There wasn't enough salmon on the toast, or enough toast frankly. The toast was a thin slice and did not seem to be high-quality sourdough. The home fries were good, although they looked re-heated. My dad got the omelette that had plantains in it, and they were very sweet which caught him off guard. I think they were trying to be unique, and they were, just not in good ways.
