The ones I saw here definitely passed my test with flying colors. I also saw some porterhouses here which were cut very nicely and had well-balanced NY strip and filet mignon sections. Too many other places "claim" to have porterhouses when it's really just a NY strip, the bone and then barely any filet mignon on the other side. I am pretty confident this is my go to place for steak moving forward.
