Oddly giving this 4 stars because what we did eat was good and prepared well. We went for some At us classic beef & cheddar sandwiches put as crazy as it seems they didn't have ANY roast beef??? What? That's like McDonald not having Big Macs or fries!! Anyway it worked out just fine seeing they still had the $7.99 meal deal, I had chicken sandwich and it and all else was tasty, great value. Hubby had the bbq pulled pork sandwich and really enjoyed that and the crinkle cut fries which typically isn't his thing. His meal cost about double what mine cost but fortunately it was a good size sandwich with ample quality meat. read more

The everything was regular but the guy who took me and my sisters order played deltarune so 5stars would give more thx Caleb my goat

When my boyfriend and I went in there seemed to only be three people working and they had a steady flow of customers so for only three people it was quite busy. Some customers couldn't deal with a little bit of patience for these poor workers that were doing an amazing job and doing the best they could. The blonde that was working was also super nice and had great customer service! read more

I am so amazed on how poorly this place is doing and how it even stays in business. Tonight's meal was terrible. The buns for the Arby's beef and cheddar were Burnt and I mean burnt. All you could taste when you've been into it was that burnt smell taste it was just terrible. Does the owner not have pride in his business? Do the managers not watch what's being served? This is ridiculous. read more

My husband and I just came in the lobby and ordered a very simple order. The girl that took our order was talking very slow and we had to repeat things multiple times and she had this blank look and slow reaction time like she was seriously intoxicated. Then I over hear when my husband and I are already done basically that she had gave us the wrong food. She THEN comes over and asks if we got our food.. which was kinda confusing because not even five minutes ago she handed it to my husband. I assume she was asking if we had gotten the right food because if not she was going to take it back to the kitchen even after we had touched it and given it to the right person which, from currently in the food service industry that's a big health code thing to not take food back that customers have touched All in all of was an extremely awkward and uncomfortable experience. Honestly debating taking it up with corporate because the state of the individual was not okay read more

I don't recommend ordering with door dash. There are items missing every single time. Paid extra to upgrade to a shake and a lemonade and they gave my dasher no drinks at all. Only order in person, and check your order before you leave. read more

They are always friendly, curious & fast. We get the 2fer chicken sandwiches and they've always been great. Some local fast foods are slow with bad attitudes. Not here. Decent food, great service. read more

Went inside, maid my order and paid for it. Double roast beef & cheddar , and a large jalapeño bites. The double beef and cheddar was made just fine. But when it came to the large jalapeño bites they were trying to refry them. I called them out on it so they had to get fresh ones. Sometimes it is better to go inside then sit in your vehicle because you don't know what they are doing with some of the food they have. read more

Was getting off work and was planning on stopping here to get food pulled up to the drive thru they told me they was closed time on the website says 11 I got here at 10:00 closing the spot 1 hr before actual closing time is crazy never hitting this spot ever again wouldn't recommend poor customer service read more

I don't know why this has such bad reviews. I'll have to read the content. Maybe a previous owner? A+ service the few times I've been here. Every other one I've been to the people have been terribly rude. . . This one? They're super kind and happy. I've had some scary interactions at other ones, but not this one. Not yet! Crossing my fingers. . . Okay. Off to the next stop! read more

Guilty pleasure, I love Arby's. This location has only been open a year or so, but is terrific. Currently the lobby is closed, but drive thru is open. To be honest, it's a bit slow. Arby's is not super fast food to begin with, and when drive thru is the only option it's rough. I spent a solid half hour in line during lunch hour, but it's worth it for now to support keeping these guys going during this crazy time. They were out of sauce packets, so were filling up the little single use plastic cups and handing those out. read more

