Cmon. This is a fast food style sandwich shop. People giving it one or two stars are a bit critical. Of course it is not a Michelin tier restaurant with fondue and soufflé but for a fresh quick service and solid options. This is my go to sandwich spot. The quality is consistent every where I travel.

Not freaky fast anymore, none of the servers seems to be in a hurry to make my sandwich. They should change their logo to freaky slow.

The sandwich is ok. I had the roast beef it was a bit salty. But the bread was great though.

I totally get the hype about this place! If I lived nearby, you can bet I'd work my way through…read moretheir whole menu. There's just something different about this style of sandwich. I've had sandwiches in NYC and Boston, but Tony's were definitely better! The menu is overwhelming because so much sounds good, so we went with two 7 inch sandwiches to split--one hot and one cold. Although a helpful tip from the cashier is that you can order any cold sandwich hot. We had the Lucky Luciano (hot) and the Sophia (cold). Both were really good--it was hard to choose between the two. But if I'm being honest, that cold sandwich was reminiscent of subs I loved in the early 2000s from places that no longer exist...with that super thinly sliced turkey, thick slice of Swiss cheese, and basil mayo--it really hit the spot. We also had a cannolo--not as good as others I've had. The bottled root beer was delightful. The Lucky Luciano was the kind of sandwich I came here for, and don't get me wrong, it is deliciously cheesy and will make your hands messy. But the Sophia is the kind of sandwich I'll be craving. My only regret was not taking a sandwich to-go for later. Open a location closer to Houston, please. :)

Many visits later it pains me to remove a star FOR BEVERAGE ISSUES ONLY (the food is still…read morefantastic). They are a pepsi place (booooooo!), and there's no diet pepsi (pepsi zero is their only zero calorie soda option). If you drink Diet Coke (most popular diet drink in USA), then you don't want diet pepsi, but you'll probably drink it if you have to; however, you're very likely to hate pepsi zero (and Coke Zero, too), so no soda for you here anymore! A full Coke setup that also includes Dr Pepper AND Diet Dr Pepper is ideal. I realize a pepsi fountain is more profitable because of distributor incentives, but pepsi is favored by almost nobody and hated by many...so is it really worth it? Tony's is so great that pepsi just does not fit in. Hopefully they don't deteriorate further and change to Wonderbread for all of their sandwiches. Bottom line: at the very least, please add diet pepsi to your soda machine if that brand remains in place.

The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming--he thanked nearly every customer he saw multiple times for coming in and even acknowledged the tip that was left, which was such a thoughtful touch. Beyond the outstanding hospitality, the food is exceptional. So far, I've tried three different sandwiches, two pasta dishes, and the triple salad with both egg salad and chicken salad, and every single item has been delicious. It's hard to imagine anything on the menu not being equally good. My only wish is that they offered outdoor seating. I often have my small pup with me and would love the option to sit outside and enjoy a meal there with her. Overall, this place is easily a 10/10. If you're in the Stafford area, I highly recommend stopping by--just note they're open Monday through Friday until 2:00 PM, so plan accordingly.

The dessert (a tiny brownie) was also terrible. The only thing eaten was the Lays chips. Absolutely awful. I would never, ever recommend this place for anyone. Yuck. Negative stars.

Lots of seating, great wait staff, and the sandwiches are gigantic--as they should be for the price. $30 for a sandwich on average. We split an open face pastrami (which they brought an extra plate) and we are glad we did. The potato salad is tiny. Too much sandwich for one but not enough potato salad for two! The pickles they provide before your sandwich arrives are yummy- not like a traditional out of the bar pickle. These are what I remember from NYC. Garlic and not sweet. We also had the apple pie alamode. Also pricey and gigantic. It was warm and delicious. Glad we tried this icon. We went at lunch and they get quite the crowd. You are not rushed at all. You can even take some bakery items to go--if you are too full to eat there. Amazing selection of cookies, rugala, black and white cookies and more.

I…read morewas a bit surprised when it opened, because most Jason's Deli locations I've been into have quite a bit of space for people to sit and mingle for a while, but this is clearly more of a grab-and-go spot where they don't anticipate much lingering. I've only ordered from here a couple of times, always to go when I needed something quick for work, and I'll give them credit, they always have the food ready on time. I'd much prefer going to a larger location where you can sit more comfortably (they have like 4-6 small tables inside), so it won't be a place I regularly visit. I was going to go with just two stars because the tiny location and general lack of parking around lunch time make it a bit miserable to visit, but I had to give them a third star after my wife's family went there for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed being able to leave the nearby Starbucks and grab a bite to eat in proper chairs.

I had read that this place was "smaller than other locations" like "1/4 the size of a Jason's Deli"…read morebut we didn't realize it would be THIS SMALL. Like, it's got 5 tables??? After googling this location, it was listed as a Jason's Deli-Express. (Well, maybe that should be listed on the front of the store). I always get Jason's Deli salad bar well... that's not here. And the kids love the free ice cream... I don't think that's here either. We didn't see it. If you go to Jason's for sandwiches, this place would definitely be ok. Baked potato, yes. Ordering an already made salad, yup. So unfortunately, we left and went to a "normal" Jason's Deli where I could have my beloved salad bar and the kids could gorge themselves on ice cream.
