Ordered lunch for pick up at 12:18---at 12:52 they still hadn't made my sandwich. I left due to needing to get to a work commitment . I was able to get a refund but the clerk suggested I leave and call back to get my money back over the phone. I will avoid them for noon hour meals. Slow, unfriendly, skimp on sandwiches. They usually only have one person making sandwiches. And last time I was there that person had no sense of urgency. Parking is terrible. One of the attendees contacted me after I left the building, (she ate later than the rest of us), and said there were bugs in her #16 Club LuLu UNWICH. This is a very large engineering firm in Minneapolis that hosts many lunches and I have been told that Jimmy Johns, from any location, will be allowed to be served there. In addition, I am reporting this to the health inspector. read more

Ordered online to try to "simplify" the process of picking up an order from here...boy were we wrong. When we showed up an employee was there working on a large order so we had to wait on him to get to ours. When he got to our order he began making the sandwiches different than what we ordered and instead of talking to us just held up the order details from online...he didn't even utter a word. The only reason for two stars was the big clubs we ordered were pretty tasty once we sorted out the right toppings...too bad this process took 15 minutes and endurance of poor service. This is my Jimmy Johns.. It is close to where I work, and the service is always super speedy! The place gets pretty busy during the lunch rush, but the staff is fast, and gets you in the door then out in about 5 minutes or so! Jimmy Johns is pretty tasty, not really my first choice in subs or anything, but I would agree with them being the best choice for Lunch sandwiches...so tasty! read more

Very popular lunch spot! This is a standard Jimmy Johns, completely packed for about an hour during the lunch rush, but always super fast service and standard sub sandwiches. I have no complaints about this venue. I've been here probably 30 times or so since I work right down the street. The parking lot does fill up quick over lunch, but I've always been able to find a spot without waiting more then a minute or two. If you have never had Jimmy Johns, they specialize in subs and sandwiches. They don't have any soups, salads, etc either. Your sides are limited to chips, cookies, and pickles. They have about two dozen subs/sandwiches to choose from, and you'll find your favorite on the menu quick. Ham, turkey, club, all of the above, or whatever you are feeling like, plus all the veggies and your choice of mayo, mustard, cheese etc. Sandwiches are normally about $5-6. They will deliver single sandwiches, and the delivery fee is pretty cheap too. The only downside is that the delivery ring is very small, they told me only one mile. Overall, fresh ingredients, super quick service, cheap prices, and fast food that won't make you feel like taking a nap after about an hour. 5/5. read more

Our visit was odd....there were no clean tables and it was dead and employees standing around. Then I asked him to wipe down a table and he got a bottle of windex to clean it! Great sandwiches, and they arrive pretty darn fast. I think the drinks and chips are a bit overpriced at $2 for a tiny bag of chips, and $2.20 for a large drink. Also, they do not have ranch so I have to keep some at work for when I order. Offer ranch and I would probably go to 5 stars. read more

Has to be the worst Jimmy Johns location in the game. I work within blocks and have waited 45 min to an hour a few times before calling to cancel the order because of heading to a meeting. The most recent time I called to check on the order after 45 minutes, and the man that answered said "oh yeah, your order has been ready for awhile but we are short some drivers. I don't know, it could be soon or it could be awhile". After asking for my order to be cancelled once again and refunded he said a bunch of inaudible things, the only decipherable part being: "You'll get your money back eventually". In my never-ending (for the last 3 weeks) quest to patronize every single franchise joint, and there appears to be an inexhaustible supply, in Eden Prairie, Jimmy John's is a go-to spot for the office. So, it's impossible for me not to sample the wares when invited by new office crew. Verdict... It's fine. I won't drool when when someone asks, but I also won't make up an excuse not to go. The bread is better than Subway and the fixings are well proportioned and portioned. The ingredients can always be better at a joint like this, but they're fine. They make the sandwiches so fast it's almost not-cool. I want it to breath on the counter a bit before it lands in my hands... I mean, it's almost like they knew what I wanted before I did... Don't expect your food freaky fast when you order from here. If I get to take a lunch break I can leave my desk, get in my car, drive to JJ's, order, get my food, get back in my car, and be back at my desk in less than 15 minutes. When I ordered delivery this week it took an hour and ten minutes to get my order. When I called to make sure they got my order I was told they had 5 drivers instead of 7 (which is no excuse for an hour lead time on deliveries. You're down 2 drivers, not 5). After submitting feedback to corporate somebody from the franchise reached out and offered me a $5 credit (on a $15 order). No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere. Jimmy Johns is my go-to lunch spot, and this location is a little slower than the one I used to go to before I moved. Have not had them deliver yet, only dine-in. Service is speedy, the only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is I'm used to everyone at JJ making everyone feel extra welcome when they walk in the door, and when i went there my cashier had 2 huge hickeys on his neck.
