We looked for the health/cleanliness score that's supposed to be visible, but could not locate it. I'm not sure what type of open container was sitting on the floor that the employee grabbed the frozen steak from and then threw it on the grill, but I digress. She also had a friend behind the counter (not in uniform) that she was talking to the entire time she was cooking on the grill. It was obvious that she had been talking on the phone with her via her AirPods before she got in the store. You can't see the friend, she's behind the big guy, but you can see the employee turned to the side clearly mid conversation with someone.
