentioned what I wanted and showed pictures and they delivered! Love the same day delivery option and being able to text what I wanted then having to spend time figuring it out online. I love that they sent me a picture of the bouquet they were going to deliver to my friend to me. Highly recommend if you're in the Pleasanton/livermore area. Thank you so much Jj Studio.
Thank you, JjStudio! The flower arrangements were absolutely superb, and I truly appreciate you incorporating my request. The ordering process was simple and seamless, and the delivery was handled with such professionalism, care, and affection. I highly recommend this studio!
My new go to after a great experience. She was amazing to work with. I completed the form and sure enough she reached out promptly the next business day. We quickly discussed what I was looking for. She provided her process and then quickly turn around a wonderful arrangement that was meant to congratulate a retiring teacher/mentor. She kept me informed and when the delivery was completed. Good value for what I needed as I did not see that with other florists I've used in the past.
My go to florist! She did amazing this year (as expected) for Mother's Day! It was so easy to text her, send in my info form, and pick up from her studio. It's great to see how many orders she got for mother's day. She sent me a picture of the arrangement the day before and always responds so quickly. Every arrangement I saw in the shop was beautiful and unique. I will never go to another florist. :)
I texted the number on the website at 8 am, and the flowers I ordered were delivered by 9:45 am. They collaborated with me on the arrangement, and asked for feedback before sending them out. I will absolutely use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality floral arrangements!
Beautiful arrangement... texted purpose of arrangement and my budget range which resulted in exactly what I was envisioning for less than I anticipated. The delivery was prompt and made with care. Very happy with the quality and service.
Excellent customer service, great communication, on time delivery handled with care, and gorgeous flowers! So happy to have found a florist I can rely on!
Such a great experience with JJ Studio! Communication was smooth and easy throughout the entire process, from design to delivery, and the final arrangement was stunning. They were willing to accommodate any design changes as needed. Highly recommend!
Amazing! Within 20minutes I had a custom order submitted and paid for. Within 3 hours of placing the order, the person had received them. I requested an arrangement for the passing of a pet. I asked if they could assemble an arrangement that commemorated the pet, they nailed it! True artistry. I am not from the area and I am sad I can't purchase all my orders from here. Beautifully done! Thank you to the florist who put this together.
Excellent Service! Extremely responsive and very smooth communications. I had wanted a nice flower arrangement to be delivered and Jj Studio handled everything perfectly. The colors were absolutely beautiful and flowers were perfect arranged. All I had to do was pick out the type of service and bouquet/arrangement that I wanted, time and place to be delivered, and Jj took care of everything else. I am definitely using them again for the next occasion!
Wonderful service. We decided to send a friend a sympathy bouquet and JJ Studio accommodated a next day delivery for us despite being closed (delivery happened on a Sunday). I was able to send pictures of arrangements I liked, and they used their artistic judgement to create a lovely bouquet. Delivery went smoothly as well. Will definitely be coming back
I wanted a bouquet for my daughter-in-law, who just had a baby. I did not see what I wanted on any website, so texted back and forth with JJs. I asked for some pink (it's a girl), no hydrangeas or carnations. They delivered the bouquet within hours and it's GORGEOUS. They really listened and I am delighted with their service!

Ordered a Birthday Flower bouquet with pink as the theme. They were super fast at responding and giving me a quote. Plus their delivery was quick and amazing. Once the bouquet was made, I loved that they sent updates. Would certainly order from them again! read more

I've had bad luck ordering flowers for my wife online over the years. I gave JJ Studio a try and was blown away with the quality and creativity of the arrangement. My wife was ecstatic! Communication from JJ was over the top. The night before delivery I get a text with a photo of the actual arrangement. It looked beautiful in the photo. When the real thing was delivered in the morning it exceeded all expectations. I strongly recommend JJ Studio and anyone looking for that extra special gift that really makes a statement. read more

Was asked to order flowers for my boss's wife last day of chemo and looked up florist, Jj Studio was the only florist that came up as 5.0 stars! And I can see why they are SO highly rated! Communication and response time via text was literally instant and look at this floral arrangement ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! The value and vision were spot on! I am a now a future client and will only be ordering flowers from here on... Thank you so much Jj Studio! read more

