My go-to Chick-fil-A in town. So far they haven't majorly failed me. Usually my order is fully intact but I have had missing sauces, napkins, and even whole items from my order. I've noticed the bigger Chick-fil-A becomes, the more these kinds of errors happen. But typically they will correct with apologies and replacements. They have two drive-thru lanes and take the orders in person walking through the lanes. I'm usually impressed when they can handle this process without messing something up. Prices have risen, but quality is still there. I'll keep coming back to satiate that craving. read more

This particular location is almost always inconsistent. It's hit or miss. Tonight we waited 20 minutes for a grilled cool wrap with no cheese. I did curbside and still waited 20 minutes. The cool wrap came with cheese and tomatoes-- so aggravating. Then we have a 90 minute drive home and they can't even credit back to my Apple Pay without the card. read more

Tried three times to order on line. Didn't go through called chickfilbvv bc z they told me to go to on line. So no food from there

Ordered the berry parfait in driver through..no strawberries/no granola...came with only 2 blueberries..very disappointed

Terrible service!! Missed a salad in the order then took 30 minutes to get it and then my other food was cold. 2nd time this had happened recently. Will never go to this location again. read more

Will not do catering orders at this location. I have tried a couple of times and always leave frustrated. Either the order is wrong, or they do not have it ready when I arrive and the time slot selected. The most recent time I waited for over 20 minutes. I placed my order 2 days in advance. Intentionally placed an order for chilled items so I didn't have to wait for things to be cooked. There was no explanation, just "sorry this was as soon as we could have it ready." It felt like I was a in convince instead of a paying customer. I had a timeframe I was on, thus the catering order. It would have been faster to just walk in and order then use the catering option. Very frustrating. No real apology or attempt to make it right. read more

I had a salad delivered which costs me a total of almost $20 and what a disappointment! The lettuce was old and brown and most of it was from the center of the lettuce head which was white to begin with. It's disgusting that a fresh salad can't be made when ordered especially since it's not that difficult. The order was placed at 5 pm. I guess they had leftover salads from lunch, they just needed customers, who aren't important, to order one. read more

Placed an order in the drive thru last night, they were very fast, friendly and my food was hot/fresh!

I came here early today around 9:30am and didn't realize they're mostly serving breakfast meals. The lady who took my order however, fixed me a regular chicken sandwich with fries. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Also, I'm not sure if this branch is new but it was really clean. I also like how the crews look neat and professional. Food is so so good! read more

Friendly employees and fast service but what's not to expect from a chick fil a. This location is big and they have such cute decor. They have a farmhouse style going on inside and the big farmhouse table is so cute. read more

WHO wouldn't eat here there's no explanation. Just get it I usually get a spicy chicken sandwich, medium fries, or maybe mac and cheese. And for a beverage I sometimes get a cookies and cream milkshake. My sauce choices are Chick-fil-A and Polynesian sauce. The ambience is just ppl talking no music but ya eat here. read more

Ordered delivery. Grilled nuggets and one was raw. Discovered after feeding to my kids. Called to inform them, and they just said they were sorry. No offer to redo order, refund, or discount anything. Let's buckle up and see who has food poisoning. read more

See all

The best managed fast food restaurants in the world by far. Service is super fast and always pleasant staff, clean, and it's the same all over the United States, I'm a pilot so I've eaten at many of them. read more

I consistently have to ask for the correct number of chicken nuggets. They consistently found a small piece of crispy breading as a nugget. Come on Chick Fil A, be better than this. Learn to count up to 12, and give nuggets. We are paying too much now for food. Nothing is worth what we are paying for it. You can, at the very least, give us what we order! read more

With over $120 order, They failed to deliver 3 of my 8 sandwich, after calling and acknowledging that it happened and they would fix the issue and deliver them immediately!! NEVER HAPPENED and now the store won't answer the phone.... Apparently 3 people are going hungry!! read more

Food is never bad however they claimed they did not have a first responder discount when I have gotten it at other chick fil a's will not return to this location even out of uniform. read more

So not happy, but did not want to make the delivery driver go back because he was already complaining and blamed his co-worker for giving him the wrong drink order to deliver!!!! Most likely will try another location for delivery. This is basicaky the second time they've messed up this week!! read more

What can I say, it's Chick-fil-A! Always friendly, always yummy. Lubbock always has great Chick-fil-A's even with five different operators in town. It baffles me how anyone can write a harsh/negative review of a local Chick-fil-A restaurant. read more

A $4 deliver fee off the app now? Uber eats only has a $2 delivery fee. Boo............................

