So popular that their highly recommended pasta salad is sold out today. And on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they offer homemade soup. Of course we bought other things but the find of the day was Bob's Red Mill Potato Flakes. We've been looking for product like this every sense Costco stopped selling a similar product. None of the other stores where we shop carry this Bob's Red Mill product. We had a wonderful cashier named Ana who also contributes to the 5-star rating. She was sweet and upbeat, even sharing a bit of her life with us. My wife and I always enjoy when a cashier makes checkout an enjoyable visit instead of, well, just checkout.
