This is a trendy spot. I was looking on Yelp (I practically live on here when visiting new places) and then remembered than Bahn Mi sandwiches exist so I knew what I wanted and headed to cafe Pékoe. The decor is a modern and minimalist. They have a wide selection of teas available I ordered in French and my friend tried and then pointed at the menu when words failed him. This particular server did not seem to speak more than a few words of English but other servers did speak English. I got my sandwich in a few minutes and the brought it to my table. The baguette was exceptional. The sandwich had all the hallmarks of a good Bahn mi, refreshing acidic carrots and cucumbers, tasty mayo, and filling meat. My friend got a Mexican hot chocolate and it was good, it was rich and well spiced.

Cute little cafe across from the hotel we were staying at, so we decided to check it out. The decor was simple yet cute. The staff were friendly and very patient in explaining the menu to us. They offer a variety of coffee and teas. But in addition to that, they also have fruit juice and bubble tea. I got a assam black tea latte. It was pretty good. The flavour was strong. But it was not creamy enough. I'm not sure if they used actual steamed milk or just regular water and then added milk. I also got a double chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was okay. Nothing special. Overall, it's a decent cafe, nice place to chill at or studying in

Wonderful coffee and tea shop. I got a chocolate banana bread as well as a classic chai latte. The spice in the chai was super yummy. The banana bread was moist and rich. The girls who served me spoke both English and French. I don't speak any French but they were still warm and welcoming. The WiFi has a solid connection and was steadily fast. There were quite a few people just chilling and hanging out. It really was a relaxed spot for escaping the freezing outdoors.

Great place to get some work done! Reliable wifi and several vegan options. Visited several times while I was in Quebec City. :)

4.5/10: Coffee is decent. Food is less memorable. Bahn Mi is a bit dry. Smoked salmon is odd choice on poke

It has a good coffee but not bagel. I only visited here once. Will try one more time to complete the review of this place.

The menu is not extensive - it's boards on the wall. It makes it very easy to pick or decide if this place is for you or not. We were very excited for crepes and croissants. We were able to get both. We manage to snag enough seats for the 6 of us, we pulled some tables together. It's not a large space, however, there were a couple of parties that had at least 5 people. You order at the counter and then take a seat or step to the side and wait for your name to be called. If you are sitting they will bring the food to you. We ordered a few crepes which we all loved. Nutella, Western, Traditional. Made fresh to order - the kids really enjoyed watching the gentleman make them. They were delicious and beautifully created. The Almond croissant - was flakey and delicious. I would definitely return and recommend.

We ordered- Croissant, Coffee, Crepe. We enjoyed our little snack time, with a sip of coffee and crepe, watching people outside... I like small, cute cafes instead of big corporate chain restaurants. It feels like culture and more personal. This incredibly flaky, scrumptious croissant makes the crispiest sound of 'em all. Filled with buttery goodness, Paillard's almond croissant is also not to be missed.
