The flan did not taste fresh, the texture was that of a yogurt that had solidified and kind of liquidy... The yogurt was actually good, probably bc yogurt can't go bad... I also got the banh cuon and com chay, both of those were fortunately good. However the com chay container was stapled shut on multiple sides which made it a pain to open with the risk of the staples also landing in the com chay. Overall, I get that Vietnamese food might be scarce in the GR area, but quality was really lacking and if you had not had banh mi in a major metro area, you wouldn't know any better... I used to be a GM (I hate when people use this saying but...) truly I know how hard it is to find good workers and the folks running it here seem to have it down.
