My request was ignored. On my dates order, hashbrowns come with the meal and our order was changed to add potatoes (an extra 1.99 charge). We never stated we wanted the potatoes and my date was excited for the hashbrowns. When we told the waiter about the mess up she said she was sorry and asked if it was fine the way it was. We are bringing up the problem because we weren't fine with it. When we asked for the hashbrowns on the side (2.99) We were charged for both the potatoes we never wanted and the hashbrowns to fix her mistake. We also had to ask for water three times before it was finally brought out to us (our coffee and hot chocolate came out first) and we were never given a refill on the waters. The other staff that seated us were friendly and the place was pretty full. Even though the place was crowded there was no wait to be seated. My first experience and probably my last with The Easy Egg on Kellog
