While the ambiance Is beautiful and cozy and the baristas were very kind, they didnt make up for the pitfalls here. I was only the second person in the shop, and i was waiting at the counter for around 10 mins before being helped. I got a latte and a scramble, and they were a little overpriced in my opinion, but i did want to try a speciality latte so I suppose that's to be expected. I got their beetroot latte and to be honest that was the best thing about this experience!! It was so earthy, creamy, and warming, i loved it. No notes on my latte!! Now the food was not hitting for me. I got the breakfast scramble with sourdough toast and asked for no mayo. I received mayo. And the toast might have been the THINNEST sourdough ive ever seen??? Look at it! Idk. I love bread so i was expecting ... more than an eighth of an inch of it? Anyway, the scramble was meh and i just used napkins to wipe off the mayo. Just a bummer, i am probably going to other coffee shops over this one in the future.

Bread was good, looks like it is baked in house. Sandwiches were made to order and came off the flat top piping hot. You will pay ~$9 for a regular sandwich and $18 for what they call a "giant." While they look small, they load these sandwiches with meat (not lettuce) so you are getting a LOT of sandwich for the price. Chips and drinks are available in a combo or a la carte as well. My only wish is that you could get Whiz on a sandwich here. There are only two choices of cheese and while not a deal breaker, a couple more options would have been great.

Wow Jimmy johns food is amazeing. I have not seen service like this in a long time. The food is outstanding and the service is to die for. I have eaten at Jimmys many times I love the food i must say that they have a lot to choose from. They have a menue that helps. Their items are listed on a menue with their names. and a number. if you want you call them tell them what you want and have your food sent to your house. or if you want and you want to be social you can go there. However I perfer eating at my house. Its more relaxing to me. The food I do not think is that priced. It may be for some. But I would pay the prices for their services. The food has a way of melting in your mouth. Its so soft and chewy. When they do bring you your food you have to tell them what not to or put on it. but I guess you would do that with any place that serves food. I really wish subway would bring your food to your house. but I guess everybody cant get that lucky. so next time you are in town in Ogden Utah or anywhere with a Jimmy Johns stop by and you may like what you find. read more

Jimmy johns I must say I do love their food. Their subs are to die for. They have varies of subs and you can have them put anything on the sub. I have heard they are pricey. But I am willing to pay for their prices and for their subs. The Customer service you get is outstanding they will bring your sub to your house. I do believe they do charge 50 cents for each item. but with the great service and food you get I do not know why anyone would not want to pay for their sandwhiches. I have eaten their many times. and I must say everytime I go their I want to go back. One of the things they do which makes it outstanding is they give you a menue everytime you order. and with that chooseing cant be easier. Their food are listed with a name and a number. So when you order you simply tell them the name of the sandwhich and the name of the item you want. So over all great customer service and great food. Keep it up Jimmy Johns. read more
