I've been a Jimmy Johns fan since the early 2000's. I like the sandwiches but I think my favorite part about Jimmy Johns is the bread and sprouts; You can't get sprouts at every location, which sucks because I rather get sprouts than lettuce. This is your basic sandwich place but the ingredients here are fresh and service is usually friendly and fast! Nothing overly special about this place it's just your basic sandwich, that delivers (in certain neighborhoods). Try them out, at least once. Make sure you only get on your sandwich what you want, so that it's something you enjoy!

As I was ordering... this African American cashier... asked me a question ... I answered with a smile..."no chips" Then she shouted... INSERT THE CHIP..... Ohmygosh.... did this bishhh just give me some nasty attitude?!?!? so infront of the other nice lady... I said.... I HEARD you LOUD and CLEAR this time Then she realized she didn't want me to make a scene She said... I didn't mean to sound that loud Oh yes you did... FAIL FAIL FAIL You don't give your customer attitude... She could've said.... "Ms I said if u can please insert the chip" Sheeesh they better hire "customer friendly cashiers" This place was empty ... I can see why....

HUGE shout out to the Willowbrook Jimmy Johns, and this amazingly, freaky-fast, sandwich making Boss, Nick! Not only do they always serve deliciously fresh and satisfying sandwiches every single day, but they do it with a smile and make sure their customers are always 100% satisfied. They weren't able to deliver my sandwich to me today, due to the high demand of yummy goodness that flows from their restaurant. So to make it up, they hooked my order up for free!! This particular store had a very large catering order that understandably required their entire team of sammy connoisseurs' attention. But they still met my needs and had my order fresh and nicely packaged with kindness and smiles, when I picked it up just a few short minutes later. Thank you, Nick, for your generosity today! And thank you Jimmy Johns for always satisfying my tummy and taste buds

Not so freely fast. Ordered 6 days ago and still not ready

I have ordered sandwich 6 days ago. Apparently is still being prepared according to app. Not so freely fast.

Maybe the bread wasn't fresh, the lunch meat tasted processed, or the quality just wasn't consistent. Tony & Tina's Deli is the first place that has truly become my go-to. I absolutely love their subs, especially the Brayden. I always order the large, and it's packed with so much fresh meat that I can give a generous portion of the turkey to my toddler as a snack and still have a full sandwich left for myself. That's saying something! Their potato salad is also outstanding. It tastes homemade, not like something scooped out of a mass-produced container. It's exactly the kind of potato salad you picture enjoying on a hot summer day. What really sets Tony & Tina's apart is the customer service. The owners genuinely care about their customers. I've only had one issue, and it wasn't even their fault. It was a delivery service problem. They personally responded and made sure everything was handled professionally and promptly. If you haven't been there yet, give them a try. Grab a sandwich, check out the desserts, and if you're feeling lucky, they even have gaming machines. If you're busy and work from home like I do, their app makes ordering incredibly easy. Tony & Tina's has earned a customer for life!

Although there are no tables, there's a ledge by the window with some stools if you want to "dine in". The guy running the place looked young but was super friendly and seemed genuinely passionate about the deli. He told me they make their meats and soups in store. It was a cold day so I opted for a small size of each of their soils that day- chicken noodle, cream of chicken, and roasted stuffed peppers. Everyone in the family had a taste of each and we all had different favorites so I will conclude that regardless of what you get, you will enjoy it! My husband also had their chicken pesto panini while I split a ham and swim with my son. Good flavors and fresh ingredients. Also excellent proportions. We will definitely be back!

I got the Italian sub, it came with mortadella, hot capicola, Genoa salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, and vinegar on Italian bread. First bite, I was like yes... this is it. The flavor just hits right, salty, tangy, and a little spicy from the capicola. Bread had that perfect chew, not too soft, not rock hard. Maybe could've been a little toastier but that's just me, but honestly, it was solid. We also got the Turkey Cobb. Roasted turkey, blue cheese, and applewood smoked bacon on thick sourdough with avocado. That one was so good. The blue cheese really stood out, packed a flavorful punch that tied it all together. Portions were generous too, I didn't even finish it all in one go. I'd definitely come back and try the other sandwiches.

Definitely the kind of place that's easy to stop into when you're looking for something simple and unfussy. We ordered the Italian beef with hot giardiniera and a garden salad. The standout for me was actually the bread--it was fresh, soft, and really elevated the sandwich. The beef itself was decent, but it was drier than I expected and didn't have as much flavor as I was hoping for. Thankfully, the hot giardiniera added some much-needed moisture and spice, which helped bring the sandwich together. The garden salad was very basic--just lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes--but the Italian dressing was excellent and packed with flavor. Sometimes a great dressing is all a simple salad needs. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would come back, but next time I'd probably skip the Italian beef and try one of their deli sandwiches instead. Based on what I've heard and seen, that seems to be where Berto's really shines.
