I like the sandwiches but I think my favorite part about Jimmy Johns is the bread and sprouts; You can't get sprouts at every location, which sucks because I rather get sprouts than lettuce. This is your basic sandwich place but the ingredients here are fresh and service is usually friendly and fast! Nothing overly special about this place it's just your basic sandwich, that delivers (in certain neighborhoods). Try them out, at least once. It takes over 30 minutes every time to deliver 1-2 sandwiches. Every time. One of my deliveries took 45+ minutes. I will cancel the order if it takes longer than 30 minutes, from now on. That is NOT freaky fast at All. Other locations are able to deliver in less than 15 minutes. That's the standard I've come to accept. This location will not get your sandwiches to you sooner than 30 minutes, minimum. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Jimmy John's location due to that. read more

Came here once. I requested the whole grain bread. The girl started to make my sandwich before I completed my order. So when she handed it to me I noticed it was on white bread. She immediately told me I was wrong and that they always come with white bread (with attitude). The cashier had to come over and explain that I did order the other bread. What happened to the customer always being right? Extremely rude! I called one time to order. This location is in willowbrook and we live in willowbrook. When we explained our location they said they only deliver to 63rd street. We live off of that road like a few feet and said we would pay extra. They refused. Every time I come here I find myself the only customer here. This is very convenient for me because i get quickly served but sometimes i wonder how does this place survive? I like their sandwiches. Just like I would like a sandwich from other Jimmy John's place. My favorite is a Turkey Tom with cheese on it and jalapenio chips on the side. A very nice combo. So a weird situation happened tonight and Jimmy John's handled it so well, placed an online order which I usually receive in under 10 minutes, they called almost as soon as I placed my order to let me know they were running behind because of a driver issue and the order would be a little late. They gave me options for how I wanted to handle the situation and in the end had a driver from another location get my sandwich to me, kudos to the entire company for working together to solve a problem and keeping the customer in the loop the whole way. I went to collect from the other two people who had ordered sandwiches and discovered they charge $1.88 per sandwich for delivery. WOW What a rip off!! I do not blame the delivery guy.
