Tried this place twice. Meh. The chicken nuggets can be hit or miss. I've had some really good, others were all grisly abmnd hard batter. Because of this, I won't be back for months. Spice and tastes are good. But the poor quality of chicken and hard batter, kills it off for me. On a 15 piece I tossed 8 nugs in the trash. Can't afford to do this each time coming here. read more

I stooped by on a Saturday at around 2 pm. It wasn't busy, and easily found a seat inside. I got a sandwich with a tender and a side of coleslaw. I also got the tenders hot. I enjoyed the sandwich, as it came with coleslaw and a tangy sauce. The tender and fries were good as well, had a good spice level. I wish I was able to choose a different dipping sauce. We weren't given the options to choose a sauce but I wish I got a different sauce. Overall I would try it again when in the area. read more

As a local private chef I temped the fries and chicken and chose to toss out both were in a temp danger zone . It was warmer outside than my food hahah . Don't bother reaching out Caulky kid who knows nothing about customer service or rectifying customer complaints . I really like spicy chicken. The spice level of the "spicy" flavor is perfect here especially when dipped into the house sauce. My 2nd time here. The first time i tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was also excellent. The fries are a bit on the salty side so maybe ask to go easy on the salt next time. read more

Our whole family loves this place, including our little! He usually gets the kids meal with plain chicken, fries, and a juice. Perfect size and expect leftovers! I go between the honey butter chicken sandwich and one of the salads. My husband gets a medium spicy chicken sandwich. We are all crazy for the fries! Hot and delicious every time I go. Yes, it's pricy, but don't get a drink. Bring your own drink. The meal they give you is BIG. Three sizable chicken strips and a good amount of fries. The chocolate shake barely qualified as a chocolate shake (soft-serve ice cream with cloyingly sweet chocolate syrup dripped around the side). The Texas Caesar was like something pulled from a hotel restaurant buffet at the end of the shift. Not sure why the franchisee saw HTHC as a winning idea. We have done online ordering twice now and both times we have had issues. Today 10/04/2025 they were full out rude the cashier basically put her hand in my face and said that she already talked to my husband about the order and didn't want to deal with me. We arrived after our stated pickup time and were told they had a catering order and that their online orders were behind but they still gave out orders for in-house/ lobby. Update- The manager reached out and apologized for the issue. He resolved the problem to our satisfaction, which was appreciated. Hopefully their online ordering process will improve. read more

Chicken was tender, juicy but could be crispier (could be we took it to go, so obviously moisture trapped in a box will change the texture). Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade is fantastic (I recommend taking it home and adding vodka). The Belgian waffle is a great addition to the tenders, best of both worlds in one box! Service was great! She respects her boss greatly, as we overheard on the speaker (don't think she knew we could hear her) her speaking to another coworker stating "I know my boss and respect him, this is how he wants things to look/be done".
