After waiting 8-9 minutes for a single sandwich they forgot to put cheese on my #4 but they didn't forget to charge me extra for the cheese. The guy who made the sandwich wraps it up looks me in the eye and says "number 4", I respond number 4 with cheese? he says yes and hands me the sandwich. When I open the sandwich there's no cheese. Living in Sugar Grove, there aren't a lot of fast-food options. This Jimmy John's is always my go-to when I'm feeling a little bit famished. The bread is always soft and fresh, establishment is clean, and the employees are polite. Besides the delicious food, there is a girl that works in the drive-through. She's the cutie with the lip piercing. She always has a smile on her face and a good attitude. She's my favorite part of my visit to Jimmy Johns. ‍ btw try the unwiches! my go-to is a double meat gargahntuan unwich with extra onions and sauce. I love the oil but don't care for the vinegar. I came here after a work shift ready for a healthy meal and it tasted great! I always ask for extra tuna and they always give me the perfect amount. Jimmy Johns is always my go to meal on the run and I've never been disappointed. The staff were very friendly and quick and efficient. read more

Not one person that walked in was asked to wear a mask. I was in there for less than 5 min and three people walked in for picks up, not one was asked to put on a masks or any facial covering. The family that was sitting there eating quickly looked like they were trying to finish up and get out of there since protocol wasn't being followed. Generally I love Jimmy Johns but twice at this location my son and I have gotten STALE bread. Not mildly stale, hard as a rock, almost inedible amount of stale. Their bread is my favorite so imagine my disappointment. read more

It just shows you if you put enough mayonnaise on something people will eat it. Bread is very yeasty as with most fast rising cheap breads. If you are really hungry it will do. The other mediocre option across the street is Micky D's. read more

I have enjoyed the food at this location BUT I had a very bad experience calling for delivery. Jenny (who informed me she was the manager) does not know the 1st thing about customer service. She also was not familar with the menu. I asked for a side of hot peppers. She said it had been 2 years since they offered that. Later in the conversation she said it had been 1 year. Oddly enough we have requsted and received hot peppers several times in the last year..we will not be going back to this location and Jenny is in need of retraining!! read more
