So I orded a sub to take a friend and ordered extra meat. When I got the sub where I was going there was no extra meat. I called the store and the manager decided to yell at me and tell me I shoulda come back right away. I again told her it was passed closing time.. The manager yelled and said she could give me a discount next time but she would never give me one again as I was just trying to get free food.. Which was furthest from the truth. While I love Jimmy John's in general, this particular franchise is absolutely awful. I recommend you avoid it at all costs. I've gone through a few times through the drive-through and the service is abysmally slow... Which is funny considering that their whole thing is supposed to be that they are super fast. we've ordered a delivery from there a handful of times and it's the same situation, super slow. However, just this past week I decided to place an order for delivery. I ordered two sandwiches and asked that the sandwiches be delivered about an hour and a half after I placed the order as no one was home to receive the food. I got a notification about 15 minutes after I placed my order that my food was delivered. I wasn't going to be home for over an hour so my food sat out on my front porch in 90° heat for over an hour. When I got home and check the receipt to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. I realize that I had not in fact made a mistake and it said three times on the receipt in bold print to delay delivery until 1230. I also realized that they had only sent half of my order. I called the store and the man on the other end, decided to argue with me that my food had already been delivered. He was not understanding that I needed it delivered later and it was now not safe to eat because of the heat. He continued to argue with me over the situation and then abruptly told me that he needed my number and a manager would call me back. and then went on the Jimmy John's website and shared what had happened. They told me it would be 48 hours until someone got back to me and it is now been three days. No one from the store has called me and I have not received any feedback from my email. While this might just seem like a petty thing to follow up with again after three days, I have to say it's just bad customer service and it really annoyed me. It's very easy to make a sandwich and deliver it when someone asks and then not get an attitude when you do it wrong. I will not ever again frequent this Jimmy John's and I beg of anyone who reads this review to avoid them at all costs. They don't deserve our business. read more

I ordered a giant ham and cheese and also a Tuna salad sub. The only complaint I have is the bottom of the bread was HARD!! You need really strong teeth to bite into the suns. I have had their subs before and found the bread soft and delicious. I will return but will check the bread before they make my sub! read more

Apparently under a new owner as of May 2024 so old reviews likely don't apply to current business. Met with smiles and great service. Was so happy to find a Jimmy John's. As expected my sandwich was excellent! I love the "Unwich" made as a wrap using iceberg lettuce! Store was very clean and organized. I didn't use the drive through but will next time! Worst customer service and deliver ever. I have ordered from this location two time recently. Both times my order was either delivered to the wrong house or was not delivered at all because the drive stated he could not find the right house. I had to got to the store to get my order remade both times.. My house has a very visible house number and is located directly across the street from a well lit parking lot. When contacting the store about the delay or not receiving our food, the on duty "manager" did not resolve the situation in a way that made me feel like it wasn't my fault. Both times the restitution was a refund, but there was no compassion from the store employees. I will never order carryout or delivery from this location ever again. This JJ is without a doubt the worst! Several weeks ago we ordered 2 subs, got them home and they were both incorrect. Two weeks ago they did not have tomatoes, so all sandwiches were served w/o them. Yesterday I attempted yo order at the speaker. After sitting for 5-7 minutes, saying excuse me 3-4 times I pulled up to the pu window. The women refused to open the window. When she finally did I attempted to get a sub. She said they were out of French Bread. I asked if they could do a Little John and she said not the way I wanted it. Their subs are always well balanced and loaded with toppings and it quickly became my go-to for filling affordable sandwiches. Needless to say I was pretty excited when they opened a location right down the street from my house. Let's just say all Jimmy Johns are not created equal. The bread was fresh and the meat was good but that's all I could taste. A pinch of lettuce, a swipe of mayo and three tiny paper thin tomato slices on what they call their "super" sub just doesn't cut it. The Jimmy Johns on shore drive is absolutely amazing! I needed to organize a box lunch for 200 people, last minute and they graciously accommodated. Not only were they unbelievably friendly and helpful, they remade a quarter of the order we had mistakenly ordered wrong, without me even asking. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best quality food and experience, even though the mistake was 100% my fault.
