It's usually pretty fresh they have a habit of making it wrong. They forgot most of the bacon on my sandwich. We ordered pickup and it was ready on time. If you go to this location, drive up the street and grab a bag of kettle chips from Aldi since the price of one tiny bag of chips here is crazy. The pasta salad was good but not worth the price. This place is close to my house so it's usually where we order when wanting a sandwich. The last few times I have gone there I can tell it's really gone down hill. My last two orders were incorrect. The last time I received someone else's order yet the receipt ticket was correct with my name and what I ordered from the app. The other few times something is always missing. I get it's hard to find people but not sure why it's so hard to get these food orders correct to the right customer. Plus it's super pricey now. My son had to drive up there twice to get the correct food and they had to remake it per what was originally ordered. I feel bad for the family that ordered the food that was given to me. I asked where my order was and an Employee told me "it's on the line getting ready to be made" I would've understood if there were other orders being made but there was not. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. today I went to this location and my mom had simply not heard the older male worker taking orders and when she asked him to repeat himself he began talking to her very slowly as if she was incompetent. this should never be acceptable in any form of customer service. we then saw what we thought was our order was ready and when we asked the younger worker with blonde hair for a bag he simply didn't acknowledge us after asking him twice... he could have easily told us that it was not our order or handed us a bag. we got home and saw our order was wrong so my mother called to ask if we could pick up the correct order and the girl with blond hair working called her back giving her attitude and told us it is not their responsibility to get us a bag or make sure we get the right sandwiches. After an hour we finally got out food. I would never recom this location to anyone as this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Hadn't been to Jimmy John's in a while and decided to stop by based on past experience. Unfortunately, this was a bad decision. The so called 6 inch subs are more like a hot dog bun with very little ingredients. Paid almost $28 for three combos. Chips and drink sizes are the same as before, but the sandwiches are now a joke. I have to agree with Jason. It took me three times before I could try my sandwich on wheat. I would order online and then get a call saying we're out can we make it on french instead? They've also forgotten something from putting something on my sandwiches, or cutting them, to even a whole pickle. Now come on, I order online. There's no way of misunderstanding. It's just they're too lazy to pay attention to the details of your ticket. The two times I got everything right is because I got the "out of something" call and I nearly begged them to double check the ticket because they forgot the pickle last time. Manager said he "personally" would. The next time it was also correct but I think I've been noted as "troublesome" on my record now. lol Other than that, the food is good. I have come to love an unwich. Kettle chips, (bbq, regular, jalapeno, thin) all good. Pickles, are picklious. Down fall, drinks. They bring in a cup. Get bottles for deliveries. I don't usually like to drink my pop with my food. By the time I get to it, it's flat if you bring it in a cup. Since this is the only other place to deliver to my home that isn't pizza or chinese. This is the cleanest, fastest, most efficient Jimmy John's store I've been to. Spoiled me for the rest, the other stores aren't as clean or quick--the service here is amazing! Your sandwich is ready when the server is giving you your change! Really good sandwiches, and very consistent. Not one of them offered a greeting and even worse, the older lady that took my order was flat out rude and put out by my questions although I well spent over $40 on two sandwiches. To make matters worse, they were unable to add my freaky Friday points, but had no interest in figuring out how to rectify the issue. Jimmy Johns Olathe K-7 store Told us to go over to Firestone and pick up our sandwiches their. On Thursday May 9th placed an order with Scott Owen for a Sandwich platter to be picked up on Saturday May 11th. Drove to Jimmy Johns to pick up sandwich platter to pick up sandwiches. When asked where is our order we placed a few days ago no one knew anything about the order. All the employees had a blank look on their faces just looking at each other. After a little while someone told us that if we wanted our sandwich platter we had to drive over to Firestone to get our pick up order from Jimmy Johns. So now Jimmy johns makes us drive over to Firestone to pick up our Jimmy johns pick order. Drive over to Firestone talk with store manager and no sandwiches. Where are they no one knows????? Told store manager to give us a call if a sandwich platter happens to show up. Go back over to Jimmy Johns still no sandwiches. We get a call from the Firestone store manager and told us that our sandwich platter showed and we ask him to have them send it back. Had a very disappointing trip today at this location. Arrived before lunch rush and not a single table was clean. Place looked in disarray with crumbs and trash on floor and tables. The problem is this is the THIRD time they have forgotten my drinks. And this time I called as soon as I got my food and realized they were missing, and they answered saying woops we'll fix it. Then I waited 20 more minutes. I called again. They said oops we'll fix it again the driver will bring it back. Then I waited 20 MORE minutes a total of 40 extra minutes for my drinks to get here.
