could have made this sandwich at home. Sandwhich was flat white break not a sub no cheese two slices of turkey. Sucks

Just left here and unfortunately I will be driving across town for my sandwiches now. I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes, when I got to the window I was met with someone who refused to speak, when I opened my sandwich I noticed they left out the extra salami I paid for. read more

Just left there. Will never return to this location. I was in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes. When I finally got to the window, they got my order wrong. I always specify, but my order is ALWAYS wrong. As usual, it was wrong. They appeared to be arguing over it. I finally got it after waiting an eternity. Will NOT go back to this location on 50th & Slide. read more

I got two sandwich meals for pickup through drive-through. They were rude and kept rolling their eyes at me when I was just saying things like thank you, yes, and no. They almost forgot my drinks, and completely forgot my brownie and chips that came with the meal. I didn't check the bag because they practically slammed it in my hand. I'm a college student, when I decide to finally eat out somewhere I want all of what I paid for. read more

I had a guy argue with me at the window about my order when I come here every day, ordering the same thing he was very rude and unkind instead of him, leaving us with the sandwich that we touch she took it back inside the building, which is a hell go violation read more

Was looking forward to having lunch from here but when I ordered in the drive thru I was only able to order one of the two sandwiches. After I ordered the first sandwich I was asked if I wanted anything else I said yes and just got the told for the first sandwich. So don't know how many other people this has happened to. I believe I will never visit this place again read more

The lady at the window was rude and there was a mistake on the online order when I asked if we could fix that she wasn't friendly about telling me that it was already made. When she said it was already made she said they could remake it and then they didn't and didn't tell me they didn't. I checked and asked about it and she was rude, I wasn't rude when asking I was just asking. There was no need for her attitude and now I can't enjoy my sandwich at all because they not only told me they could remake it but also they ruined the experience of Jimmy John's. Not going back. Pt2. We also had two online orders and sat at the window for about 5 minutes after she gave us the messed up first order until d she decided to take a minute out of her day and come to the window to ask us what we needed which was our second order that she was told about at the mic along with the other issue. Overall very disappointed and wish I spent my money somewhere else. Literally never going back. read more

Love JJ's food, but their delivery is always late. Sometimes very late, even if you order over an hour early. Not cool when you only have 30 minutes for lunch. And, if you need to call to check on an order, forget about it. No one answers the phone. However, their food is great, and the delivery folks are always very friendly. But seriously, when you bill yourself as "freaky fast," you gotta deliver on that. Thus the reason for the two star rating. read more

Never eat here and definitely don't order for delivery. They never get the order right never taste fresh and online delivery takes almost 2hr for a cold sandwich that may not actually be cold if it summer. read more

So disappointing. We ordered online and came in to get it. I watched a young man make my sandwich without gloves and watched him take the bread out with his uncovered hands, then put it back in and then pull his pants up and keep touching our food. On top of that, I was given these three thin pieces of turkey. Would much rather go anywhere else for the same price and be given more protein. read more

Sent me the wrong sandwich without the ranch that I ordered. Took my money and my time. Told me to give the wrong sandwich back after I opened it. Frustrated Just got my new order... still no side ranch lol read more

Ordered delivery from this location. Waited an hour and a half before the nice folks from the business two doors down brought our lunch over to us. It had been delivered to the wrong address. It was horrible every-time i go i get the same thing. A number 5 with no onions add the peppers and some pickles. This time i get home hoping to finally eat all day and i have a full pice wrapped up and every dressing known to man kind on the sandwich. The only reason i gave it two stars was because they at least got my chips. But I really paid $10 for a bag of chips. read more

First off I ordered the pickup option for my meal (15 minutes before showing up) and when I went inside my order was still not ready. I waited another 10-15 minutes and they finally place my order on the pickup stand. My meal came with a drink and when I asked for my cup all the employees just kinda starred at each other like none of them wanted to grab my cup. Finally one of the workers says rudely "just get the cup from the front". Not only was customer service awful, the sandwich was SO dry... the bread seemed like it had been sitting out for days. Do not recommend at all especially since this wasn't the first time with bad customer service. read more

This place is the worst for delivery. I used to love this place and ordered 2-3 times a week in the past. However in the last several months I have had issues with getting my food delivered. I recently I ordered my food and still didn't get my order after 2 hours, had to call to cancel and they said the transaction was voided but I was still charged. Their customer service is horrible and they do not care about their customers. I will NEVER order from this place again! read more

I just had the worst experience I've ever had in a drive through establishment (and that's saying something). If owners read these, the time was 5:46 PM on Saturday, July 2nd. I ordered a Giant Big John with no mayo and no onion and pulled around to the window. I gave them my card, and waited about 10 minutes for my sandwich to be made. They gave me a regular size sandwich, and other than the size being incorrect, it wasn't even the type of sandwich that we ordered. I waived at several workers in the window, and was ignored. Finally, after holding up the drive through waiting for someone to talk to me, a manager came over to the window and asked me what was wrong. I told her (I believe she said her name was Tyra) that I only got half of my sandwich. I was told to keep the sandwich and my correct sandwich would be made and she walked off. Then someone came over and asked me to pay more money. I said I already paid for my sandwich, and she walked off without a word as well. Minutes later, the manager comes back and tells me that I didn't pay for the Giant, that I only paid for the Regular. I told her that the menu clearly states that the Giant Big John (#2) is $13. She is trying to get me to pay $22. She looks at me like I'm stupid and tells me that the $22 is "for all the extra stuff that I ordered". I asked her to show me or tell me what I ordered that costs more money. She walks off again without saying anything, again. Comes back a minute later and tells me that the sandwich that I'm asking for costs $22 and if I want the sandwich, she has to ring me up for the extra cost. I tell her nevermind, I don't want the sandwich if its going to be $10 more than what the menu says, and I tell her to forget the sandwich and just give me a refund. She walks off again without saying anything. She then comes back and says "If you want a refund, give me the sandwich back". My jaw dropped from her attitude. I took the sandwich out of my wifes hands and handed it to her, she said "ok, we'll give you that refund". I told her that I needed a receipt for proof of refund. She walks off again, and comes back with a receipt. Worse. Experience. Ever. If you're in the customer service business, learn your craft. This whole thing could have been resolved with just an ounce of care. read more

