Sure the sweets are amazing but the Savory lunch fare here is also fantastic and also includes locally sourced products from the Poulsbo Farmers Market and the same great local coffee. Their sourdough pizza is seriously amazing--one of the best I've ever had. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside while staying soft and chewy on the inside. I've tried the honey mustard chicken pizza, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The combination of honey mustard, arugula, and chicken worked so well together. I've also had the bacon chicken ranch, which was just as delicious. I always look forward to trying their weekly specials! The views are incredible too. You can sit by the water and watch people kayaking and fishing, and when the tide is low, I've even brought my dog and walked along the beach. I also love the huge variety of drinks they offer, from coffee and draft beer to canned beverages. On top of that, they do a great job supporting other local businesses and carry a lot of locally made goods. They have a small parking lot so sometimes it fills up, but you can also park across the street. Such a great spot for good food, drinks, views, and a relaxed atmosphere! I really enjoy coming here time and time again.

Expired hot sauce three times now!…read more I was here a few months back and their hot sauce bottle had green clumps in it... they gave me a new bottle which was nice, but I came back today and once again, they had green clumps in their franks red hot... I asked the waiter for a replacement and he brought me ANOTHER bottle that was mostly full, however it had the green clumps in it too! Its best by date was back in July... Im not sure how theyre storing these things but ive been using franks red hot for years and never see green clumps in it. On top of all that, the waiter brings me his ipad for me to pay, and after I pay he sets the ipad down right in front of me with the minimum tip being 20%... I felt kind of uncomfortable knowing he is staring behind me, I changed the tip to 10% and said thanks and he walked away without even responding. Holy water please take a look at your hot sauce and change the minimum tip to something lower, you shouldn't participate in the toxic tipping culture that puts the onus on your patrons to pay your workers 20 percent as a minimum. Besides that the food is amazing.

Everything on it went together perfectly. The tarragon aioli goes crazy, the roast pork is fantastic, I was worried I might be put off by the cider slaw but it's all extremely well-balanced. Worth noting it's not a huge sandwich but still maybe the best I've had on the island - really has a unique and craveable flavor. The pastrami was a bit of a letdown - better than other options on the island but just a little too heavy on the sauerkraut IMO, it was almost unpalatably sour. The pastrami itself was interesting, it seemed a lot like thick-cut beef bacon as opposed to what I would normally expect it to be like texturally - wasn't bad though. The seasoning on the meat and sandwich seemed a little inconsistent, some bites were very salty, some were a little bland. Not terrible but not great. If it was just a restaurant I might rate it a little lower but for what it is I was pretty impressed. I like the fact their sandwich menu is very short and sweet. Lots of cool little artisan food things for sale, they sell Via Rosa noodles and sauce as well as a nice little selection of fancy salts and things. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're a Bainbridge food fan.
