I appreciated the customer service and waitstaff, but the interior of the restaurant was filthy. The pancake was delicious but the rest of the food was mediocre. It was hard to enjoy the experience with all the flies flitting about. Not a breakfast for this champion.

The Kitchen screwed up one of our orders at the Stillwater location... The man kindly let the waitress know and wanted a reorder... Which happens every now and again.. The problem we have is the Skinny guy with Tattoo sleeves that cleans tables came over and was absolutely rude to all of us demanding we apologize ... Apologize for what? Asking for a corrected order? The man we were with was nice to the waitress about it... We won't be back until he's gone... He's still acting like a complete asshat to us ... His conduct was completely uncalled for... treating repeat customers like sh*t in front of other customers... Either rid of him or we want a public apology...

    I liked it.

The reviews about service almost steered me away but I wanted to avoid a "comfort food" breakfast to comply with my eating regimen. My experience at 8AM was really good. I could tell they just had a rush because several tables needed to be bussed. One server told me she had been the only one serving but had just gotten some help. She wasn't complaining - just answered a question. I am on WW Blue plan so eggs are free and ham is low point, so a Western Omelette fit the bill with fruit on the side. The cheese will up the points. It was delivered quickly, hot and well prepared. 2 servers teamed up to be sure I had great service and a continuously ample coffee cup. The place filled up again by 8:40AM. I had a good experience. Most of the service complaints were at the months during the DemPanic and when the fool Feds are paying people more to stay home. People do what they are paid to do so many entry level jobs are hard to fill. Be a compassionate patron - tip generously and don't knitpick businesses trying to survive in this impossibly idiotic environment.

Plenty of food! The girls loved their choc chip pancakes and strawberry waffle. The skillet was tasty and had lots of meat, onion, and peppers, not just potatoes. No shortage of coffee refills and even a to go cup. Our waitress, Julie, was very friendly and took good care of us.

This is one of the only places in town I'll eat. They are wonderful at adjusting the menu and every server I'd had here has been nice.

Located on the SE corner 7th and Main St. in downtown Stillwater, in a nicely remodeled brick building. Inside, the restaurant is smartly decorated in a modern décor mixed with a connection to the past. Between the tee shirts that are for sale, historical pictures and a few artifacts representing rural farm life hang on the walls. In a few areas of the walls, the original brick work is exposed, but masked with a coat of paint. The building's true age shows through the makeup. The chaotic conglomeration of bricks testify that masonry skills and craftsmanship were not required of the builder, when the original structure was erected. Building codes likely not in vogue either. A work of historical beauty. On street parking. And directly behind the restaurant, on the east side, is a parking lot. On a busy weekend parking could be a challenge. Somewhat of a tourist attraction. Souvenirs for the out of towners are prominently on display for purchase. A bar is available to help celebrate yesterday's team victory or numb the pain of defeat. Patio seating is available. Breakfast was perfect. My usual. The picture describes the food. The friendly attentive wait staff keeps your coffee cup full. What else can I say it's, "Granny's" Kitchen.

I told the server it was my first time, and she recommended a great meal and gave me a cinnamon roll. Warm and sticky. The meals are large; they said they make them large because it's a college town, and they want to give the kids leftovers. The restaurant is in the downtown area, with plenty of parking. Although the restaurant seems to be a chain, the staff and the food were excellent, so give it a shot. I would absolutely come back.

If you grew up in Oklahoma, then you likely know about the famous Eskimo Joe's. My family went here…read morefor dinner on New Years Eve - we thought we'd encounter a huge wait like we have in the past, but surprisingly they were able to sit us right away. I do recommend checking the waitlist they have on their website if you plan to dine here - it just gives you a good idea of how long the wait will be and you can also add your party to the waitlist before you arrive so you aren't just standing around waiting for 30 minutes to an hour, this location gets pretty packed some nights. The restaurant itself is pretty big, it's been the same for as long as I can remember and I like that about it. It isn't super trendy or chic, it's got the wooden floors and pool tables and it just reminds me of Oklahoma if that makes sense at all. Our server was super nice, he was on top of everything and had a great attitude. I ordered the frito chili pie - mostly for the fact that I live in Florida now and I don't know of anywhere else that I can order that, it's a nostalgic thing for me for sure. I also had a side cesar salad - no complaints there either. The food has always been good for every time I've visited here. You have to check out the gift shop as well while you're here - you can't go to Eskimo Joe's and not bring home a cup, or shirt, or sweater, or koosie showing the world that you've been there lol The gift shop really is one of our favorite parts about eating here. Our kitchen cabinet has stacks of these Eskimo Joe's cups (which is great for a house with kids) and every member of the family has an Eskimo Joe's shirt...we love it here and will definitely be back.
