When there a couple of times to order their Greek gyro and both times they said we don't have that so check their chicken version First time I could find it reasonable but having it happen a second time is unacceptable so I told them to take the Greek gear off the board if they're not gonna have the meat for it This afternoon around 5:30 PM I went and placed my order and paid for it was two fleas affected. They claimed that they didn't have the Greek version of Gyros trying to settle up with the chicken a second time. Completely unacceptable that they would tell me we don't have that. it is completely unacceptable to advertise something and tell me we don't have that we are gonna have that take it off the board get it off the board. After I placed my unacceptable order for the chicken, which I would've much rather had the Greek version paid for it went over sat down. Individuals came in after me. They placed their orders and they got theirs within a matter of minutes, but I'm still sitting there. When I made an inquiry, where is my order they have the nerve to ask me are you waiting for an order but I place my order right there on the spot paid for it right on the spot, but people came in after me got their order within a matter of minutes, I'm still waiting didn't find it funny when a couple of their employees are sitting in the back chuckling because that is unacceptable behavior and unprofessional. read more

Very fast service and friendly staff. Drive through available. There is plenty of indoor seating to get away from the PNW weather and can accommodate a decent sized party if necessary. Parking can sometimes be an issue but there is plenty of parking also available behind the building. I love the gargantuan sandwich which I don't see as often on the store menu, but is still available if you ask or through the rewards app. The gargantuan is a great meat delivery system that they just load up all their available meats onto one sandwich without adding a lot of filler like more bread. read more

Then after my sandwich was done, he had mayo on the gloves and just wiped it off with a paper towel instead of changing them and started on the next persons food. Grossed me out. It was a huge disappointment this time. We placed a large order, and you would think that they would have the common sense to label what each item is instead of having to open them, one by one to pass them out. We decided to try the Caesar chicken wrap. It was beyond terrible. There was so much Caesar dressing. That is all you could taste you couldn't even distinguish what was chicken, lettuce or tomato because of the amount of dressing. The Thai chicken wrap was nice. They could've put a little bit more sauce on that. The tuna sandwiches really needed to have more mayo. It was very dry. The gigantic sandwich that was good. It had quite a bit of meat on it, which is nice the turkey sandwiches. They skipped a lot on the turkey. Oh, and to top it all off there was zero napkins in the bag G that's really great when you have sandwiches. The prices I've gotten, I feel out of control for what you get. I suggest they do better training of their staff on what needs to go on a sandwich like you don't load up some thing with so much Caesar dressing that it gags you and what needs to go in a bag. This was my first visit since my last review. I ordered the J.J.B.L.T. on a French roll to-go for my wife. The young man who took my order was very pleasant. Unfortunately for me, his voice was in a vocal range where I couldn't pick it up with the music playing in the background. This was my problem, not his, and I had to ask him to repeat just about every sentence he said. The sandwich order was completed quickly and, after he handed it to me, he put a hand to the side of his mouth when he thanked me and wished me a good evening. He had seen I had a hearing issue and wanted to make sure I heard him. I thought that was really cool. Then as I was walking out the door, a young woman also loudly said thank you and wished me a good evening. This time I left the store with a really good feeling. Not only was the place clean, the employees showed they appreciated my business. As for the sandwich, my wife said it was very good, It had long pieces of flavorful thinly-sliced bacon, so there was bacon in every bite. I think the place is perfect for a fast pick up of a tasty sandwich at a fair price. We'll be back. read more

I don't go here anymore. The bread is the blandest possible white bread. The cheese is flavorless and gummy. I don't eat meat, but what I see on other peoples' sandwiches looks like processed slices mashed together. Jimmy Johns provides perhaps the worst sub you can find anywhere in Kitsap County. Franchise buyers are pretty much stuck with what the parent company forces on them, but we can't possibly know what the local franchisee might've done if not restricted. But this isn't good enough. The parent company was founded by someone who regularly pays rich-guy prices to kill rare and endangered animals on "canned hunts" so there's a big part of me that can't really get behind the company after finding that out. Fortunately I'd already written the place off, so I'm not missing out anything to never pop in again. Went to the drive-through tonight and ordered a beach club sandwich. Instead of turkey, I wanted ham which they were adamant they couldn't do, even though the sandwiches pretty much made to order. Instead of substituting, they proceeded to have me order the "Pepe" and add avocado and cucumber. They said it should be about the same price. When pull to the window the total was about a dollar more than I was expecting to pay. For what they charge for a sandwich, I'd expect a little better service and be able make EASY changes to orders such as this. For me, it's more of a principality than a money issue. I order from here fairly frequently because of the ease of ordering on line when I can't get away from my desk for lunch. BUT I have learned to either order really early or not be that hungry/have meetings when I order because they're so doggone slow delivering food. My past two delivery orders have taken over an hour. I complained the first time to the store and they sent me a gift card, but the site keeps rejecting said gift card even though I've tripple checked that there is in fact money on it. I used to buy the roast beef sandwiches from Subway and the last time I did before they stopped carrying it the sandwich only measured 10 inches. They say it's a foot long and the price was over $10. I started going to Jimmy Johns and it is only 8 inches for under $9 but they put so much more on the sandwich and it is 100% better. Decided at last minute to order sandwiches near residence. When I got home with the sandwiches, I thought they were empty. Close to it. One had a single thin slice of roast beef, lettuce and mayo. The other had thin slice of ham, one small strip bacon and 2 pickle slices. Very heavy on mustard. So heavy we had to throw it out. What a major disappointment. This is the first time I received such clueless service here.I went through the drive thru and was handed a drink cup dripping with soda and the girl at the window didn't even try to clean it before giving it to me. I had to ask for napkins to wipe it down before putting it in my car then she hands me the rest of my order and says "have a great day" not realizing I still hadn't paid. She comes back after someone said he hasn't paid yet and says, whoops sorry. This location's product does not live up to the Jimmy Johns standard. We were very excited to have a Jimmy Johns in Port Orchard and the drive thru was enticing. We have had their sandwiches at various locations including their Bremerton store which makes a quality sandwich. We hope that the quality of service and sandwich improves at this location as time goes on. They did not get our order correct and our sandwiches were dry. read more

I placed my order online for pick up, but when we got there, my friend and I decided we wanted to order drinks and eat in. I could see the counter woman's face turn to "Hulk Smash"!!! when I said I wanted to add drinks and a cookie. She only charged me for one drink and I said the cost seemed too low, did she charge me for both drinks? The counter woman actually said "oh my fucking god " under her breath and reluctantly charged me for the second drink. Mind you NO ONE else is in the restaurant. I pay and she just looks at us. The staff at this location needs some serious re-training assuming they have had any training at all. Considering the shop is owned by the same people that own the Bremerton location I was very surprised and disappointed in the look and construction of several sandwiches that I have picked up there over the past 3 weeks. Today was the final straw when they placed a giant "clump" of onions on my expanded Vito and left out the vinaigrette sauce that makes the sandwich so great. What I ended up with was a pretty crappy sandwich and since I had spent extra money for more meat and cheese it wasn't cheap. Oh and they left off my extra cheese as well as all but 1 tomato slice. Given that it was 11:20 in the morning and there were no lines their is no excuse for this. The sandwich makers at their Bremerton store make a great sammy EVERY TIME!
