I just have to say, Brody is the man! He was working solo today and a girls softball team rolled in and slammed him! He hustled his but off and got them all taken care of, with a smile and great food. Super awesome employee and person. The owners should be very proud of him. I walked into this establishment, initially greeted by the employees. There were no customers sitting inside or outside of the restaurant. I asked about how many sandwiches I would need to feed 14 individuals and one of the young ladies was very sweet and mentioned that I would need a catering platter. There was a second woman who was not as helpful and disclosed that they did not have enough bread although I did see a rack with four trays and another rack with a tray and a half filled with bread. That non-helpful employee, then disclose that they would not be able to fulfill my order until 30 minutes later because apparently it was considered catering as it would be more than five subs. Even though I think it was evident that I was in a rush and that I needed the subs, her customer service was awful, and she disclosed that she was not able to fulfill the sub order of seven subs. I am definitely a Jimmy John's customer I refuse and will never come to this Jimmy John's establishment again. read more

I ordered the #9 online and paid extra for avocado. To my surprise my avocado was missing not to mention my extra dressings. When I called the store I spoke to Christian and when I explained to him I didn't get my avocado. He wanted to offer me $3 dollars for my next visit. I said was that the best you could do? (Jokingly) he said yes irritatedly. He broke down that $1.59 was what was charged for the missing avocado and he was trying to give me back $3. I said well no I want my money back because I don't want to return back to this store. So he said to me that he would have to refund me my money and then re-charge me. At this point he hung up on me when I was frustrated that he would have to charge me all over again. We had mobile ordered and they said that they had "run out bread," because the rest was for tomorrow. It was well before closing and I honestly think they had just cleaned too early and didn't want to get things dirty again. We did a refund and he didn't even offer a receipt. I had never been to a Jimmy John's before, but the Caprese caught my eye. I finally gave it a try, and it became a regular staple for me. I'd go back at least once a week to order the thing because it was great, and I'd slowly expand my menu to the pickle (huge and good), brownie, and cookies. All great. The place exceeded my expectations for sure, and the service was good. The ambiance was typical "fast food restaurant", but it was clean so that was nice. The reason I give it 4 stars despite loving it is because they hooked me with the Caprese and then they took it away. It is now off the menu at all Jimmy John's, and this hurts me. I've never seen a sandwich this pathetic from a place that only does sandwiches. This was my first time here, and my last. I ordered a #9 Italian Night Club, #16 Club LuLu (both giants) and a #2 Big John (reg). These sandwiches are a smack in face to a GOOD authentic Italian Sub (#9), poor LuLu (#16) would be embarrassed to have her name attached to this sandwich and Holy crap, if this is a BIG John (#2) I'd hate to see Small John....2 slices of meat on an 8" roll?!? Service was absolutely Freaking Fast. Am I the only one who loves that they use real Hellmans mayo?! Yummy! There are places to sit inside for a small group. I give up on this place ..this specific location used to be good like two years ago but has only declined since. The quality of their ingredients , customer service, and everything else. The food is good but the hours are so unpredictable. It's a Sunday at 1:45pm, yelp says they're open, I try to order a pickup online and it says they're not accepting pickups. I have a reward that's expiring today so I call to make sure they can still honor my reward in store, and it just rings and rings. This has happened more times than I can count, random times and days. Once I even placed an order and it actually let me and the store had to call to let me know they were actually going to be closed before my pickup time that I had selected so I had to go early to get it. May 2019: I don't know what has happened to this place. My orders are always missing an item. They always forget to add whatever upgrades I pay for to my sandwich. The quality of food has dropped dramatically. I ordered a tuna sandwich and it has dried up tuna and barely any at that! Maybe it was the last bit of tuna they had? Don't go here. True to their name, my sandwich was out as soon as I grabbed some water from the fountain area. The quality of the sandwich was lacking. I felt the ingredients could be picked up from your local gas station. I had the JJ Gargantuan, which costed me around $10. Every bite I took, I felt like my money could have been better used at the grocery store to make a better quality sandwich. I ended up eating only half the sandwich. I'm very curious to see why some people love their sandwiches and how JJ stays in business. If anybody can explain to me the appeal of Jimmy John's sandwich, I am open to listening. I was pretty disappointed in this place. I honestly never heard of Jimmy Johns before it showed up in my neighborhood, and I was excited to try it. Disclaimer: I learned of the CEO's animal trophy hunting hobby after trying their sandwiches and forming this opinion, and while I am tempted to knock them down extra star in disgust, I will not. The bottom line here is that this place has mediocre sandwiches at high prices. I got a turkey and cheese sandwich and they gave me a total of three small turkey slices surrounded by mostly bread for over $6. That is unacceptable. I recently got a fantastic turkey, cheese, and bacon sandwich at Earl Of Sandwich in Downtown Disney for the same price. Jersey Mike's packs their sandwiches with meat for a similar price. So it really boils down to the Groucho Marx joke that Woody Allan quotes in Annie Hall: The food here is lousy... and such small portions. read more

I really enjoyed Jimmy John's. Compared to Subway which charges about $6-$7 for a "Premium" sub, Jimmy John's blows them out of the water. Their Italian sub was great and you get a good value. Their service was super quick as well. I had just finished paying for my order and my sub was already ready to go.
