I've never seen a worse managed restaurant and a more inept staff. I like Jimmy John's and go there frequently in Phoenix. When I'm in Minnesota for the summer I try to stop by this place. Twice a year for the last three years I've been impressed with the total lack of discipline and quality among the staff. I don't blame the kids! Some are probably trying to do a good job. This is the ownership's incompetence and lack of care which slides down to the 17 year old local managers who seem to be playing grab ass it's the staff instead of producing a quality sandwich. I received an email at 4:03 confirming my order. Jimmy wasn't so freaky fast today. I didn't get my sandwich for another 45 minutes, and I live less than 1.5 miles away from this store. Quite disappointed by that. For some reason the whole insides of the sandwich slips out when you take a bite but cutting it in half makes it slightly easier to keep everything inside. I asked to have it cut in half, didn't do that either. The sandwiches are good but sometimes the work you have to put into eating it isn't worth it. read more

Stopped by this Jimmy Jones for sandwiches to go! This is a new location so the stop is extra squeekie clean :) There is tons of seating plus a really nice outdoor seating as well. The only downside is they have a small parking lot, but there is plenty of street parking. If you love jimmy jones , try this place. read more

There's something to be said about any sandwich shop that is open as early/late as Jimmy Johns is. And my experience at this one has always been a happy one! The people that work here actually wear gloves (which is a nice change over the one I went to in Minneapolis). Another thing I really like about this location is that they actually give you what you want in a sandwich! They have always given me excellent service at this location. I love that they seem to always be open. It's always fun to come in after midnight and watch the drunkies stumble in for sandwich fixes. Service is very quick; however, the space to eat your sandwich in is limited. They used to have a row of booths and some high-top tables, but that last time I was in there they had gotten rid of the booths. I'm not sure if they are in the middle of remodeling or if this is the new setup. read more

Love this place! Super clean on the inside and never really busy! The parking lot is confusing, but you can risk parking in a different company's reserved spots. The location is a little tricky to get to, but if you're hungry enough you'll find a way. However, last time I was there I had to wait 5 min until someone came into the room to take my order. I work right around the corner and we order sandwiches many times a week. I placed an online order at 4:55 PM and by 5:35 my sandwich had still not arrived. I called to find out what was going on and the manager was extremely rude. I even told him that they should not advertise being fast when it's taking over 40 mjnutes. He tried telling me is was 20 to 30 and I couldn't really tell time. I told him that I thouht he was being rude and his service was poor. He said "Oh well, its not my problem". I asked him what he would do to allieviate the situation and he wouldn't do anything. I prepaid for my sandwich with a credit card and am still waiting. After checking the store hours online I drove over to highland park from south Minneapolis under the impression they were open until 3am. I arrived to the store around 12:30am all the lights and neons were on and the door was open. The 2 employees rudely told me they were closed. I asked why is the door still unlocked, they looked at me like I kicked their dog or something and got an attitude. Why even have store hours if they are just going to decide to shut down 2.5 hours early. Worst customer service ever. I will never be back.
