I said - so an hour Lady on phone - we'll ma'am you're not the only one I said - I know but I placed my order 30 min ago She then backed away from the phone and said to someone else "I told her 20 more mins, she's getting upset" I am upset. Isn't your motto speedy fast? Do y'all not have a person in charge of online orders while the others take care of the guest in store? I never leave reviews or get upset. Terrrrrible!!!! Integrity issues!! No accountability!! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. I frequently order from Jimmy John's, and this is the first time my order was both mishandled and not delivered. After placing my order and not receiving it, I called the store and was assured that a new order would be sent out. Despite waiting another hour, the food still did not arrive. When I called to request a refund, I was instructed to contact corporate because the store could not explain why cash had been removed from the register. I frequent this location a couple times a week. Today I got to the speaker to order and it sounded like the girl on the other end was whispering. I started my order and the girl said "ma'am you don't have to yell I can hear just fine" I said ooh well I can barely hear you on this end and she said "ma'am you don't have to get an attitude with me" Excuse me?!?!? I had to leave immediately BEFORE I caught an attitude! I was just making a regular order into the speaker as I always do..this was news to me. And then I explained that she sounded distant. Cmon. This is a fast food style sandwich shop. People giving it one or two stars are a bit critical. Of course it is not a Michelin tier restaurant with fondue and soufflé but for a fresh quick service and solid options. This is my go to sandwich spot. Jimmy John's is ok. If there is just no other choice around, then it's an option. The bread is generally the best part of the sandwiches. Other than that, it's nothing special for me. The funniest thing is I often think about the ad that Jimmy John's is so fast at delivery, but then when I am there, it takes them quite a while to make the sandwiches for me to take and pick up. However, the customer service at this location is definitely not something I would rave about. There was one time before there was this girl that didn't even charge me correctly (and gave me my card back), and if not for another girl who noticed that it was not charged (and asked for my card again), it would've been a free sandwich for me! I don't like Jimmy Johns overall an this location is sad. They are supposed to be fast right? That's what all the marketing says. This location is sooooo slow. There are usually three guys working and they move at a snail pace. Usually we take to go and we're almost always waiting like 10 minutes for sandwiches. Been here more than a couple of times. Each experience has not been consistent. Slow location, we went during lunch time and there was no one in the drive-thru line here (bad sign). Other times I got lettuce that was not fresh on my sandwich and others they took too long. I like Jimmy Johns, but this location hasn't been up to standards, and with the competition around it I wouldn't be surprised if it went out of business if this keeps up. read more

Came through the drive through to order a club lulu. The woman at the drive through(around 6 pm 12/15/2021) passed me my sandwich and I went home. After eating the sandwich the next day I notice I have really bad upset stomach. I hadn't eaten anything else that day besides that club lulu(bank statements to prove). I have had food poisoning for 3 days and still ongoing and when I had time I told myself I would come there to let the managers know. I came there yesterday to let them know nicely(because I used to work in the food industry) that something in the club lulu is causing food poisoning. The manager acted extremely anxious and told me she can't give me anything. I didn't want anything to start off with, I just wanted to be nice. First time I ordered awhile back service was great and fast. Driver arrived within 20 min. Tonight the Second time, I place placed my order through they're admittedly great app @ 7:05pm. Delivery driver calls @ 7:50pm saying he is inside the gate. Cool I meet the driver and he gives me one bag and a drink. I was expecting 2 bags because I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 bag of chips, 1 cookie and 1 drink. I check the bag and it is one sandwich short. Driver apologizes and says he'll be right back with an extra bag of chips for the inconvenience. I call the store just to let them know hey forgot a sandwich and to be more careful with the orders. I let the Young lady know that driver is going to bring an extra bag of chips and she says "that they can't do that." I ask why not and she says " we can't give five away free food." I said Ma'am it's what you do when you make a mistake to keep the customer's business" She says " We didn't forget your about your sandwich, we made it but just didn't put it in the bag." I didn't yell or curse at the young girl, I just said " That's not my fault" and ended the phone. I took a minute to think. I had to wait 45 min and my order was wrong. It's now 8:01pm almost an hour later. I call back and it rings 10+ times until it disconnects. I was used my cell phone for all the calls and I'm guessing they have caller ID because when I call on my work phone they picked up immediately. Same girl says "Thank you calling Jimmy John's" I say " I need to cancel my order" in a stern voice. She recognized my voice and says " Ok .... let me get my manager," and put me on hold. The line cuts off and I get a call back on my cell phone! I say Hello. Different young lady starts talking and sounds a smidge older, " Hi I'm Katy I think. You said you want to cancel your order? I replied "Yes". She says "Did you receive your order?" I say "I received half my order. I only got 1 out of 2 sandwiches. I want to cancel the sandwich I did not receive. It's been a hour and i don't want to wait." She says"Ok I'll have it processed by the end of the night." Since it is 8 o clock and they close at 10 clock.. I asked if she can process it now. She says she can't because of all the customers she has right now." How hard is it process a refund? I've never seen anyone take longer than a few minutes to process a refund and you want me to wait another 2 hours on top of the 1 hour I've already been waiting. No Sir I headed to their store now. Because the delivery driver kept the receipt to make sure they get the order right in the first place. So I have no proof of the order other than the order history in the app. Update! Manager refunded entire ticket! And service has been satisfactory ever since. Now 3 stars and not 1 star rating. read more

Maybe they are fast compared to an 82 year old sprinter recovering from hip replacement surgery. 7 staff members behind the counter wandering around like they are the cast of the walking dead. I'm blown away by the ineptitude of this location. Because I've been waiting for 23 minutes, after being first in line I've taken this time to observe the staff.... wow I think they hired every single one of them at 11:05 this morning and the training consisted of "give it a shot"... ok it's been 30 minutes now and the 2 people after me have been served, I think I'll ask for my money back. Waited in drive thru behind 3 cars for 15 minutes to get to the order board. Order taker did nice job, said amount due was $7.31. A couple of more minutes to the window. Got to the window and handed the clerk a ten dollar bill, a quarter, a nickel, and a penny. A couple more minutes and he returns with a dollar bill and 89 cents in change. Thinking I heard the amount wrong at the order board I asked him how much the sandwich was, he replied seven dollars and thirty one cents. I held up the dollar bill and put the loose change on the window, told him I should get three dollars back. A couple of more minutes go by and he returns with my sandwich, 15 quarters, a dime and 4 pennies, for a total of three dollars and eighty nine cents and a very confused look on his face. I kept the dollar bill and eight of the quarters and put the rest back on the window. He still did not figure out what was going on. The sandwich was good, service was slow, but the entertainment value priceless! I will recommend this JJ location to all my friends. read more

This is my favorite sub place to eat. They have the freshest ingredients and their bread is absolutely amazing. Plus their jimmy chips are top notch as well. I had the lettuce wrap and the turkey sandwich. They were made to perfection and had great fresh ingredients. I would compare this to sub way but the difference between the two is the quality. Jimmy johns quality is way better and is definitely a recommendation for others in my opinion. read more