Really nice to have something open in the old A&W restaurant location on Mile Hill in Port Orchard. Works out really cool for us - we only recently discovered Arby's again after many years of not eating any "fast food" but their beef sandwiches seem pretty healthy compared to typical fast food. I'm pretty sure they just opened... I've driven by for a couple of months but didn't know what it was going to be until today when I saw the big Arby's sign on the wall so we stopped in for lunch to go. Very clean and new inside as you'd expect, and despite only being open a short time (maybe even today - not sure) the ample staff all seemed totally together and well trained - and ALL that I interacted with were very nice and friendly. The store was packed with a line almost to the door but in spite of that, things moved very quickly and zero errors. My order for a Greek Beef Gyro meal and Anne's Grilled Chicken Sandwich with potato cakes came up super fast, was hot and fresh, and everything was right. Nice addition to the "food desert" that is much of Port Orchard. Sure it's a fast food place, but still offers a choice we didn't have before. Full 5 stars for great service, fresh and clean store, and really good food. read more

Terrible service. App was not working and wasn't given much help. Glad we were able to find somewhere else to eat

well, I did it again. I gave this place another chance and yet again the disappointed me. messed up my order then made me reorder a meal they messed upService is awful.. there was only one girl there that was trying to help me at all, i wish i got her name. They were super slow and serving others that were behind some. completely unorganized . This for sure the last time i will be giving them my hard earned money. read more

Okay the food server was a brand new person who was perfectly polite and did everything as she was trained. It was 6:14 at night and my girlfriend has been dealing with pancreatitis and we came into a restaurant to find something lightweight to eat. We had $100 bill that is all we had. Now I've worked fast food for 10 years I know that sometimes that's hard to pass off in the late evening or in the early evening. The manager was literally sitting in front of the safe and refused to get into the safe to get change. This is the only time in my entire life where I have gotten bad service from an Arby's. This is the laziest Arby's manager I have ever seen and we took our business elsewhere. We will happily take our business to other Arby's, But this Arby's is finished. read more

Arby's - an empty street in a small town - Fast Food Near Me - Port Orchard, Washington

I just visited the Arby's on Mile Hill Rd in Port Orchard. I was served by the nicest young man I've encountered in years. He helped me out with a challenge with my digital wallet and had my sandwich ready before the transaction was even finished. He did it all so well in spite of coping with a broken arm. Kudos to you Nick at Arby's in Port Orchard. You exemplified excellent customer service today. read more

I ordered arbys through Doordash. I ordered 2 meals, and the food was great with no issues. However, I specifically ordered 69 arbys sauce packets and only received 67. I am beyond pissed off at the lack of attention and effort that went into my order. I am a slut for arbys sauce and will be contacting the manager. read more

7/1/2022 Waited 45 min-5th car in drive-thru to get my food and then they told me cash only-Ok no problem-then at the window they could not take my cash or any payment so I got my food free-what is going on there ? Free food is nice but there a problem managing that store. read more

Terrible service / night staff They're always outside smoking, they never light up the board so you can't even tell if they're open. Ran by a bunch of children who don't care. I don't think one adult works there. Went into order some thing and stood there for 15 minutes until finally somebody came out and said they don't take inside orders. Five employees saw me standing there the entire time. Somebody's girlfriend was in there talking to one of the employees. Completely unprofessional. I can't even imagine the lack of care they take in preparing the food. No thanks! I have been here many times for the family. Every time something is wrong with the order. I call to have them fix it and they don't answer or refuse to fix the problem. I even talked to headquarters to don't care because to shop is new to open and has to work out there out problems. That is bull. Cheap company for way to much money for the amount of food you get. Fries always over cooked the cheddar beef are just nasty. chicken tenders are a joke so small to even count as a meal in and order. Not wanting to go back until they fix or change ways. read more

okay ive been through the drive through mulitple times, and i always wait 20-45 minutes for my food. sometimes they skimp on the roast beef all grace given, this is just a review. i do know how stressful fast food working is, but this happens often enough to leave this review read more

Do not order ahead in Door Dash if you don't want to sit and wait after going through a long line in the drive thru. They won't make it faster in fact it will be much much slower! Worst Arby's experience I have ever had, paid $9.13 for the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and 4 piece mozzarella sticks. Went there around 2pm to avoid the lunch crowd. It didn't matter. Cars were at least 6 deep at the drive thru. Inside the line was almost to the door. The line moved relatively quick. Once at the register the ordering was quick. Despite being so busy the wait on the order was not long. The Arby's crew was pleasant and quick. Most important the sandwich was loaded with meat and tasted great. read more
