You can't always tell if a food truck at a brewery will be a hit or not - but this one was. The bottom crust had a nice char and the edges were pillowy. There were 4 flavors to choose from each time - so you should be able to find an option that you like. I've tried 3 different pizzas and was really surprise at how good the pizza was. Good ingredients, good flavor combinations, and cooked really well. Follow their FB page to see where they will be. I will definitely keep tabs on their events and follow them around. I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like!

Craig is absolutely amazing, so kind, I loved chatting with him! We first met him at one their pop ups at a brewery in Albany, which confirmed everything he makes is delicious. The pizza was outstanding for our wedding and our guests absolutely loved it! We heard many rave reviews from our family, and they were even able to accommodate some special requests on the spot. Absolutely amazing! And we got leftover pizza afterwards, which was a lifesaver particularly for me and my husband since we were being pulled in many directions throughout the night. Thank you Craig for making our wedding so special, I know we will be visiting you again soon!

I was excited to find a place offering Indian food, but the environment quickly changed that excitement. The atmosphere felt more like a doctor's office than a restaurant, so I decided not to dine in. I ordered a slice of pizza, garlic naan, and a mango icy. The pizza was just okay--nothing special--and it seemed like it had been sitting out for quite some time. One of the slices even looked unappetizing, with pepperoni that didn't appear fresh. The garlic powder available was very low quality, more like a light dusting than actual seasoning. The biggest disappointment was the "garlic naan," which was not naan at all--it was essentially pita bread with some oil and garlic added. As someone who loves naan, this was very misleading. The mango icy was also concerning. When I opened it, it was covered in ice crystals and slightly discolored. The employee mentioned it was about a month old, but based on the condition, it seemed like it had been sitting much longer. On a positive note, the kitchen did appear clean, which I appreciate. However, the overall atmosphere is not inviting, and I wouldn't recommend eating there. It also didn't seem like a busy place, which may reflect the overall experience. Small businesses have great potential, but they need care, quality, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this visit felt like a waste of money, and I would not return. I just hope I don't get sick from the food.

I'm a big fan of cold pizza the next day and the chicken parm really hit the spot. The other slices will likely go in the freezer, saved for work lunches. A clean storefront with pizza slices displayed behind the glass. I'll certainly come back.

The ingredients on the specialty pizza on the menu were not the ingredients that were on the pizza when it arrived when I called to let them know that they sent me the pizza the wrong way. The man on the phone wanted to argue with me, and not even let me speak to let him know what was wrong, and told me to take a look at the picture and told me I was wrong, even though the ingredients were listed for the pizza. I tried the pizza, even though it was covered in pizza sauce, it was so soggy and very bland. The crust was like cardboard He did offer to send me the correct pizza but at this point, I didn't wanna wait any longer bc I already waited. 45 minutes and was hungry and honestly, the way that he argued with me I didn't know what they were gonna do to the new pizza. Besides the pizza, I also ordered wings and garlic knots. The garlic knots had no garlic butter at all and were so dry and so overcooked and served with cold marinara for dipping.... The wings were OK. I have to say, the sauce had a lot of flavor. That's the only reason they're getting one star, I will never order from this establishment ever again.

There's a large dining room downstairs and one upstairs as well in addition to seating at their bar area. They also have a large outdoor patio. We were seated upstairs and our server greeted us immediately. We started with an order of their garlic knots, which were fantastic. I loved the red sauce too. They offer several different types of pizza: the New Haven Round, thin crust Grandma, Romo's Square and Gluten free. Once you decide on the style you want, you can then choose your own toppings or choose one of their specialty pizza offerings. Since my fiance lived in New Haven, we had to try their New Haven round pizza so we got the Queen Margherita as well as the Johnny Lawrence, which had sausage, cherry peppers, ricotta cheese and hot honey, in their Romo's Square 12 cut style. Both were delicious! Though there's nothing can compare to eating a New Haven pizza in New Haven, Anthony's pie does hit the spot. We thoroughly enjoyed both pizzas and we'll be back to try more things as well as enjoy their outdoor patio in the nice weather!
