A lot of roofing companies were trying to tell me either because nothing was wrong with my roof, I should leave it or they were trying to take something that wasn't an issue and blow it up and they were being predatory. I worked with Artem during this process and he was incredibly thoughtful, informative, and patient with me. Due to some changes in my job, I had to travel more than usual and I wasn't able to make a decision on my roof as quickly as I would have hoped. Artem walked me through different options and looked across quotes I had gotten to help me arrive at the right option for my home. He was really honest and didn't try to upsell me anything, which was a huge relief. When it came time for roof day, Artem stopped by a few times to make sure everything was going ok. Instead of just "making it work" or creating a huge mess with drywall dust, Zach proposed a brilliant custom solution: building a clean birch veneer box with custom trim.
