picked up a sandwich on 7/25/25 in the evening hours before close. The 3 young male employee's working were very unprofessional, lazy and their conduct while making the food was completely unsanitary!! One of the employees kept burping over the food while making it, and kept laughing about it. The other employee made comments to his friends about me stating "he doesn't look happy" all while laughing. I would be totally embarrassed as an owner having employees representing my business this way. I spoke to the manager today who apologized but clearly not interested in what I had to say. He sounded young and I am sure he's probably buddies with them. I want to give a good review I've been going for years but recently going downhill. Got my beach club as usual, this time it had no avocado spread on it (which is what makes it really good) it had very thick slices of turkey and provolone. So weird it's always sliced nice and thin, also had oddly large amount of green leaf lettuce in it vs the usual thin shredded lettuce. Got home to eat it and was very disappointed. Also when I asked for Dijon packets like I always do, the drive thru girl told me they don't have Dijon. Well if you go inside there a bin with packets of Dijon and mayonnaise so....whats with the lying? I pulled around went inside and got my Dijon packets so yes you DO have Dijon just like you always have. Is this place under new mayor something? IDK guys I'd go elsewhere sadly read more

Went into this store to get a sandwich for my Wife. After we placed our order, 2 other customers came in & placed their order. They got there order before we did. And, various drive through orders got there food. We had to wait half an hour to get 1 tuna sandwich. I believe the reason this happened is because I'm Black & my Wife is white. I asked if they could put some salt/pepper on both orders and was immediately told that due to corporate policy they could not add salt/pepper. WTF? For a second I thought I was getting punked, but no it was true. No salt or pepper. Then it got worse. They said that I could add the salt/pepper AFTER it was made. Ok jimmy john sammy makers, have you ever tried to add something to a tuna sandwich after it's made? Ugh. This was way more hassle than it should have been. What is has going for it: - customer area clean - girl at register was pleasant - food was ready fast - good decor/atmosphere - average priced sandwiches - drive-thru - plenty of parking What it has going against it: - this store seemed overstaffed, they had 12 employees behind the counter and 2 customers in the place (I was one of the two) and this during a weekday at around 12 noon. I am guessing they do more delivery but didn't see anyone on a phone or in the drive- thru while I was there. With all that down time you can hear these kids smoking and joking, one using inappropriate language. - sandwiches are average at best They really need an older person supervising these kids that are behind the counter. read more

I have ordered delivery from this location many many times. The last 3 times they have gotten my order wrong. I am 100% sure they dont even look at the substitutions or add ons. I have added stuff like onions, mustard, and for it to be cut in half etc. It came with the wrong mustard, no onions, and not cut in half. If you dont want any alterations to your sandwich, then you'll be okay. But if you want to add or subtract anything, good luck. Also there is no easy way to get a refund. read more

Not usually one to leave reviews, however, the past several times ordering delivery in post falls has prompted me to do so. Often our sandwiches are made wrong, and the delivery time has been extremely disappointing lately. My husband works from home and orders delivery multiple times a week through them, over the past several weeks we spend on average waiting for at least a half hour to fifty minutes every time. Today, what has prompted me to leave a review, after waiting patiently for at least 40 minutes for two sandwiches two chips and two drinks, their delivery girl only left us one sandwich one chip and two drinks. Now my husband has to wait another half hour for his meal, and the post falls store has called him back questioning weather we actually got both sandwiches or not! Because the delivery girl claimed she is sure she left two bags of food?! I'm pretty irritated, my husband is handling it much better than myself, definitely won't be leaving a tip online anymore, you will get a fair tip from me based on the service I receive in the future! read more
