We eat here. A lot. I usually order delivery. This particular location has very friendly staff. The delivery drivers are always friendly & when I choose to pick-up or order inside, they're always very nice. Service has never been an issue here for us. I would also like to note that it's very clean inside. Sometime they get my delivery orders wrong, but I am also one of "those customers" who super customizes their order to an annoying degree. I would say about 8/10 times are correct, which in my opinion is pretty alright. However, even when they do miss something it's always one, maybe two, things. And yes they delivery REALLY fast. Quality of ingredients and freshness has only ever been an issue for me one time. The bread was a little "eh" but 1 time out of like 30 is fine. Everything always tastes really good. i was looking for something quick before work. i walk in to an empty restaurant with two workers and it was my first time there, wasn't welcomed at all or even just decent kindness shown. the guy working taking my order was so rude, i know nothing about the menu and he was giving me attitude because i didn't know what menu item i was asking for a turkey sandwich. then when my food was done they didn't tell me it was ready and i was waiting for nothing. the girl and guy working are there to just hang out on the clock. never coming back i didn't even want to go in the first place it was just the only thing available. read more

She then asked the lead on shift if she was able to take it back to have it redone since it was already handed to me (the lead re-made the sandwich for me from scratch). 4. I had to ask for the pickle that I paid for as well as reach over the counter to grab a bag as my meal was not bagged and handed to me (all items were placed on the counter for me to handle individually) WORST customer service and accountability that I've ever experienced. Had lunch here for the first time. We were greeted immediately when we entered. The atmosphere is nice, new, clean, and it has a sort of "classic/industrial" vibe (brick wall, red & white subway tile, stone tile flooring.) I had a #12 (Beach Club) and my son had the Slim 1 (Ham & Cheese.) I asked for peppers on mine and they said they only have cherry peppers. Great! I love cherry peppers! :) I also asked for pickles, and they told me that they only have whole dill pickles available for an extra charge. That's fine, let's do it! They got started on our sandwiches right away. When I realized that they also have alfalfa sprouts, I asked if I could add them as well, and they were happy to add them (at no charge, I may add.) I also want to add that my sandwich was already made and wrapped and the girl was happy to unwrap it and add the sprouts and re-wrap it for me. I told her that I could just have a side of sprouts and I can put it on myself, and she smiled sweetly and said she is happy to put it on for me. That was so nice! My son ordered the Slim ham & Cheese. ("Slim" means just meat, cheese, and bread.) I asked if he could get mayonnaise on his sandwich and they said that they can't add it to a Slim, but they could give us mayo packets and we can put it on ourselves. No worries. We can handle that! So we complete our order with 2 regular size drinks and a bag of BBQ chips. The total for the 2 sandwiches, pickle, 2 drinks, and 1 bag of chips was $20.02, which may sound like a lot, but this is good QUALITY food! Just wait until you taste it! :) We decided to eat inside, versus taking it To Go. Once our sandwiches were ready, they placed them all neatly wrapped in the counter and called out our order so we could come up and get it. The pickle was wrapped in paper too. It was huge! Just like the ones at Disneyland. (I suspect they could be the same ones! Tasted exactly the same! Delicious!!) We sat down and unwrapped our sandwiches. Wow!!! The bread is fresh, soft, and tasty. The meat and cheese are obviously really high quality. And the produce was all really fresh. And they take care not to just slap everything on there. It was actually a nice, neat sandwich (unlike many other sandwich places! Messy sandwich = Yuck!) My 7 year old son couldn't believe how good it was. He kept using words like "fresh" and "quality" and "delicious" ... And he said it was his favorite sandwich ever!!! He isn't usually a big eater, but he ate his ENTIRE 8" Slim Ham & Cheese with mayo!!! :) I don't leave reviews very often, but this place is definitely worthy of 5 stars!! Don't bother with this place. The best thing about them is that they can delivery a cold plain sandwich to you for an upped fee. Don't get me wrong, they have decent customer service but the product is just not good. You can make yourself a better sandwich at home for a fraction of the price. No hot subs here (which is fine because it's almost always hot in Riverside) but also not a lot of choices/variety. (Unless you count mix-and-matching three types of meat and a few veggies as variety.) If you are hungry there are a half dozen restaurants within walking distance of this location, that are way more culinarily satisfying (First Class Pizza, Wing Stop, Armandos, Rohey's Wok, O'Tea, Carl's Jr., just to name a few). read more

I have never been treated with such disrespect and bullied . When I would talk to one person the other would jump in not allowing me to finish speaking at times I never come and do reviews however this will be take. To the headquarters. I want to talk to the General Manger to let them know that I could not get a number frm them to speak with them ans that they would txt and call the general manager and owner for me and let them know my concern with no information asked from them to give to their higher up. Previous Florida JJ employee. So Jimmy Johns food is amazing and here it still tastes great the #9 is my favorite. But... JJs is supposed to be known for their freaky fast service and by that our location had your sandwich done by time you finished paying. So far locations in California fail at this miserably. It seems that the managers at these locations just aren't proactive in making sure the employees are all working to making the service fast because so far multiple locations only have 1 person preparing your entire sandwich even if it's for 2 sandwiches when it should be at least 3. Sometimes you see others either just in the back on their phone or doing something that could wait until the customers are served. Having just moved here, I'm new to all the local food places. Today I decided to order with Jimmy John's as they delivery for only $1.00. I ordered and my food arrived exactly 10 mins after ordering, which was extremely surprising. I ordered the Beach Club and it was delicious. This place is one of the few eateries we will go to in Riverside. There are many poor restaurants out there, with high prices and either poor food quality or bad service or both. The food here has always been fresh and delicious, very flavorful. The service is great, the staff will do everything possible to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your order. If you are in the mood for a really good sandwich, I would suggest this place. We have been coming here for at least six months now and have not once been disappointed. read more

Our office orders at least every week from the Central Ave in Riverside, and they can't seem to get our orders correct. I asked for extra items and its never extra but the charge you for it. I decided to do a review since I saw so many negative/unfavorable reviews. I can only vouch for the sandwiches that I tasted because I have not tried the entire menu. I have tried the Beach Club sandwich and the Italian Night Club and I absolutely loved both of them. The bread is delicious and the ingredients taste fresh. At first I thought the "house" peppers would not be good (too spicy). The peppers only made the sandwich taste so much better and were not spicy at all. The first time I arrived there I told them it was my first time being there and what was the best/popular selling sandwich and they told me Beach Club and Italian Night. It is worth noting that I recommend people do this wherever they go. It is rare that a place has their entire menu be good. People complaining about the price need to realize that they are paying for freshness and quality. The meat is noticeably better tasting than other sandwich places. A burrito at Chipotle is more expensive than other burrito places yet people don't seem to mind paying more money for something that has less meat than their competitors. Don't take my word for it try it yourself and see what you think. Remember to ask what is the most popular sandwich there in case you forget. read more

I paid .90 for avocado, it was an avocado spread that I had to look closely to see if it was on the sandwich. Jersey Mikes is so much better.
