I'm telling the world...... ...the new Gyro at Jimmy John's is GREAT !! They have two types of gyros; chicken or lamb. I had the lamb. It's got a wonderful cucumber sauce with lettuce and tomato in a pita shell. I could eat these all day. It's almost better than Taco Bell, but my first fast food love is Taco Bell. Anyway, stop in sometime and give it a try. You definitely won't regret it. Also try any of the sandwiches here. They are all good. read more

Bear with me as I'm not the one who leaves reviews, but after this experience, I will likely never walk into a Jimmy John's again and I know that sounds drama and it probably is but genuinely that was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a fast food chain this wasn't even my order my partner ordered ahead for pick up and I waited about 10 minutes before I even headed over there since I knew it was the lunch rush. I worked food service and enough to know that busy days are hectic so I was trying to be patient when I walked in and saw that there were two baseball teams and enough people to account for each of their extended families. I stood by the counter next to the pick up station with two other women who had arrived before me also waiting for pick up orders I couldn't tell you how long they were there, but both of them looked like they had been there far too long. The order I was picking up was genuinely just one sandwich and after being there for nearly an hour past when we placed the order and I do understand that a lot of these employees look to be Young high school age kids, but I had to speak to two people in order to get my order that had been sitting at the drive-through window since before I had walked in. I go out of my way to be polite and even apologize for bothering them during the rush-hour, but this entire experience has seemed far too ridiculous for a singular sandwich and I don't even like Jimmy John's enough to feel confident saying I would ever return to any location after that. it is one thing to be busy, but it is another thing to be unapproachable and withholding fulfilled orders that were placed in advance, causing people who plan ahead to wait behind massive orders only to find that their food was already ready and just not accessible to them. I consider this incredibly poor service I might've caught them on a bad day but I don't consider this acceptable for a company that markets itself on its fast service. read more

Updating my review to add that this is my favorite JJ location. My sandwich is always loaded with fresh vegetables. Ripe, red tomatoes and fresh crisp lettuce along with the cherry peppers really make my sandwich perfect. Of course the cheese is delicious and the bread is always freaky fresh. I always order on the app and my food is ready when I arrive. Employees are cheerful and helpful. read more

Orders are wrong and missing. It takes AN HOUR to get a cold sandwich.... You call to get your refund for missing items and "they can't refund certain items only full order" so these people are banking on missing items to gain more profit . DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Fast as expected. Got the beach club, which is my go to sandwich from there. It taste as good as usual. The bread is the best part, which sets it apart from other sandwiches. This has been one of my go-to lunch spots since the pre-COVID days. These folks go out of their way to be helpful and are often friendly too. I drive in my job so knowing I can reliably get a quick decent sandwich and drink is wonderful. I have never written a poor review for a food place before but I just experienced awful service. For starters jimmy johns is known for being "freaky fast" but it took them 45 minutes to get to my place even though it's only 10 minutes away. Secondly they got my order wrong and the guys response was "that's too bad. What do you want me to do about it?" I asked for another sandwich and he questioned me saying "there's not on it ham at all?" There was not one apology. Very rude, wrong, and unappealing. will not be ordering from them again. read more

Extremely disappointed when we tried to order a regular number 1 for our kids with lettuce on only half of the sandwich. Apparently, this JJ location does not accommodate such customized requests. Customer satisfaction was sacrificed for a trivial detail--and heck, it was saving them lettuce! We left without ordering and the Subway across the street made the sandwich exactly as we wanted. When I informed the preparer that multiple customers who ordered after me had received their orders before me and it had been 15 minutes, another preparer rudely looked to me and said "everyone else is waiting too". I just had the most bizarre experience in this store. My 4 year old daughter wanted to know if the sandwiches were hot or cold and the girl working the register wasn't able to answer her. She said the bread is warm but we can't guarantee it's hot. What?! And when asked for clarification she had so much attitude. Then I asked if I could have the Dijon mustard on the side and I was told that was completely impossible. So I asked if I could try it. All 8 employees standing around just couldn't fathom this request. It was just very very strange.
