My dine-in order was ready before I received my change. There was a good effort to make sure my custom order was made exactly as ordered. The service was also friendly, and helpful. The sandwich had more meat than offered by other JJ locations. Also, the dining area was new, and clean. Very nice!

Saw lots of couples - maybe this a the local date night spot?? Popped in on a Saturday evening. No reservation needed. Started with the garlic bread and chicken samosas. Both were delish. The samosas were stuffed full of chicken. The green sauce was tasty too. Lots of seafood, chicken, beef and pork entrees. I was not familiar with some of the fish entrees. It's a big menu and almost all of it is in Spanish. So I went with what Genevieve our server recommended. The chicken breast with onions and peppers. It's sounds plain but it was full of flavor and served with black beans and rice. I substituted plantains for tostones. The tostones were meh. My dinner companion ordered the chimichurri steak. It also came with black beans, white rice and plantains. She said it was delicious. They also serve paella - which I really wanted to try but they entree is for 2 or more. Some of the fish items are kinda spendy. But the other meat items are in the $20 or less range. In addition to soda and lemonade, they serve margaritas and beer. I ordered a skinny margarita and it tasted watered down. So next time I'll ask for no ice. For dessert we tried the churros. Not bad. The service was great. I'll definitely come back to try some of the seafood entrees.

Anyway, I wanted to try a few things and of course I had lots of leftovers. I ordered online for a scheduled pickup. I got there a bit too early, but just had a seat and waited only a couple of minutes, which is completely fine since I was early. I had a lamb gyro with fries, the shrimp appetizer, hummus, lentil soup and a baklava that was free due to my order total. I loved the food so much! The first order from a place always has a bit of a learning curve, so there's some things I'll maybe order differently or with slightly different instructions (like sauce on the side) but not that there was anything wrong, just my personal preferences. The hummus, pita and gyro were so delicious! The lentil soup was ordered for someone else so I only had a tiny taste and it was fine. My judgement of any lentil soup is going to not be very exciting as it's just not my "thing". The shrimp appetizer was delicious but I'm not sure I'd get it again due to the cost and the fact that it was just 5 or 6 shrimp. I'm sure the price is fair, but just for me personally, I doubt I'd get it again. Their online ordering doesn't offer some options that I'd like to see, such as if you choose soda as a beverage it doesn't tell you what options are available. Also, I like to be able to order extra sides of pita and sauce, things like that.

I had the lamb kabobs with rice and veggies. I believe the overall dish could have used a bit more seasoning. Additional cucumber yogurt sauce would have been nice as well. I'd give the dish a 6/10. Can't speak to the customer service as my interaction with staff with was extremely brief. However, the service wasn't horrible.

I ended up getting to Philly cheese steak while we also got some firecracker shrimp and cheese curds for an appetizer. We are pretty far south into the Midwest for cheese curds but they did them up just right. I ended doing a little bit of a special order on my Philly cheese steak I subbed in lettuce and tomato for onion and green pepper which I like but they do not like me. Food came out exceptionally fast between the burgers and salads that were made they also make an absolutely fantastic Pizza. The pizza is Detroit style which means the sauce goes on top which is kind of weird but it does work out. The crust is like Pizza Hut crust where it's super thick and tasty little on the greasy side but that is all in the plan. To top it off we were able to ride our golf cart there and back which made the six Busch lights I had even more pleasurable. Relax I didn't drive the golf cart people. We like so much we went back a second night! Thanks Wyatt!

It's got that great open seating, it's clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Speaking of the staff, I have to give a massive shoutout to the girl at the counter for her "Public Service Announcement." When I went to order, she gave me the lowdown: do not order anything from the tap. I appreciate that kind of radical honesty In this world of corporate greed. The menu claims they have bottled beer, but in reality, if it isn't on tap, it's in a can. I ended up with a Blue Moon in a can--a first for me--but hey, it did the job. As for the main event: I went for a 5-topping customized slice. I won't bore you with my specific architecture, but let's talk logistics. These slices are massive and have that classic New York-style "flop," which I usually love. Unfortunately, the execution was a bit of a letdown. The crust was on the dry side and the overall flavor was just... missing. It felt like a giant canvas with a splotch of paint. At the end of the day, I dropped $20 for a single slice and a can of beer. I can go to Sam's Club and get two slices and a drink for less than the tax on this meal--and actually taste the sauce--it's hard to justify the return trip. Cool vibe, great service, but the pizza needs a little more soul (and maybe a working tap).

The sauce was spot on: incredibly rich, creamy, and exactly what you want from a vodka sauce. The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the chicken portion was massive (honestly unheard of these days). The only minor miss was the garlic bread; it was a bit heavy on the cheese for me, but two minutes in the air fryer brought it right back to life. To make matters worse, the pizza is definitely on the pricier side and just not worth the cost. The wings also missed the mark; they tasted burnt. Additionally, the dipping sauce was packed in a plastic container that had actually melted. Because of this, the sauce was all over the container and the rest of the food. I'm all for supporting local spots, but between the high price and the poor food quality, I won't be ordering from here again. Nice location and dining area.

I had literal mafia family who owned a butcher and…read more"grinder" shop in Connecticut and I'd visit them as an 8 yr old to which they would stuff me full of food. This was the start of my love affair that still runs hot today. Excluding mom and pop restaurants, Jersey Mikes is by far the best of all chain restaurants. Jersey Mikes located off in Olathe was my first ever experience with the chain and forever etched it into my favorite chain for Subs! The hallmark of any great subshop is first quality meats and secondly them slice them to order. While a lot of shops now slice their own meats and cheeses, I believe Jersey Mikes was the first chain to do so (check me on that if wrong but I worked at Subway in the 90s and we didn't). With this info always in my mind, I'm always confident that no matter what Jersey Mikes I go to, it will be consistent and the way I like it, b/c I always order in person)! Next, they do bake their bread so another huge win in my book as most just proof up frozen bread which is devoid of the little touches. Finally, the owner was there and was an extremely friendly guy and genuinely excited to take my order! I admit, I'm a cold sub fiend and you can keep the hot subs (sorry Philly). I've literally had every one of their subs but I hold true to the original Italian. Every time I get mine, it's literally a salad on bread. A little bit of onion, lots of lettuce, tomatoes, a couple pickles, 2 japs, S&P, Oregano, lots of mayo, lots of oil, a bit of vinegar but I wish they had olives..... Mine is perfection, brought on by my countless visits and endless tinkering. Good thing I don't work there! My kids got the ham and swiss with just mayo. Granted they're young but I'm not going to argue with them if they're happy. As for the Xwife (sorry a slight lag in writing this) she got the turkey & cheese with mayo, lettuce and tomato. While she didn't die..... she did love the sub (sorry dark humor there). It was our go to spot for many years. Also note they used to serve pizza! That's correct, they were one of 3 pilot Jersey Mike's to serve pizza in addition to the subs. I'll be the first to admit, I thought it was pretty darn good and smart to combine the two American favorites. Alas they no longer serve pizza so you'll just have to opt for one of the many other options (my advice is Detroit style with Italian sausage, onions, tomatoes, olives). Back to the point the whole family was happy. In summary, the store is very clean and safe, while the staff are very nice. Admittedly if you've been to one Jersey Mike's you've basically been to them all. So, I'm basically here saying the say thing as a repeated record as I've lived all over the place and travel frequently. This store is on par with all other locations so shop in confidence you'll get the best sub around!
