I am extremely frustrated with this Del Taco location. Online it clearly says that you close at 11:00 PM, yet when I arrived at approximately 10:22 PM, I was told that you were already closed. If your actual closing time is earlier, then your hours need to be updated online so customers are not wasting their time and gas driving there expecting you to still be open. It's incredibly disappointing to rely on the posted hours only to be turned away almost 40 minutes before closing. And now I had to go to McDonald's and I gave them a wonderful review. Either stay open until the time you advertise or correct the information online. This experience was very unprofessional and frustrating. read more

Its good practice in the service industry to LISTEN TO YOUT CUSTOMER, and when they say no cheese, don't don't give them EXTRA.

Good food but we're sick of the dining room always closed! We wouldn't have come here if we'd known. We had driven 500 miles, did a mobile order, and wanted to sit down, use a bathroom, get a refill and eat tacos at a table (not in a car). This location always has the dining area closed with no notice or reason and there's tons of online complaints about it. Just turn it to takeout only, advertise it as such, make sure this is shown online and by app, so people know and can choose another location if they want to sit at a table when eating. read more

Tried this place out after a day on the lake. Was super hungry. Rest of us wanted burger King, so I stopped here and bought 4 Del Tacos. The wait time in the drive thru was "no joke" 20+ minutes. I would've just left the line but couldn't since your stuck with trees, bushes, etc.. paid the $7+ dollars. Back to hotel, each taco was maybe 50% full!! Terrible service. Held off on review until second time but it's consistently poor. Most recent example late night still open. Cars in drive through. They turn off lights and turn off board but they were open. Gave my order. Waited 40 minutes to get through line. Greeter was unprofessional and a little too laid back like they didn't take job seriously. Could hear loud rock music playing. Just a messed up poorly managed location. I've been to this location a handful of times and it was decent just one time. They have teens working that should be fired, they don't listen to orders any time I've been here, I ordered a bunch of chicken soft tacos no lettuce because they don't reheat well with lettuce and every single tacos except for 1 had lettuce and of course that 1 was the one I happened to check, i didn't think I needed to open every damn taco to check it! There was hardly any meat or cheese in the tacos too, definitely didn't get what I paid for or asked for! The last time I went here, about 4 months ago I legit received a half eaten burrito that was rewrapped to look normal, what the hell is wrong with you guys... What a terrible, terrible Del Taco. From someone who has been going to DT's since I was born, this was the worst experience of them all. Drive Thru took over 28 minutes...and they weren't even that busy. They were out of carne asada and by the time we actually got to the window, the person working inside was filthy. No mask, he was wearing a shirt that had a half naked woman on it. I'm not a prude, but to run a business this way is unbelievable. The ironic thing of them posting a sticker on the window that says "we wear masks and gloves" and the guy behind it isn't, what else are they not doing? I went here today with the boys I sit for. We ordered a bunch of lunch items for them: chicken roller, mini quesadilla, and small donuts and cookies. The playstructure I must admit was dirty. So one star off that. However the boys were so happy and excited to play on a new structure. If it weren't for the manager who handled my wrong order, I would probably give a 3 star. HOWEVER, today I went through and ordered simple BRC burritos for my toddlers and asked for NO sauce (spicy to my little ones). My sister was in the car behind me and also ordered 4 of the same for her children. Upon getting to the park and all our kids taking a bite we realized they all had green sauce added. A total of 6 burritos. A simple mistake. I took some of the burritos with me as examples, my receipt #45 and my sisters #48 and went back to have the situation corrected. The manager who assisted me really haggled me over the burritos saying that HE personally made them himself and they were correct. I don't know what else to tell you sir...but THEY WERE NOT RIGHT. My children will not eat the sauce and all the burritos were tested. So I need my burritos replaced. He didn't even ask to see the wrong burritos but rather gave me 3 of the 6 burritos I asked him to replace because HE (in his pride) felt that he didn't make them incorrectly, regardless of what I as the customer was saying! I can't believe I had to haggle over simple burritos and ended up not getting my money's worth because of his mistake and his pride, and mine and my sister's children had to split the 3 burritos he offered in compensation. It is unprofessional and rude and I would ask that this manager be addressed for his behavior and pride. As a customer I should not have to deal with this type of service. And I won't. Consider me committed to Taco Bell now. P.S. my husband got kicked out of this same place last week for not wearing a mask and one of the ladies at the register had her mask down the whole time I was waiting for my food today. read more

The service is always friendly. Last visit was a very messed up order. They got it right this time, though they forgot the large Sprite and the food was made hot to order. However, in consuming the Green burrito, a fine piece of plastic or some type of fish bone almost became lodged in my throat. Thank goodness I was able to bring it back up. Location does not adhere to their posted dining room hours. 11am means 11am, not "we are too busy to open the doors and I will unlock when we get a break." After waiting for over 15 minutes we left. I drive from north Spokane simply for the egg and cheese burrito... we went today and tried to go into the lobby and it was closed, so we went thru drive thru, with a trailer. When I ordered i clarified twice I wanted a half pound egg and cheese burrito. When we got to window we asked why the lobby was closed. The guy told us because everyone called in sick ( it's 12-31-17)and if the lobby was open ticket times would be 30m.... so we waited for 10m for our eggs... we barely made it up icy driveway to 41. I opened my bag and I have a tiny little egg burrito... So I call and Caleb, the dude who took my order, he tried to explain to me I have a 1/2 lb burrito.... he's a total prick and basically argues it is a 1/2er... it's not, I get these allllll the time, it's a quarter of what it usually is... he tells me I can come back, well seeing as we waited a bit and then barely made it up the Unmaintained road out with a trailer, I'll pass.... Caleb, you're a jerk, you seriously don't need to be rude to me because your people messed up and can't come into work on New Years Eve... This is a tough one. While the food was good and the customer service at the drive-thru was great, the order was wrong. They left out an item and, the thing that really chaps my hide is they failed to label any of the several different kinds of burritos. I waited FORTY MINUTES-Four Zero-40 for a stupid order. Other reviewers mentioned they give priority to drive thru and that's correct. I was order #77. I walk in and see about 5 people standing around waiting for their food. I placed my order and sat down rather than be with the crowd. I look around and count 6 other tables waiting. BIG MISTAKE. The employees are shoving orders out the window but none for the inside people. FINALLY an order comes up and it #66, I'm 77. Ugh. Then next thing I know they are serving 79-80 and 85. WTF? A California favorite in the northwest. I'm not sure why some people don't like Del Taco but it's one of my favorite fast food places. There is a good variety so the trick is figuring out what you like. My personal favorites are the Double Del Cheeseburger, Strawberry shake and crinkle cut fries. I also like the black coffee and breakfast burritos in the morning. Some of the items on the menu are weird to me but friends of mine love them. This particular Del Taco is right across the street from a Sonic and I prefer Del Taco burgers and shakes to Sonic every time. I would definitely give Del Taco a try if you haven't yet. read more

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. The food don't taste bad, but there were some definite health/hygiene concerns. We visited this establishment this morning vie the drive through. The initial signs and menu board are literally held together by duck tape; something that wouldn't normally bother me. When we reached the window to pay the woman reached out to grab our card with a glove. This was not just any glove, but a glove covered in food!