Wow! Thank you Jennifer for the beautiful arranged flowers. You had exceeded my expectations. Lots of Wow's I heard when I picked it up and brought it home just from my kids and husband. We couldn't get enough pictures of the arrangements . I am sure it would comfort our friend's mom, who loss her lifetime partner. Recently I went through bad experience ordering flowers online due to the arrangements didn't look like the picture selected. As a result of that, I had carefully search for local florist by going through the Yelp reviews and photos they posted in Yelp. I have found JJ studio and decided to give it a try based upon the customer great reviews. And I have no regrets choosing JJ studio. All the reviews were on the dot. The flowers are so fresh and firm that you can smell it. With the creativity and design of Jennifer, their arrangement turn out even more stunning and eye catcher. I am about flowers person. To me, flowers can enlighten your heart and bring a smile on your face. Thus it is very important when comes to the colors, and uniqueness. The seasonal greens JJ studio uses are pretty unique and that made a florist stands out from the ones online or at grocery stores. It is worth of the value spent. I highly recommend JJ studio if you are looking for florist whether for graduation, birthdays, wedding and memorial. Just as everyone mentioned, the JJ studio response is quick, ordering and payment process is seemingly simple and easy. read more

Jennifer created a lovely bouquet for my wife on such short notice over Thanksgiving weekend! I messaged her Saturday morning and included a couple inspiration photos of flowers that my wife loves and within 10 minutes, she responded saying she'd be able to design a bouquet by first thing Sunday morning! My wife loved the surprise and kept complimenting how beautiful the arrangement was. Highly recommend Jennifer for any of your floral needs! She's very sweet, highly professional, and extremely talented. Thank you, Jennifer! read more

I am very pleased with my first order. I'm not from Northern CA, so I took a huge risk locating and ordering a floral boutique that was going to meet my expectations. As a matter of fact, the owner exceeded my expectations. She was very prompt with her responses. The transaction and delivery were also smooth as it can be. I requested a specific custom arrangement, and she delivered! I ordered a deluxe arrangement with a note included. 10/10 would recommend. I always admire floral boutiques who have their own identity and taste that differ from typical floral shops. I am happy I went with this local business versus a standard online flower shop. read more

BEAUTIFUL arrangement and outstanding service. The custom arrangement was completed with an hour, and delivered within 2 hours of placing the order. This was my first time ordering with them, so I'm not sure if this speed is normal but it worked out great for me! Texting with the studio was super convenient. I sent flowers to a friend whose mother died, and the family was in awe of how beautiful the flowers were. Will definitely order from them again! read more

I was looking for a local florist who could make gorgeous bouquets to thank some of my close friends and family who have recently seen me through some difficult times. I read some reviews of Jj Studio and decided to contact them. The owner is just the sweetest woman ever and she was so easy to communicate with over text and in her studio. I had four different pickup times over a couple of weeks and she accommodated my schedule every single time. Her studio is in downtown Pleasanton and her arrangements are so gorgeous. My friends and family could not stop raving about how beautiful their flowers were and I cannot recommend Jj's enough!! read more

An overdue review for my go-to florist. I moved into the area last year and needed to find a new florist. Even though there weren't that many reviews, I loved the pictures of their work and took a chance and ordered from them. Communication was great! Texting was the easiest way to communicate. I did request not to use certain colors because it's not preferred culturally for birthdays and she respected our request and came up with a beautiful arrangement for my mom's birthday. She said it was the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received. When Valentine's Day came around this year, my husband remembered the amazing job they did with my mom's birthday arrangement and decided to order from JJ Studio. My arrangement was beautiful and stayed fresh for over a week! When it came time for me to order flowers for my mom's birthday, it was a no-brainer to order from JJ Studio. I trust that I'll be receiving a fresh and beautifully crafted arrangement. read more

As always, this studio exceeds every and all expectations. My family got a bouquet from here for my graduation, and this place went out of their way for my parents to ensure the most freshness for my early morning commencement the next day. These flowers also come with their own water to stay hydrated on the go; so unique! You will not find any better florist that is dedicated to the art of flowers and making your celebration magical :) We always keep this place in mind for flowers and we're so happy to see this place has beautifully expanded out of their original location they started with :) All the best for this florist! read more

My sister sent me this bouquet for my birthday and Mother's Day. Orange is my favorite color and this bouquet does not disappoint. It's beautifully arranged with fresh gorgeous flowers. It was delivered still chilled from refrigeration. This is easily one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever received. I know my sister already added a picture, but I'm adding another without my dog's pill bottles in it so we don't look like junkies! read more

These folks are the real deal. They are both artists and pros. A friend of mine had a loved one die and I ordered a bouquet with no idea what colors or flowers to send. I just explained that this was to expresses condolences and left the color and flowers up to them. They sent me a photo of the arrangement before the driver took it to deliver it and it took my breath away. Just stunning, and perfect for the occasion. Please support this studio and buy from them. You will not regret it. read more

I was glad to have found this florist when looking for a sympathy bouquet delivery for a friend. They respond really fast via text and I was able to get a quote and a few pictures of what they had in stock for that day. The delivery was fast as well and my friend got it in a few hours! The price was about average compared to other florists. I definitely appreciated the good service and beautiful flowers and will use them again in the future for East Bay deliveries! read more
