Messy, gooey, deliciousness!! I tried the tomato soup too which was decent. My boyfriend got the bbq brisket and wasnt impressed. He said my veggie sandwich was definitely better. He got a side of mac n cheese that was reminiscent of Kraft but with white cheese - it was a tad better than Kraft. Great service, clean restaurant.

When I got my sandwich, it had barely any toppings on it--literally only a few pieces of cucumber and very little else. For the price, I expected a lot better. To make matters worse, the hot sauce station was disgusting. Nearly all of the bottles were empty, crusted over with old sauce, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It was unappetizing and made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant overall. Very disappointed with the quality of the food and the condition of the restaurant. I won't be back. Honestly, Subway is better.

It's the perfect size to hold and not fall apart for me. And 1/3 fills me up pretty good. The service went flawlessly. These folks usually do good. Whether its here or at another location. I have never had an issue with JMS. Even after they were purchased by a Venture Cap Firm. I hope they don't change a thing. The store was perfectly clean. I took my order to go as I had a few more stops to make before I ate. I would have been happy to have eaten at the store. The prices have gone up. The sandwich was a little shy of 20.00. However I am happy they are not sacrificing quality or shrinkflating their meal as I would rather get charged a few bucks extra than get a shoddy meal.

I have been getting food at the Buona Beef in Darien IL for many years and have zero complaints…read more The restaurant is always nice and clean with friendly, American employees. In my opinion, the customer service is consistently on the same level as Chick-Fil-A which is thought to be great by the vast majority of people. The food is always fresh and properly prepared. No stale cracking buns, limp vegetables, wilted lettuce, mushy and runny tomatoes, dark brown dried out fries, spongy ice cream cones, etc. Most days I think Buona's stuff is better than Portillo's. Buona has a generous customer loyalty program. It doesn't take many orders to start getting discounts and even free menu items. Of all the restaurants I know of in the area, Buona is one of the best in this regard. In almost 20 years I had but ONE order screwup where I ordered cheese fries and they forgot to put the cup of cheese sauce in the bag at the drive-thru. The mistake was quickly corrected via the restaurant giving me a credit for my next order. The Darien Buona gets 5 stars from me for being consistently great over many years.

If you're looking for the authentic Rainbow Cone experience, I would recommend visiting the original standalone Rainbow Cone location instead. Very disappointing experience overall.
