They definitely take the pandemic seriously as on top of the no browsing, they have a very fancy system with a light signal telling you when you can come inside where staff will ask you what you want ring you up and then have someone bring your purchase out to your car. It's a pretty effixient efficient system. They also carry sand topping mix, which is sold out pretty much everywhere else in Vancouver. Prices are competitive, not cheap but not expensive. As an independent business, they have a convenient location in kitsilano that is a good alternative to big box stores. The parking lot is small, but does the job.

They caused numerous delays in our repair schedule - nearly 5 months delay at their hands and they're not even attempting to come back and finish the job! Portions of the floor are uneven, not glued down as they are supposed to be, and not flush with other tile surfaces. In fact, a week before the job ought to have been finished, and after several delayed completion dates caused directly by them, my wife was having a baby in the hospital. The company co-owner, D. Murcia, emailed me saying he had removed the material from my place, which we paid for, and the job was half done. Further, he said they were not finishing the job unless I agreed to pay more money and that he spoke to other suppliers telling them not to do our job or provide us replacement product. We were totally HELD HOSTAGE and didn't have a choice but to accept the extortive, unreasonable demands because we needed to bring the baby home asap. Additionally, we paid for a premium product but they installed the grade below what we paid for. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU USE SOMEONE ELSE.

When I did get quotes on a couple choices, they didn't end up having the one I wanted in stock with my thickness preference. I ended having to choose a much more expensive stone as we needed to move ahead. I felt rushed and confused. The stone was ok although they changed some of the layout of the marbling so I have a weird pattern on the counter. There are some chips around the sink cutout that make it difficult to keep clean. At a certain point, it is done and I'm glad I don't have to deal with them again.
