5.11.25: Had to drive into town to run an errand and afterwards I felt like a veggie sandwich from Jimmy John's. However this time, I decided to try a different location and test their veggie sandwich consistency and freshness. When we walked in we were greeted and I was surprised how big the inside dining area was. It wasn't busy and actually empty the entire time we were there. Mother's Day could have affected this. Anyway, I proceeded to order the #6 veggie sandwich and my friend ordered the Turkey Tom and added salami, peppers, and oil & vinegar. My sandwich was really good and consistent with the veggie sandwich from the other store. Bread was soft and delicious as usual and all my veggies were fresh and crisp. There was adequate cheese and the avocado spread tied it all together nicely. My friend was pretty happy with his choice and said it was really good. The employees were nice and had good customer service. The store was brightly lit and noticeably clean. I would visit this store again. It's worthy to note this location has a drive-thru, but no outdoor seating. read more

recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Jimmy John's. The staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, being both rude and impatient. Their disinterest in assisting customers was evident, as they even walked away when a customer sought help. Such deplorable service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. A gentleman was in-front of me and an employee helped one customer then walked talked to her friends completely ignoring the other customer. Took a drink and just stood there it took a drive through Manager to stop his job and pick up the slack of an other employee I would not recommend this place the other locations are so much more reliable and respectful. Food is not the problem but if you want a side of attitude with your sub this is the place staff is EXTREMELY rude! Do not recommend eating here. read more

Watched the guy wrapping the sandwich and I literally didn't think anything was inbetween the bread. Paid $ 10 for this turkey sandwich and when I open it in front of him I asked is this all I get- twice and he said yes. Charge you extra to put cheese on it. Really disappointing they couldn't even take a little extra effort to try to rectify the problem. read more

Shout-out to the Argonne Rd Jimmy John's in Spokane Valley! I placed an order through the app that wasn't delivered. When I went to the store, I was greeted by Josh. He listened to my problem and tried to get to the bottom of it. In the end, he made sure I left with my meal and a smile. Somehow, he Jedi mind-tricked me into being happy that I didn't get my food and happier that I had the pleasure of working with him‍ To top it off... Josh is the General Manager! FIRST AND LAST TIME AT JIMMY JOHN'S!!! Should be 0/5 stars :( Placed an online order. Lobby closed, presumably due to staffing issues. Had to wait 23 mins in the drive thru. Got to speaker and needed to update my order (remove my drink). Got to window and "Manager" kid told me that he can't "void" the soda so I will "essentially have to pay for 2 sandwiches" in order to "correct" my order. When I refused and asked why, he said "Nevermind. It's voided. Have a great day." and shut the window. I knocked on the window and he told me that I wasn't getting my food. I went to the front door and, when he came out, I explained that I was diabetic and wasted my whole lunch break in their drive thru (I showed him now how shaky I was from low blood sugar) and his reply was "Well, I guess you better go get some food." read more

Every time I order from there I ask for no ice. Typically they have it like 20% ice.. Well today takes the cake. They, for the first time ever, actually got my order right... Except the no ice part. I will not eat at this place again. They try underhanded things here. I ordered a #12. The gal making subs took one out of the cooler area, unwrapped it, took the cheese and roast beef that was on to off. She put the meat and cheese back in the cooler part then took turkey and cheese and put it on the sandwich, re-wrapped it and handed it me. When I questioned her about the sandwich she refused to make me a new one. The manager Felicia was to call me but never has. Go to the PInes or Sullivan stores. Better service!! read more

Surprisingly slow delivery considering I'm .8 miles away. Yeah I know it can be stated I could just drive there or that it is afternoon on a weekend. Anyhow, ordered at 3:47pm. It has been about an hour and a half now and I requested ASAP as usual. The food is decent but do not expect remotely fast delivery, let alone Freaky. Figured I'd give everyone an up-to-date review. Made an online order for two sandwiches. Wasn't getting an update from the app so I called and the girl said they were ready. My fiancé picked them up and said when he got there there was about 8 people working (all who looked like the were only 15-16), all standing around and no one acknowledged him enter. The boy at the drive-thru window walked up to him to help, grabbed our food, handed it to someone else, and that person held it for another minute before bringing it to the cashier stand. We ordered 4-5 extra toppings on both sandwiches, and when we opened them up at home both only had the standard tomatoes and pickles on the sandwiches. I took them back and asked them to remake the sandwiches. I'm guessing it was the manager at the counter who helped me and he was very kind with great customer service and they let me keep the old sandwiches. We get they are just sandwiches - nothing to get all excited about. But I'm giving a 1/5 because the frickin order ticket sits 12 inches from the sandwich makers face. It's not hard to get a simple sandwich right. When I got home and opened the new sandwiches I found that both sandwiches were made with the wrong mustard. This location needs to work on attention to detail and customer service. The food was pretty tasty, but as a father of a then-toddler, not having a change table in either bathroom (my wife checked the women's bathroom) - and there being no family bathroom - makes it really hard to want to come back to this place. Restaurant owners need to have change tables if they want to serve families. Especially for a chain restaurant, I'm shocked that change tables in both bathroom's aren't standard. read more

I just had what is called a "Wish Sandwich", Two slices of bread and "wish" I had some meat! I ordered the Cubano, I paid high 8 dollars for this, bread is great, meats thin and sparse. So I work in the Valley and can't break away from work a ton. Low and behold we get a Jimmy Johns nearby which is great. Can't beat the speed of service. Food quality at this Argonne location has steadily declined however and I said to myself I will give them one more try. Today when ordering I specified fresh bread because the last few times it seemed stale. Food came and bread didn't seem any better. To make matters worse after eating my sandwich I noticed a black hair in my sandwich wrapper. I am a blonde so I know it wasn't mine which left me thinking, "I am done with Jimmy Johns at this location". To top that off I opened my cookie which comes in a plastic wrapper and I have never encountered this before but my cookie was hard and stale rather then soft like it has always been in the past also. I looked to my receipt to fill a survey out and there is nothing on it anywhere front or back so you get my vent right here for all to see!! read more
