This place has some weird hours and unlike most other Jimmy John's is closed on Sundays. The door was open and the guy inside was pretty rude about them being closed. Bummer. read more

This place has hours that seem fitting for a boss that doesn't care about his business. From looking over the reviews I can see I'm not the first to spend the time to show my displeasure. My story- I went to this location on Saturday at 2:55pm and the door was locked. There were three employees that saw me at the door and just looked at me. Their window hours say they are open to 3pm not 2:55pm. I worked at a few food service places and usually what the customer can see/experience is typically the best appearance the business has. What I mean by that is, if this is how they treat customers to their face then I don't want to know about they hygiene or food standards. Message to the owner- sell the franchise to someone who cares and go find something to care about. read more

If you are looking for "freaky fast delivery" I caution you to place an order. Probably not Jimmy John's fault that they do no have their own delivery person. Twice now, I have ordered and they had to out source their delivery which delays their "freaky fast delivery" tremendously!!! Good food but unfortunately they should warn you when placing a order that they are outsourcing and it may take much longer then their advertised freaky fast delivery, so you can place an order someplace else if in a hurry so you are not wondering where they are. read more

I don't know why this place has bad reviews... I've been here twice in the last 2 weeks and it's been good. It's a sub place... I get the turkey Tom with just about everything on it, and it's been consistently good both times and the staff is nice. They are fast with the order and helpful. This outlet should be called Jimmy Jerk's.  Recently, I went in to order sandwiches and asked if they had Swiss cheese. "No, we only have provolone cheese," the surely counter guy said with a sneer. I then told him that I wanted one sandwich with a only little mustard.  He asked if that meant a small amount of mustard.  After completing my order (two sandwiches, two bags of chips and two cookies), I took what looked like my receipt in front of me.  "Did you take the order ticket?" the counter guy asked with a nasty tone. "We need that to make the sandwiches."  I returned the order ticket to him.  The sandwiches were made at a leisurely pace and plopped near my other food by a woman who assembled them.  She then walked away without even offering to bag what was more food than one person could carry. After asking, I was given a empty bag, which I had to load myself, and no napkins.  I loaded the bag and got out of there as fast as I could. The Jimmy John's slogan is "freaky fast, freaky good." My experience here was neither fast nor good but it sure was freaky. I will not return. read more

I've had Jimmy Johns a few times at banquets and other functions but I've never ordered it on my own or reviewed one before. JJ's is similar to Subway in that most of their subs are cold. I don't believe they even have a toaster for the entire sub, just certain toppings that require heating up. Sandwich sizes are smaller overall, they don't go beyond 8''. I don't even think they have sandwiches other than 8'' ones. The difference between their Plain Slims (just bread and meats), 8'' Sub Sandwiches (all toppings), and Giant Club Sandwiches (double toppings of 8'' Sub Sandwiches) are the quantity of toppings between the bread. I ordered the Giant Italian Nightclub ($6.69) which contains Genoa salami, capicola, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo & an Italian vinaigrette. I ordered online but service could have been better with regards to filling my order as it was put through but they didn't notice it until I arrived there. Nonetheless, the employees were nice and made my order promptly. Despite being 8'', I found that it wasn't as filling as an Italian from Firehouse and Subway sandwiches. Maybe I was more hungrier than usual but then again JJ sandwiches aren't as big as other chains overall. Sandwiches still aren't too pricey and are better options for lunch than dinner in my honest opinion. In any case, next time I come here or to another JJ location to review, I'd like to try some of their other sandwiches. It's nestled in a busy plaza with other eateries and businesses across from Nino Salvaggio's so it could be tough to find. Overall, though it has it's own unique taste that's worth checking out! read more

The food is amazing but the delivery is awful. Not freaky fast at this location. They have 1 driver. I waited an hour for my food twice. The first time they delivered it to the wrong place twice! If want a sandwich go in don't get delivery. Hire more drivers! read more

Worst customer service ever! Delivery was over an hour late. I tried to call the store but first no one answered. Finally someone answered and hung up on me. When I tried to call again the phone had been taken off the hook. I had to go to the store to get my food when I had already pain for delivery and tip. Fast and delicious. Food was finished being made by the time I paid. I like extra dressing, and got exactly what I asked for. The two workers ran when the phone rang, and made sure to always stay busy. Music was perfect volume and atmosphere was great. Good job Jimmy John's. read more

I like the food, but everytime I order something is wrong. The tickets always shows the correct order, but what I end up getting is a complete toss up. I'm either missing items, its takes an hour and a half for delivery (and this is NOT an exaggeration - it really did take that long!), the meat and toppings are all switched, etc. Its ridiculous when we place our order online and it's literally ALL on the ticket, correctly! read more

I've had every bad experience in the book here. Their food is clammy and bland, I've been made to wait over 90 minutes for delivery without any warning that it would take longer than usual, I've been told they can't deliver to me even after having their food delivered half a dozen times, and I've tried to call in orders only to be left on hold for upwards of 10 minutes. The only reason I ever tolerated them was because they were the only ones I could get to deliver to my location, but I think I've had enough of this place. This location is closer to where I live then the one by RHS, love this JJs as we'll honestly my favorite sub shop and love eating here. they make the best sandwiches and once again they know how to higher a great staff great people.! I have never had issue with any Jimmy Johns, which is why I am writing this review today. It took over ten minutes to receive my two subs and there was only one customer in front of me. While waiting, a customer dining-in was returning her sub as it was made incorrectly. Customers that came in after me were served prior to my order. Ours was carry-out. When I opened my 'unwich' it was a total mess. While I understand that these are slightly messier due to their bun-less nature, it was not wrapped entirely in the lettuce, nor was it even wrapped correctly with the outer paper. I could barely eat it as the entire mess just fell to my plate. I asked for light mayo and it was drowning in mayo. My daughter asked for a mayo packet for her sub and we came home to find no packets. I also cannot find any place on the JJ page to contact mgmt or write a review. There are a total of 4 other sub shops within a 1 mile stretch of this location, you'd think they would try a little harder to make a quality sandwich. Marisa read more
