Awful. Just awful. Stopped in because I needed something fast to eat on my way to work. And they were fast. I was in and out in less than a minute. I'll give them a star for service. Got to work and bit into the bread and it was hard as a rock. Seriously. I've had Jimmy's before at this location and thought they were just OK but this was like biting into stale two-day old bread from Subway. Great staff! Great sandwiches! It can be busy and maybe you don't get food in like 5 seconds but it doesn't take any longer then it should. Plus the staff is usually a little younger which is nice to see the work ethic. Love this place especially if you are craving a homie meal. read more

When they say fast, they mean fast. It takes only minutes, sometimes less to get your fresh food once you order it. Sandwiches are excellent and they make them to your specifications without hesitation. Prices are very reasonable and they do not skimp on the meat like most places. read more

Worst jimmy johns store there is, I used to go to this location all the time and had to trouble ordering. Now I walk in it takes a good 3 minutes to get the cashier to the register and I order, onions and mayo make me sick so I get the sandwich with out them. When I ask for no onions or mayo the cashier always has looks at me like I asked for 100 sandwiches 2 minutes before they close. Then I ask for a side of peppers and he says they don't do sides (I know it's a like because every other jimmy johns I go to has no problem with a side of peppers) also the customer service is horrible I went there today (this is the last time) ordered a sandwich and got the wrong sandwich I asked if this was mine they said yes and I said it was not the sandwich I ordered (I ordered the Vito and got tuna) he said it was and walked away read more

I like Jimmy John's but I won't be ordering from them any more. I work in one of the local offices where the driver will call you down to come get your sandwich when they arrive. Unfortunately earlier this month when I ordered I never got the call, and sandwich was left waiting at the security desk (where someone could have just walked off with it. I check my account today, and the driver has given himself a two dollar tip. I get it's only two bucks, but I never agreed to it. When I called and spoke with the manager, he said he would refund the charge. Situation taken care of, but it's left a bad taste in the mouth, rather than one of sandwichy goodness that should have been today. read more

I'm an admitted Jimmy John's freak. The bread here is some of the best sub sandwhich bread I think I've had. Nice outer crunch and soft middle. I find myself constantly getting the #1 and never getting sick of it. Service is lickety split, sandwhiches are fantastic, and prices are reasonable. read more

I have been a JJ customer for a long time. I literally live across the street from this location and I must say that this particular JJ does not live up to most JJ standards. I have ordered here twice and the first time wasnt terrible but the second time was brutal. I order JJ because its good and fast. Fast being the key word here. My last order took over 40 minutes to make and deliver. They pride themselves on speed but this was just pathetic. I called to cancel the order and the guy o the phone didnt care about pretty much anything. Their deliver is really what separates them from other choices in the area. Now that they cant deliver in a prompt manner means I have other options I will be exploring here on out. They either get my order wrong or deliver late. My work is 5 min away. They were 15 min late today! I have a short lunch and do not expect it to come this late. The guy called saying hes here and he wasnt even here yet. Awful. Did a group order for about 6 people few months ago. They delivered everyone the same sub. Wrong! I've been here more than once to try and give it another chance. Both times I've gotten sandwiches and specifically told them at least 4 times while they were making it NO TOMATOES! Each time I've gotten it back there were heaping amounts of tomatoes as if I told them to add extra, it's fucking ridiculous. When I did confront the guy about it he told me that he didn't hear my request and if I wanted it to be changed I could pay for another sandwich without them, are you fucking kidding me?!? Used to really love Jimmy Johns back in my college days. This location had friendly staff and made our sandwiches quickly, but the bread tasted not as fresh as we usually get and seemed sort of stale. It also didn't have that chewy factor and hint of sweetness I've found their bread to have. The toppings and overall meat on my #4 seemed chinsey too. I was running late so I ordered a sub in to my office about .5 miles up the road. I wait an hour and hen called the location they stated that the online ordering was 45 minutes behind and was going to take another 35 minutes to get to me. I then asked to cancel the order as I was out to my next appointment out the office. He said "ok" and promptly hung up. I think you could have been a little more customer service friendly. I understand that things happen from time to time but, this second time that this has happened from the same location I the last 3 months. I wish they followed what they advertise. read more

I placed an order at the JJ at Store #2682, North Fayette, PA and had to go pick it up as they would not deliver to us (only 2.3 miles away). We were informed it wasn't worth their time (poor decision making on Corporate's part). Once I got to the restaurant, they did have my order ready, however, when the employee rang me up and handed me my receipt to sign, she could not find a pen and proceeded to pull a pen out of another employees hair, which to me in itself, is disgusting. They were laughing and joking around and not even paying attention to me or the other customer who had walked in behind me. Not sanitary at all and I will NEVER order from them again. I used to order from this Jimmy John's almost weekly and some days my sandwich would get here in record time. I didn't ever have to wait more than 15-20 minutes after ordering for delivery to my office which is just a 5 minute drive up the street from this location. Jimmy John's prides itself on fast delivery as far as I'm aware and that is the reason I order from here and not from somewhere else. However, the last two times I have ordered from this location I have waited for my food for nearly an hour. I don't think I will be ordering delivery from here again as I could have driven quite a distance for a more affordable sandwich in less time. read more

This place is much better than Heidi's deli! One of my favorites is the #5 add peppers. It's a really good Italian cold sub on fresh bread. Always busy for lunch because they have good food but they are really fast no matter how long the line looks. Highly recommend it. read more

Called from sky ridge hospital located .6 mi away and they could not deliver because I didn't know the street address and it was no where in the room. First off, I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered the Unwhich because I cannot eat wheat. I got it home and it was on a bun not a lettuce wrap. When you scrape it off the bun there isn't much to it. My husband's sandwich was mediocre at best. They hide the cold cuts. so you can't even see what they look like which is good because the turkey had that iridescent sheen to it. I ordered to go but had to ask for a bag which was so small it would not hold the chips. Fortunately I had a backpack to stuff the remainder of the order in because I had walked a good mile. My advice? Skip this place and go somewhere else. read more

Placed a to go order on Black Friday for my crew at Park Meadows mall. Closing manager and had to take a deposit to the bank so figured I would just pick it up versus delivery. Kept mine in the fridge and ate it when I got home. I don't like tomatoes or onions and the other crap most people typically get on a sub. 8 inch #4; turkey, lettuce and mayo. 2 slices of turkey on the entire sandwich. Really?? I've been here before and I get that it's a typical franchise. But really? I purposefully never go to Subway for similar practices and everything is marginal and frankly just sucks. I'm assuming my coworkers sandwiches were inexcusable as well but they all ate separately as we were very busy all day at work. I get it that this part of Denver is full of crappy chain restaurant everything where a marginal chain like Maggianos is considered "great" Italian food to the locals who are too lazy to drive to NW Denver for the authentic version from a place that's been doing it for 50 years and costs way less and no 30 minute waiting crap for shitty food. I hope whoever owns this sinking ship regrets their decision to open this place because it clearly shows that they already do. Even though my corporation paid the $50 for this travesty it still doesn't change the fact that it was beyond disappointing.
