This the worst wendys i have ever visit. Dirty and flies everywhere, slow service inside restaurant long lines 340pm, outside long drive thru lines. 8 employees with zero guidance they just running in circles. Bathroom is worst 4 out of 5 trash cans filled to the top horrible lost my appetite, burger pink in middle. Zero star. Get help. The public deserves better quality, clean this place up, wendys was one of my favorite place to eat. read more

Friend invited me to breakfast and we decided to go inside. Needed to use the restroom and what horror the bathroom was. There were paper towels on the sink that had bled. The trash cans were overflowing. All around the toilet was toilet paper and bloody items from people. There was actually feces on the floor. This was in the morning when they first opened that we were there. I went to the manager and let them know and they told me that they were sorry, but it hasn't been able to be cleaned since yesterday. That is absolutely ridiculous and unsanitary. I am waiting to hear back from the corporate office in regards to this I didn't even wanna eat the food because I was afraid how unsanitary it probably was they will not go back to this Wendy's. read more

The service was so poor, and the store was dirty. They were out of ketchup....until another customer pushed it and they found one finally. Then the bag wasn't done correctly so it popped out and when told their only response was a shrug!! Made the mistake of trying this place again. NEVER again. They get the order wrong every single time. It was right on the receipt but not in the bag. When I pulled up to the window I was ignored for a few minutes while they complained about the person who was ahead of me. Then she finally gave me the total and took my card. Then someone else shoved a bag to me and proceeded to give me the total again while the other person still had my card. Neither one of them said hello or greeted me in any way. Both sandwiches were wrong and the fries had so much salt they were inedible and this is coming from someone who likes extra salt. I paid over $20 and ended up with just a drink and a bag full of food that went to the trash. Something is seriously wrong with this restaurant. I won't ever be back. read more

They WILL forget to put things you ordered in the bag - sometimes you get lucky and get things you didn't order. Last time was really bad, I only ordered a caesar salad ($8.19) and I got home to discover they didn't include the dressing. I just threw away the plain lettuce and filed a complaint online. Don't bother filing a complaint online, you will be ignored. All you can do to protect yourself is - do not go. If you do, do not leave the drive-thru window until you have checked your entire order, otherwise you're going to get ripped off. When they opened it was great for a few weeks, after 3 times in a row I give up. Maybe they will get their act together with a big drop-off in customers. read more

This Wendy's does not know how to make a proper breakfast bacon when they leave out the EGG. Today Christmas Eve 2021 I order two breakfast baconaters and a large seasoned potatoes. When I get home opened up the but I ordered it was two regular baconaters!!! I made my order around 10:17 AM and they can't even get the order right. But a week or so before I order two breakfast baconaters and they gave me the wrong sandwiches. This is WRONG!!! They either end their breakfast menu or get their orders right!!! read more

I had my food delivered and the whole transaction was an exercise in language barrier, apparently. They couldn't follow specific and clear instructions in either talking or writing. The delivery company and person was rude, lazy and made me bend over when I left specific instructions to not do that to me due to a balance problem. We could take bets on who dies first. read more

I usually order the Biggie Deal and the four nuggets leave me wanting more. So, today I order it and a 10 piece nuggets...BIG MISTAKE. The men's room is atrocious. The sink counter has old soap scum or something collected in the corner. I rubbed it with my finger - it is slimy and could easily be cleaned off. The faucet spigot is loose, but works. The toilet looked like someone barfed and splatted all over the bowl and toilet seat. The butt gasket dispenser was empty. The latch on the toilet door was hanging by one loose screw. Apparently, neither the male employees or the manager care about the condition of the men's room. While I waited for my meal, a customer complained that his two-patty burger had only one patty. My burger was missing the pickles, the onion slice, and the bacon. So it was just two patties, cheese, and a single onion strand. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. When I expressed my concerns to the manager, she was very nice and offered to make it right. That wasn't the point - I only wanted her to know she has a serious problem. I did not say anything about the men's room because she knows what it is like in there and doesn't care. Judging from other comments, the manager is happy to live with deficiencies instead of correcting them. They are right next to a Walmart with lots of traffic. They should have lots of business. There's no excuse for the lack of maintenance and filthiness. I'm not going back. read more

The crew working Wednesday around 4-5pm, I ran out of gas in my truck in the drive through and the employees were out and helping me and had it pushed into a spot before 5 min even elapsed. Super quick, super kind and quick to help. The nuggets were delicious too! read more

I think this place is great. Never had an issue. The staff is very friendly. Sometimes the drive thru line gets long during rush hour, but the wait goes by fast. Once, I was inside to order some frosty's, a customer seemed pretty upset because they messed up his order. The worker was so kind and calm with him and seemed to fix the issue quickly. Yet he still asked to see the manager. I don't see what the point of that was! I would've just thanked them for fixing up and issue as fast as they did, thanked them and then be on my way. That's just me. Be nice to the workers, they already deal with so much. read more

I love Wendy's products - especially Spicy Chicken Nuggets and Frosty. BUT I really dislike the service from this store - Port Orchard. The folks here routinely get my chicken orders wrong - my last four 10 piece orders have been the wrong amount. Don't know if it's rushing, inattention or just can't count to ten. All told they owe me about 12 nuggets. Sory if it seems petty but I expect a certain amount or acccuracy in the order for which I pay good money. Sad that their product is hands down beter than their peers. I'd love to find another store for my fast food urges. read more

