I am an extremely detail-oriented person, and try as I might, I couldn't even tell where the dents and bends on my door panel was before, after they were done. If I didn't have the pictures, I wouldn't believe it. I even tried to look at reflection lines to see ripples. Nada. I met Tim when I was looking to get the damage repaired another way, and we talked through what they do and generally what it costs. Their prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering what this would've cost to fix in a more traditional way. Excellent work. Excellent customer service. Very kind and warm folks -- both Tim and Todd. Todd was the one who dealt with the paperwork and formalities of dropping off and picking up. Bottom line is that if I ever have a situation like this again, my first thought is going to be these guys, even if I have to drive a few hours to get to them. It's hard to find good people, and once I find them, I stick with them. Thank you so much!

I had a pretty nasty dent that needed both dent removal and painting and he did the job marvelously, at a time and place of my choosing, with great value and great results. He's incredibly polite and informative. Really cares about his craftsmanship and cares about explaining each element and detail to me. I was amazed at his scheduling - I have a crazy schedule and he accommodated when I could be home to do the work - even outside of normal working hours (yes, he showed up on a Saturday precisely when he said he would - it was so convenient for me). Extremely professional. Work was delivered as quoted and he took extra care to make sure that he explained exactly how the project was going and the process/procedure he was using to complete the work. Amazing value. This work isn't easy and there's so many people that gave me spot quotes that seemed do-able but luxurious. He gave me the work done right at a fair price that gave me a sense of satisfaction but also know that the work was done exceptionally well. Responsive - scheduling was a breeze with near real-time communication about when and where he would arrive and how long the project would take. Texted me when I had to go inside to take care of something to let me know he was wrapping up and we could inspect the work together. If you're on the fence about hiring a pro to take care of your car, don't be. Just hire Buster. You'll be glad you did.
