Would not have been an issue but they parked my car on the street where it received a ticket. When i mentioned the ticket they collected it and said they were going to pay it. A month goes by and the ticket has not been paid and it doubled. I didn't follow back up before the month went by because my dad passed 10 days later so it was not on my mind. When i called the shop to explain about the ticket they said they don't usually pay this kind of parking ticket. Lol after it doubled they conveniently do not pay this type. All of this could have been avoided had they looked at the ticket type and called me to notify me. They will never get anymore business from me. Sad because all they had to do was call the customer. Amended 5/6 The GM Mike called me to rectify the situation. He listened to me and apologized for the level of customer service I received. My vehicle is hasn't even been serviced yet and has about 3k miles. I take extra care because I lease it. The estimate process and scheduling work were seamless and The work looked great. Surprisingly, it was done within 24 hours when I was told it would be at least 2 days. This did raise suspicion. My disappointment comes at pick up. They said it washed but it was way dirtier than when I picked it up. That wasn't such a big deal and didn't want to wait. Then I got home under the garage lights and noticed several scratches around the fender/hood that were not there before. There was also masking tape still underneath the bumper which makes me think they didn't remove the bumper as I thought they would have to. Again, their work looks good, so time will tell on the quality. Hopefully, the new scratches will come out after a buff job. But I shouldn't even need to worry about that from a quality shop. After driving over an hour to get there I pulled into what has to be the trashiest, most run down used car lot I've ever seen. Feeling very nervous about my surroundings I went up to the shack of an office and knocked on the door. A man invited me in and asked what I was there to see. I held up my phone with the ad for the vehicle I was there to see which also showed the picture and the price. He quickly said "oh we had to raise the price on that by $400". I said ok well I'd still like to see it. He handed me the keys and said it was parked right out front. Turns out that the one on their lot was NOT the same one from the pictures in their ad and instead was a very beat up vehicle that was no where near what I saw in the ad. When I questioned them about this they said oh we accidentally used the wrong pictures. Then he told me to call Chris. I called Chris and told him that the car was the wrong one and where was the one from the ad. He said "well this one has what you are looking for doesn't it?" They work pretty quickly here and before I knew it I'm pulling forward to get my tire looked at. The mechanic was friendly, respectful, and took the time to listen to what was going on with my tire. He quickly got the tire off, diagnosed the problem, and explained what needed to be done in plain language. The problem was with the valve stem, which had a leak. The mechanic got right to work making the repair and explaining to me what he was doing. The work was done efficiently and correctly, and he made sure everything was explained to my satisfaction. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no runaround; just honest work and solid service. Oh, and the cost of this repair was less than 25 bucks! I couldn't believe I received this much service and such great work at this price point. What makes this place stand out to me is the customer service from all of the staff, but in particular the mechanics themselves that are actually working on your car.