I'm very upset. 2 years ago I rated this Wednys 5 Stars. Today I rate it 1. I went to this Wendys on Friday March 30 2018. As you can see by my receipt I ordered 2 (4 for $4) means and a chicken wrap. My friend and I get in the car, they find out there is only ONE Jr bacon cheeseburger! They also forgot two of the spicy chili packets. I don't have a lot of money in life so going out is a special occasion/ even fast food. Warning - ALWAYS check your bag when they give it to you. I don't know if I'll ever go to this particular Wendys again; but if I do - I'm not leaving until I check to make sure that EVERY SINGLE ITEM is accounted for. One star. I don't expect absolute perfection when going to Wendy's. Ive been to this specific location many times and am usually pretty satisfied. But not today. Today I ordered a jr. bacon cheeseburger with no tomato, medium fry, one small chili, and some packets of bbq and ranch. Well the first thing I noticed was there was no ranch or bbq. That happens sometimes. Not a huge deal. But then upon opening my burger there was a large slice of tomato. Strike 2. Then when going to get the spoon to eat my chili there was none in the bag.. super annoying but luckily I had a fork in my car. I'll make it work.. but the last straw was this: My chili was cold. I've only been in possession of it maybe 4 minutes.. and it's completely cold. I know sometimes people forget things, but this was just ridiculous. All I ask is maybe the entire staff just wake up?? I had the worst burger that I have ever had in my life for eight dollars yesterday I got a baconator with cheese and a classic. The classic turned out to be a chicken sandwich that was cold and the baconator had wilted lettuce warm tomato and two pieces of meat that look like you could put them on your shoes very thin very tough and it was 3 inches diameter. For eight dollars it was horrible. The order was not what I wanted and they were laughing and carrying on and having a good time. I think they should close that place down. read more

I drove through the other day, maybe two days ago, and the young man on the window the payment window and on the headset was amazingly rude, but it gets better. I pulled up to the second window and they asked me did you order two drinks? I said no one she goes oh well you were charge for two then she hands me my drink and my food and just looks at me. I said, are you going to refund me for the drinks that I was overcharged on? She said she didn't ask so I asked to speak to the manager and I told him a customer should not have to ask to be refunded an overcharge! I was seriously irritated and the two girls who were not going to give me the refund stood behind him, shooting me dirty looks until I said, did you have something to say or are you just gonna give me dirty luxe and all the sudden they were completely busy. But there was no apology no nothing. So if I were you, I would check my receipts and make sure you're not being overcharged. read more

Usually this Wendy's is better than I experienced today. I had to wait several minutes at the talk box before someone was able to take my order, which didn't upset me, I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it's a holiday and they are busy. But once someone finally took my order he got it totally wrong! I clarified everything twice to make sure the order would come out correctly, and still it didn't. I ordered 2 biggie bags, both chicken BLT, one was supposed to be just chicken and bacon and asked if that was how it was in the computer and he told me yes, and when my brother opens his burger, of course, it had everything but bacon! My last two visits were disappointing. Ordered meals costing over $14. Get home to find dry bun, no veggies which were advertised, no receipt and no napkins. Been there a few times in the past with the same issues. Meals are not worth the cost, and they don't provide what is advertised. This is a pretty typical Wendy's location. Pros: they have a decent sized dining room that is clean and light. The tables have enough room to walk between them without bumping into the other patrons. The soda machine is separate from the ordering line and is one of the fun, pick your own flavor type of machines. I love their burgers, as far as fast food burgers go, and their spicy chicken nuggets are delicious! The nuggets and fries go great dipped in a classic frosty. I like their value menu as it has a lot of options that I actually get to make a meal, versus other places where I feel like the values are all desserts or fries. Cons: The staff are nice, but they seem to get confused easily and don't put in any more than the minimum amount of effort. The tables are always slightly sticky, even when washed, and the 2 person tables aren't really big enough for two meals. The caesar salad is disappointing, just get the fries. Food is not bad. It is typical Wendy's fare. BUT their biggest issue are the flies that hang out in their dining room. The fly problem can be so bad on warm days that you cannot eat your meal in peace without a fly trying to land on your food or crawl around on your table. One customer complained to a staff person about the flies and then complained to the manager, and was told it was because the flies were coming from the drive through window (the window is across the lot from their dumpster). But I have notice the problem seems worse when they have the back door to the food prep area open on hot summer days. Parking lot is small and sort of awkward to park in and get out of. read more

One cashier rolled his eyes at me and flipped his imaginary hair in my face when i said thank you. I see this a lot at different restraunts lately. It seems a lot of employees hate their customers. Just for being customers and even more so when you say thank you because they seem kind of broken in the way they say have a nice day... i can actually see it take life out of them to have to say that sometimes... I'm actually becoming kind of scared to say thank you... i didn't realize I've just been being annoying this whole time. But this has been going on for about 3 years now where I've realized this.. Another person at this wendys hands all of the bags to me at once and basically throws them at me and also sighs an annoyed hurried have a nice day when i thank her too. Never again. I see this everywhere now. Unfortunately i do deliveries.. otherwise i would only have to deal with this when I'm craving fastfood... I've also had someone ask me how much i made on an order here and when i did this, they just seemed annoyed and ended the conversation. Too bad these people can't see i live with an invisible illness and have for most of my life, maybe they would be nicer. The people that come through the drive through might have barely made it through the day and mustered up as much energy as they could to smile and say thank you and pretend everything is ok just to be treated like an inconvenience and have food basically thrown in my face. Learn some basic manners wendys. Life is crappy enough. The summer strawberry salad is delicious though and they offer sliced strawberries in a cup now which is great.
