( wouldn't ) Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you repair them that matters. As a large chain, I expected better customer service. Unfortunately, this experience makes me think twice about coming back. Remember, it's easier to have a client come back and get a new client treat your Clients better

I understand that mistakes can happen, but customers should receive fresh food, accurate orders, and respectful customer service. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the food quality and the way customers are treated.

This is my first time at Douglas but my wife have been there many time with her parents. We've there getting breakfast,we're looking the menu then decided order breakfast burrito for the both of us I decided ham in my breakfast burrito and my wife order the breakfast burrito with bacon. The flautas come on a bed of lettuce and topped with guacamole. I like my flautas with lettuce, sour cream and salsa, so I purchased some sour cream for $.75. I shared the plate with my daughter. I'm not sure that I'll order again. The tacos are always good and I think it's their most popular item on the menu.
