Ordered the berry parfait in driver through..no strawberries/no granola...came with only 2 blueberries..very disappointed

My go-to Chick-fil-A in town. So far they haven't majorly failed me. Usually my order is fully intact but I have had missing sauces, napkins, and even whole items from my order. I've noticed the bigger Chick-fil-A becomes, the more these kinds of errors happen. But typically they will correct with apologies and replacements. They have two drive-thru lanes and take the orders in person walking through the lanes. I'm usually impressed when they can handle this process without messing something up. Prices have risen, but quality is still there. I'll keep coming back to satiate that craving. read more

This particular location is almost always inconsistent. It's hit or miss. Tonight we waited 20 minutes for a grilled cool wrap with no cheese. I did curbside and still waited 20 minutes. The cool wrap came with cheese and tomatoes-- so aggravating. Then we have a 90 minute drive home and they can't even credit back to my Apple Pay without the card. read more

Will not do catering orders at this location. I have tried a couple of times and always leave frustrated. Either the order is wrong, or they do not have it ready when I arrive and the time slot selected. The most recent time I waited for over 20 minutes. I placed my order 2 days in advance. Intentionally placed an order for chilled items so I didn't have to wait for things to be cooked. There was no explanation, just "sorry this was as soon as we could have it ready." It felt like I was a in convince instead of a paying customer. I had a timeframe I was on, thus the catering order. It would have been faster to just walk in and order then use the catering option. I had a salad delivered which costs me a total of almost $20 and what a disappointment! The lettuce was old and brown and most of it was from the center of the lettuce head which was white to begin with. It's disgusting that a fresh salad can't be made when ordered especially since it's not that difficult. The order was placed at 5 pm. Placed an order in the drive thru last night, they were very fast, friendly and my food was hot/fresh!

I came here early today around 9:30am and didn't realize they're mostly serving breakfast meals. The lady who took my order however, fixed me a regular chicken sandwich with fries. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Also, I'm not sure if this branch is new but it was really clean. I also like how the crews look neat and professional. WHO wouldn't eat here there's no explanation. Just get it I usually get a spicy chicken sandwich, medium fries, or maybe mac and cheese. And for a beverage I sometimes get a cookies and cream milkshake. My sauce choices are Chick-fil-A and Polynesian sauce. The ambience is just ppl talking no music but ya eat here. read more

I consistently have to ask for the correct number of chicken nuggets. They consistently found a small piece of crispy breading as a nugget. Come on Chick Fil A, be better than this. This visit was so disappointing because of the CSR not getting the order right and more focused on a different customer who was complaining (probably about this CSR's order) I had to tell her to focus. It didn't work. This was not up to the standard of CFA. Further, no manager was in sight to complain to so we sucked up the extra charge and went on our way. How could anyone ever rate Chick Fil A less than perfect? It befuddles me. Yes, I have stated all night at a Chick Fil A opening to get 52 free meals and I totally use the coupons they send periodically in the mail and I DEFINITELY dress up on cow appreciation day. So maybe I'm like a Chick Fil A groupie... Sue me. The chicken nuggets though! The perfect ratio of delicious breaking to moist and tender chicken. Who can hate on that? Surely nobody. Ever. And even though I detest mustard I have to admit that the thought of CFA sauce can make me drool. I often opt for Polynesian sauce also. Ok and from someone who hates soft serve ice cream...the icedream at CFA is heaven in a cup/cone. Don't believe me? Try it. I dare you. Ok last rant...the chicken tortilla soup in the fall/winter is the best fast food I have ever eaten. It tastes homemade. It has the perfect amount of spice. I can't wait for it to come back. Everyone is nice, just prefer the other locations. This location just isn't as fast as others yet. I know this company is usually a well working machine, not sure how someone that was behind me ended up in front of me. I thought that in the drive thru it went back and forth, maybe it was the truck in front of me, I'm not sure. I also had to go back because they left out the 12-count nuggets. I walked inside this restaurant in the morning to get service twice now. About 3 weeks apart my visits were exactly the same. Standing at the counter completely ignored by the staff. Two employees sitting at a table chatting and 3 employees behind the counter chatting. No greeting when I walked in and no word when I walked out without being served. Went to this location for the first time during the lunch "rush" and was very impressed with the organization! 2 lines of cars, 3 people taking orders on tablets ( they'd tell you which car to follow so you'd have the correct charge /order), 1 lady taking payment and the manager handing out the food at the window. Yikes. Bad drive-thru experience. I LOVE Chick-fil-A but wouldn't recommend this location. My daughter's order was wrong (classic instead of grilled). My husband's Chicken Salad Sandwich smelled and tasted like fish and my nuggets tasted very old. Like they had been sitting for at least a day. When we got our food the fries were extremely hot and I thought they would be fresh but they weren't. Everything tasted stale or old. Shame. This would be a very convenient location for us. I hope they get better. I only get on Yelp for very bad and very good reviews. This was bad. :( read more
