Iced vanilla latte with a chocolatine
Julia V.

Jina café is a cute place for a quick or sit down breakfast. I ordered an iced latte with a chocolate croissant. The croissant was a bit hard to chew, it seemed a little stale. But it was still good. The latte with vanilla syrup was very sweet. I appreciated that there was a good balance of milk and coffee in it, the flavors aside from the syrup were well balanced. My guests ordered kitchen cooked meals, and it took a bit for their order to arrive. But it makes sense considering that the kitchen is a bit smaller. They enjoyed their food. Additionally, the workers behind the counter were very informative and helpful in the ordering process. This is a cute breakfast place, I would recommend.

Look no further this is the perfect cute place to stop for breakfast before your day in Quebec! We came three times on our trip and each time enjoyed our food and drinks! The staff is also so friendly! Mozza sandwich was tasty and could be a good quick snack for two. The breakfast poutine was DELICIOUS!! But as all poutine is it's a lot so have someone to share with unless you're pretty hungry. The Matcha bowl was so good with the fresh fruit. The lattes are some of my favorite from this trip. I recommend the Carmel iced latte!

Egg over easy with multigrain toast and French fries

My friend and I were staying in the area for a weekend so we came here a few times for breakfast. It's a very cozy cafe with a lot of personality. Service was always super friendly and there were English menus so ordering was easy for us non-French speakers. The first time I came I offered an over easy egg, which came with multigrain toast, home fries, and fruit. The home fries were flavorful and crispy and the toast was SO yummy! I also really liked the coffee. The second time I came I got the yogurt and granola, which was a little too sweet for me but did taste good otherwise. Everything was very reasonably priced too. I will say, if you're from America, avoid the bagel. It's really just bread in a bagel shape. You'll be disappointed. Everything else was great!

Wonderful breakfast with family. Stopped back for a sandwich and not disappointed !

The server was extremely friendly and helpful. They also were bilingual which was helpful to us. At the register they had a sign that stated English menus were available on request. The atmosphere was open and bright, with some smaller tables as well as family style long tables. The breakfast poutine was DELICIOUS. Would highly recommend.

Nice and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Just the coffee was a bit cold when served.

A fantastic place to kick off the day, featuring service with a friendly smile. I'll definitely return to try something more savory next time. The croissant was perfect, but I couldn't help but envy the hearty breakfasts served to others. The diverse mix of patrons--locals and tourists, those well-off and those not--adds to the atmosphere. Who doesn't love a good café? The only downside was leaving with a hint of fryer smell on me.

Great choice for breakfast with options that include gluten free! For a family where it can be difficult to choose because of picky eaters and gluten free requirements this place was perfect. We'll be back!

This is more of a 3.5.. the brekkie is ok- just not super French-Canadian feeling. It's def geared towards (American) tourists.. it was recommended by my hotel which is a short 10min walk from there. Food does come quickly- as a pun to the cafe name. I ordered the breakfast croissant and latte w oat milk.and 1 piece of French toast. The French toast is super light.. coffee + sandwich were good as well. Like I said, they speak English and if you're looking for more of an Americanized feel- this is the spot for you..Special French Toast

This report is about the breakfast we had. We stayed in a Hotel close to the Roma and had 2x breakfast. Everytime it was great and we can recommend it! + Great Coffee and Tee + deliciouse and fresh breakfast + fast and friendly Service + Low Price (breakfast is arround 6-12$ incl. Coffee/Tee flatrate) If this Cafe would be located in our german hometown, then we would visit it there too.

Definitely very big portions. Would recommend.

The service was great, very friendly and willing to suggest. We were a table of four and all enjoyed our breakfast. Definitely very big portions. It is located in a quaint street with small shops. Would recommend.

Waffles are pretty different from what regular American waffles are. Much better, I'll say.

The menu is not extensive - it's boards on the wall. It makes it very easy to pick or decide if this place is for you or not. We were very excited for crepes and croissants. We were able to get both. We manage to snag enough seats for the 6 of us, we pulled some tables together. It's not a large space, however, there were a couple of parties that had at least 5 people. You order at the counter and then take a seat or step to the side and wait for your name to be called. If you are sitting they will bring the food to you. We ordered a few crepes which we all loved. Nutella, Western, Traditional. Made fresh to order - the kids really enjoyed watching the gentleman make them. They were delicious and beautifully created. The Almond croissant - was flakey and delicious. I would definitely return and recommend.