Love this olace they are so friendly and faster. And the give a present for my Dog too. Thanks chick fill A read more

SO IMPRESSED WITH THIS CHICKFILA. They have never messed up our order before, but today they left a salad out and they handled it so wonderfully. We called and they brought it out to us immediately, and the woman who did was so kind and offered us cookies to make up for it. Absolutely wonderful service. read more

How could anyone ever rate Chick Fil A less than perfect? It befuddles me. Yes, I have stated all night at a Chick Fil A opening to get 52 free meals and I totally use the coupons they send periodically in the mail and I DEFINITELY dress up on cow appreciation day. So maybe I'm like a Chick Fil A groupie... Sue me. The chicken nuggets though! The perfect ratio of delicious breaking to moist and tender chicken. Who can hate on that? Surely nobody. Ever. And even though I detest mustard I have to admit that the thought of CFA sauce can make me drool. I often opt for Polynesian sauce also. Ok and from someone who hates soft serve ice cream...the icedream at CFA is heaven in a cup/cone. Don't believe me? Try it. I dare you. Ok last rant...the chicken tortilla soup in the fall/winter is the best fast food I have ever eaten. It tastes homemade. It has the perfect amount of spice. I can't wait for it to come back. EAT MOR CHKN!! PS this specific location has always offered the same outstanding service that every location does. Nothing new here...just your regular bend-over-backwards for everyone service. :) read more

Stopped for a quick drink before an event. No exaggeration we have been in the Chick Fil A line for 20 minutes waiting on 2 drinks. We have always known Chick Fil A as fast and reliable. Was told they were trying to get a large nugget order out. Not sure why this order couldn't have been asked to wait in a parking spot. No way to get out. Not cool! read more

This visit was so disappointing because of the CSR not getting the order right and more focused on a different customer who was complaining (probably about this CSR's order) I had to tell her to focus. It didn't work. This was not up to the standard of CFA. Further, no manager was in sight to complain to so we sucked up the extra charge and went on our way. I will return, but will demand a different CSR. Better yet, I'll go next door to Dions where the staff are always awesome. read more

We moved over in this area and starting using this chick fil La. Its great! Orders always right and fast.

I'm sitting at Chick-fil-A as we speak. Before I start diving in my meal, I'd like to share my current experience. I order my food and before the employee has time to make my drink, my food is ready. Literally, my food was ready in less than 60 seconds. The staff is courteous, kind, professional, and makes my dine in experience special. I will now begin to bite into my savoury delightfulness of a sandwhich read more

Everyone is nice, just prefer the other locations. This location just isn't as fast as others yet. I know this company is usually a well working machine, not sure how someone that was behind me ended up in front of me. I thought that in the drive thru it went back and forth, maybe it was the truck in front of me, I'm not sure. I also had to go back because they left out the 12-count nuggets. The food is great and always will be, but I enjoy going to 69th and Slide and the location at Raider Park best. read more

Drive thru at 10:30 for an early lunch today. My sandwich was horrible. The chicken was dark brown and dry from being over cooked. The bun was overly toasted as well. Who the heck is running this place? FIX IT! read more

I walked inside this restaurant in the morning to get service twice now. About 3 weeks apart my visits were exactly the same. Standing at the counter completely ignored by the staff. Two employees sitting at a table chatting and 3 employees behind the counter chatting. No greeting when I walked in and no word when I walked out without being served. No second mile service at this location. read more

Hands down the best!!! Best drive thru experience and best quality. Plus they are too eager to when I order off the "secret menu". Never a problem. read more

What a fantastic place to eat. The staff are always over the top friendly and accommodating. You will never leave this place not feeling like a king, their customer service is the best I have ever seen. Not only that I have never had bad food from this location. Chic-fil-a'er for life! read more

Food is great as usual, the people are always AWESOME. Every single Chick Fil A has the best and friendliest staff. Other places could definitely learn customer service from them... read more

Went to this location for the first time during the lunch "rush" and was very impressed with the organization! 2 lines of cars, 3 people taking orders on tablets ( they'd tell you which car to follow so you'd have the correct charge /order), 1 lady taking payment and the manager handing out the food at the window. I was done in a hurry with hot food and friendly service. Good job! read more

No coffee brewed at 8am. After waiting in front for 20 minutes my wife went in. She was ignored by 4 non-working employees and when she finally got someone's attention they had completely forgotten about us. Chicken biscuit was ok but dry, potato nuggets were extremely greasy. read more

I ordered the 12 piece nugget via drive thru... Drink was given to me dripping everywhere, fries were cold and only half full, nuggets cold, and she didn't offer any sauce. When I asked for sauce she seemed confused. Not worth my $9 at all...Never going to that location again! The other location is better. read more

Yikes. Bad drive-thru experience. I LOVE Chick-fil-A but wouldn't recommend this location. My daughter's order was wrong (classic instead of grilled). My husband's Chicken Salad Sandwich smelled and tasted like fish and my nuggets tasted very old. Like they had been sitting for at least a day. When we got our food the fries were extremely hot and I thought they would be fresh but they weren't. Everything tasted stale or old. Shame. This would be a very convenient location for us. I hope they get better. I only get on Yelp for very bad and very good reviews. This was bad. :( read more

Chick-fil-a is always great and this location especially. No doubt the friendliest staff of all the Lubbock locations here. Very clean and fast courteous service always! read more