I just went to the Jimmy John's off Slide and 50th St. this was my first time ever to a Jimmy John's what a disappointment the person in the drive through ordering could not answer any questions that I had when I ordered my sandwich and pulled around I asked her I wanted a large sandwich could you read me back my order to find out she charge me for a small I asked her if she could turn it into a large and I would pay the difference and they told me NO when I spoke with the manager completely rude and unprofessional she was absolutely no help at all and I ended up driving away with a small sandwich the only suggestion the manager offered is for me to buy an additional sandwich at a higher cost I will never eat there again! 1O/11/21 this place for Customer service deserves no stars!! read more

There is absolutely nothing freaky fast about this location. The last three times I've ordered for pick up it's taking close to an hour. The more recent time I ordered from this location there were no cars in the drive-through and one person eating in the lobby there already had their sandwich with 2 to 3 people just standing there while the delivery driver and one employee were working. Poor management read more

Love Jimmy John's.... and specifically the Turkey Tom (subtract the tomato) w/ provolone cheese. This store is always super friendly - - music is a bit loud inside, i think due to the acoustics of the store. Staff inside was super friendly and helpful today! Great experience - -thanks! read more

I live exactly one mile from this Jimmy John's location, and called for a delivery on two sandwiches. The employee tells me that they can't deliver to me because I'm located outside of their delivery range. It's not the employee's fault, so I file a complaint on their online service form about their remarkably poor delivery plan. In their response to me, employee Kelly says "Jimmy John's was built around fast delivery. If the store near you won't deliver to you, you are out of our designated delivery area. This is not a personal thing, it's a strategic decision. We have a very disciplined strategy with delivery and have found this to be successful in the past. Going out of our area makes those in the area get delayed." Not only are they the sandwich delivery guys that don't really want to deliver, but they're also the ones that can't come up with anything but an asinine boilerplate response to issues one might have with their stores. Thanks to them for the reminder that there's a Subway on 50th Street off Quaker. read more

Turn down the AC! It is too cold to even eat in there and the manager said it was as warm as it goes... Give me a break. 60 degrees is not as warm as it gets and I'm sure the owner would appreciate a lower energy bill!! Always a good sandwich though. read more

Absolutely horrible. Tasteless. Dry bread, no condiments provided for large corporate order. Will never go there again.

I really would give it a no star. I had placed an order via phone for delivery. They said it might be a while and I agreed to wait. 2 hrs passed by when I decided to call and check on my order. Long story short I was told my order was voided due to being over the delivery radius I guess. As any customer you would expect a call back saying that your order that was placed was canceled...I had to find out by calling and checking on my order. The owner said they were too busy and were short handed. So they are too busy to provide good customer service. I wouldn't bother with any Jimmy Johns from here on out if their owner can call his customers F**ktards then it's should not be a place for you either. read more

Great staff! No problems with the service and the folks who work there. My issue is the amount of meat on the sandwich. I'm a JJ's fanatic and eat there quite often, lately in CA, NV, AZ, MM, TX. Every other franchise location I've eaten at puts a proper amount of meat in the sandwich. This location was much less and very thinly sliced. At 1:30pm there were 10 people working in this location. Normally, I see 5 or 6 max so I'm wondering if the ownership is trying to offset labor cost by reducing the ingredients. I felt compelled to report it to the JJ's corporate office at (866) 276-6302. I urge others to do the same. read more

Stain 2 miles away from this place they're telling me they won't deliver doesn't sound like a Jimmy John's on our

Went through the drive-through, ordered two sandwiches, and got home with only one. Called them back, and their response was "you can either pay for delivery, or we can just give you credit when you come back later". Awesome, so I get poor service, and my options are to either pay for them to fix THEIR OWN MISTAKE, or come back later for more terrible service that I already paid for the first time. Check your bags when you leave; I know I did not expect to have to be in that habit. It is worth noting that my wife has also expressed that her sandwiches seem to have less meat (turkey) when we go to this location as well. read more

This was the first time I ever went to a Jimmy John's, and unfortunately it wasn't "love at first bite." I ordered a simple sandwich off the menu at the drive through window, with only one alteration, NO mayo. The guy who took my order did not repeat it back to me, and I didn't confirm that he understood, so it is partly my fault that the sandwich, which was done very quickly, came back with mayo. It had globs of it, on both sides of the bread. I couldn't take it and had to throw the sandwich away. Also, $.80 for cheese, wth? I would probably go there again, but I will be very clear with my order next time. read more
