    My Receipt for 118.00 order

    Upon arrival and waiting to have our order taken I observed a young man rotating the chicken in the cabinets and stocking the full of fresh made chicken. I went on and ordered two 16 piece buckets of original recipe chicken with 8 large side plus two more regular sides with 16 biscuits. I requested for the employee to exchange two wings for two legs. He stood waiting quite some time before engaging someone about my request. He went on to take another order. He finally went asked someone who could be heard with an abrupt no. I began to formulate my yelp review. I requested the name of the manager for my review. The employee went and asked if he could give me the restaurant managers name to which the second employee said give her my name (Alex. ) he then said to me I'm the manger and I can't accommodate your request because I don't have enough chicken. I told him he's a liar. (Remember I watched the previous employee put all new chicken before Alex came up on the floor ) so liar was appropriate, you can see the full cabinets of chicken. The cost difference in between a wing and a leg is minimal. He could have even charged the difference if that was necessary. I can tell you I've made this request of the kfc on seltice and have never been turned down or charged more. When I returned to the hotel with our order two of the small sides were missing. We had to go back and ask for them to complete our order. This was a very disappointing visit. I'll be voting with my feet and take my 118.00 elsewhere, where my business will be valued.     Bad service, cashier was snotty and rude. Definitely could do better, i would not recommend this KFC.

    A KFC with a friendly staff. Everything was fresh and as expected. Biscuts a bit dry. Pepsi products. Easy location to find.

Upon my visit, the restaurant's indoor dining area, check-out area, and bathroom appeared as if they were clean. The fountain soda area could have used some upkeep as it was a bit sticky. The indoor dining area has a TV, fireplace, comfortable seating, and outlets for charging. While visiting, the concept is appropriate. The staff more or less was present in providing customer service in a semi-timely manner. I started with attempting to use the kiosk, but due to the inability to customize my meal, I opted to order upfront instead. My order consisted of a breakfast burrito with potato wedge-like fries and a drink. The food was hot, and it felt fresh when I received it. Unfortunately, I received food poisoning from this meal. It took approximately four days to get the management team of Eric and Chris to professionally resolve the issue. Thank you, I believe it was Kayla or McKayla who made it a point to communicate the matter to Eric in a timely manner. I truly appreciate you handling the matter in the best way available to you. Out of self-care, I cannot say that receiving a forced half-hearted apology, $8, and a complimentary meal card does not satisfy a day at work that I spent in physical pain while at work from eating unclean food prepared by Wendy's.
