I ordered a beautiful Lily of the Valley plant to be delivered to a long time family friend, and somehow there was a mix up in the address. It was NOT this florists mix up, but a National Florist, who somehow ended up with the order?? I don't know how, or why. One phone number went to voicemail so I tried a different phone number and I was then able to place my order with the kind person who picked up the phone. I can't imagine how busy and hectic their business was on Mother's Day weekend, but she was very patient with me and very professional. Saved my Christmas table decorations ! I wanted red and white candy striped carnations as part of my decorations for my 3 dinner tables. I was trying to save money and had tried supermarkets to get what I wanted for my tables at Christmas dinner. When they couldn't get me what I wanted I started calling around to local florists.. Talked to the staff at Knots and they said that they could try and if they couldn't get them they suggested alternatives. I'm disappointed that the flowers/planter I ordered were left by the recipient's front door on Tuesday & were not found until later on Wednesday. The pre-delivery phone call I requested was not made to be sure someone would be home. The arrangement was nothing as nice as shown in FTD pictures. I used Knodt's flowers for my wedding at Wente Vineyards. I worked with Jessica and she is hands down fantastic! She was so easy to work with, completely understood my vision, and was very accommodating. I had to split my flower deliveries last minute (the day before the wedding!) and she easily changed my order around! The flowers were beautiful, smelled amazing, and were arranged exactly how I wanted. The only complaint I have is that my bouquet was huge and really difficult for me to carry around (I'm also 5'3" and very skinny with small hands...) I'm sure the average bride would hold the bouquet just fine. The prices were also fantastic!!! I looked around the Livermore/Pleasanton area and Knodt's was definitely the best bang for my buck. I ordered 6 bridesmaid boquets, a bridal boquet, 2 wristlets, and 2 large floral arrangements for the ceremony..all for ~$1600!! You can't beat that price as well as the amazing service. He went in to order, the morning of, (one of their busiest day's of the year) and they were waiting at my desk, by the time I returned from lunch. They were some of the most beautiful, vibrant red roses I had ever seen. I was very impressed with, not only the stunning arrangement, but the note that accompanied them. It stated that even if I didn't order them myself, to please contact them immediately, if for any reason I wasn't completely satisfied in every way, and they would make it right. Fortunately, that hasn't been necessary. These have been, by far, the best bouquet of roses I have ever received. Every single one of them opened up fully; not a droopy one in the bunch.
