I received a reply from Mike within 10 minutes. After a back and forth on a Friday, sending him all my pool pump information, Mike quoted me on a new motor. By the Saturday, George was at my home installing the new motor. George was very nice, and appeared very knowledgeable. He was done in 2 hours, and left the area clean. The new motor is energy efficient, and to tell you the truth, getting the upgrade/replacement has made a difference. I haven't seen my pump run this well in years. He charges something like $180 diagnostics fee which goes toward the final cost if you use him. I don't have any issues with that but my problem is with Heath doing this business to solely make money. He has lost all desire to help his customers. I call upon him recently to give me a quote for a new filter. His rate was $400 higher than the next guy. When I mentioned that to him he lowered his price as well. I ended up finding a better solution to change the manifold and older grids with my regular pool maintenance guy which took care of the issue. When I mentioned that to Heath he was not happy, in fact he sounded sour that I some how wasted his time. What kind of business is going to succeed if they are not in it to help consumers? I know he has been around for a while but if he has lost his interest in helping his customers he should not be running a business.
