This Restaurant was a decent place to eat at with your family if you in the mood for Chinese and a little bit of American (but not much). We love going to jins, always clean, food is usually always fresh, a few times it has been bland but for the most part delicious. Service is good and like others wish they had more to choose from. Price is at a good rate. read more

Food was very mediocre or bland-tasting. Sushi didn't even look worth a try. Service was OK. The waitress kept up the cleanliness of the table. The food is good and the restaurant is clean the the staff friendly. The buffet is a little limited but what is there is excellent and the sushi fresh and tasty. Jin's has a very delicious selection of standard American Chinese buffet foods. They also offer a great selection of sushi on their small sushi bar. There have been a few instances where my husband and I have gotten sick after eating here, but we have never been able to pinpoint what caused it. There have also been a few instances where we have seen or found bugs and hair in our food. Better than your average Chinese buffet. I went later on a Saturday evening. They were busy, but not slammed. The food was fresh, constantly being brought from the kitchen. There were no empty trays. It wasn't overly flavorful, but that's to some peoples' liking. There were no spicy entrees, but there was Sriracha sauce available if you like that. The service was very good; my glass was never empty and dirty plates were promptly removed. Everything was very clean. There was none of the stickiness found in many Asian restaurants. I have eaten at Jin's Buffet ever since it opened. I have always found the food above average and the people that work there always friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is small and quaint with low volume oriental music playing in the background. I noticed that a gentlemen Jp N. wrote a review here giving the restaurant 1 star and complained about being kicked out writing a book. I have actually seen this person in the restaurant working with his laptop. I did not know he was writing a book but I did notice he sits there with nothing but his laptop and no visible food in front of him. After seeing his review I questioned some of the workers and asked why this man was asked to leave. Their version of this issue was a bit different from Jp N's. They say although he is a frequent customer he stays sometimes hours working with his computer. I agree with the personal there that a restaurant is not an office, its a place to socialize and eat and then to move on. I'm sorry that Jp N just does not get it but I feel that the fact that he has eaten at Jin's Buffet twice a week for a year speaks out that this restaurant is as I said, the food is good and the people there must be doing something right otherwise Jp N would have stopped going there a long time ago. This is a great little buffet in Denver. The prices are reasonable considering the variety of food & sushi being offered. The service is always top-notch, the servers are very attentive to clearing your plates and keeping your drink refilled. This buffet is a step above the type of food you would find in most Chinese carry outs. This, in fact, is NOT a carry out, and the food is well prepared and plentiful. I've been to other Asian buffets that offered somewhat more variety, but what they have is very good. I especially like the hot & sour soup. The one item I'd like them to add would be Kung Pao Chicken or Tofu. Service is there when you need it but not obtrusive. read more
