I called and ordered for delivery over the phone, to a hotel nearby. Realized I didn't give them a phone number, email, or even my name for the delivery cause they didn't ask. But just ordered 1 sandwich. I called 35 mins after to check since I had no confirmation receipt or anything. I was only 2 mins down the road so was wondering why it would take 35 mins. They said the driver is on their way, I wait longer and be patient, I call an hour after placing my order to say my sandwich is still not here. I checked the front desk, outside my door as I gave them the room number, they said they left it at my door and knocked. There's nothing there. I just want to make this post to ensure my refund goes through. I think it would be nice to have some type of confirmation link or make sure it's at the right hotel, for orders over the phone. I had gift card for here that I wanted to use. I still had a remaining balance on the gift card and I knew the exact balance. When I tried to use it, things became sketchy. The guy behind the counter said there was no balance on it, when I knew there was. So I paid with a card and when I got home I called the number on the back of the gift card and there was a zero balance. The guy at store stole the money from my gift card. I'm absolutely livid. I've gone to this location a lot and the past few times I've received sandwiches without the add ons I ordered and one time I was missing a sandwich. On the bright side, the man delivered my missing sandwich to my work about 5 minutes away which was very kind. Along with that I contacted jimmy John's about missing add ons on my sandwich and a man named Logan helped tremendously. His customer service was exceptional and he made things right. I will continue to eat here and hope there is more attention to detail when making online orders. read more

Ordered online and picked up in store. Unfortunately I did not check the bag until I got home. Wrong order! Mine was the only one out at time of pickup so it wasn't busy. Might be one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. I ordered the #5 Vito regular size and for the entire sandwich there was only 2 slices of salami, 1 slice of provolone, 1 singular onion ring, a pinch of lettuce and no oil, no vinegar, with one small pinch of oregano basil in the middle of sandwich. The bread was very stale as well. Don't waste your money here. Firehouse and Jersey Mike's is far better than this excuse of a sandwich shop. read more

Great sandwich with many options to customize. I really like the options to get different sizes - not just foot long or half. Also the toppings are listed so you can just specify while you order the food. Every order comes with a bag of chips but it is not very clear. The bread is really tasty and you get an option to add more meat. Quick and simple. I just wish they provide forks in case you need to cut up smaller portions. read more

First off, the food is always good and of course fast! But that is where this location stops impressing me. As a nice treat for my staff, I like to grab lunch here for them (or have it delivered). And while the delivery folks have only goofed my order up once, the pick-up is always disappointing. Besides the fact that everyone there can't smile, they apparently can't help me bag my subs, chips, etc... I asked for help and the sub maker said that the bags where located right in front of me. Boy - thanks --- I guess I will bag my six subs and never come back here again. Additionally, I have run into other poor attitudes here and have overheard team members actually talk about customers. I do certainly love me some Sammich.... Gargantuan with no tomato extra onion is the only way to go. yes I know I should be doing the healthier option, but it's the closest things I have found to a good east coast sub since I moved here 14 years ago. This location has turned into a disappointment because of their delivery area. They used to deliver to our office then suddenly stopped because it takes longer then 7 mins to get there. Even called the corporate office and found out that that's their "rule" screw that you work in a building of a few hundred people who ordered frequently. I'm truly dumbfounded with all the negative comments. My only assumption is that there has been a change of management. I moved to Lone Tree in October and JJ's is my go to sandwich shop. I always get the beach club add bacon! Today was the first time I ordered delivery and it was great! My sandwich was made they way it should be AND it was cut in half which I always request...That would be my only complaint is that sometimes they forget to do it but it's not going to turn this into a one star review. It happens and it is not that big of a deal. I have never had a bad customer experience at this location. Everyone is always very welcoming! It's clean and always stocked with chips and cookies. Thank goodness for fresh tasting, reasonably priced subs. My first visit to the location nearest me made me realize that I can begin to enjoy quick, non-Subway (bland, thin) sandwiches again. Their french bread was hearty but not tough to eat/bite. The turkey was fresh and had flavor (I know, what a concept). I ordered the Beach Club which has turkey, provolone, avocado spread, sprouts, cucumbers, tomatoes and mayo. It was delicious and the toppings were plentiful and crunchy--when they should be! They didn't scrimp on the ingredients like other chain sub shops sometimes do. My only complaint was the layout of the store. It wasn't easy to form a line or wait for your order. I just went their and not only was the bread stale for the second time in a row, they did not have any sprouts for my Beach club!! I had to purchase my own sprouts from the local grocery store to make the sandwich taste good (how I like it). I usually wouldn't complain about mediocre items such as these but the way the situation was handled was unprofessional and... come on... stale bread and no sprouts! Your sandwiches stand out based on the bread and veggie extras - like sprouts! I mentioned my disappointment with 'no sprouts' and was given an answer that all JJ's have stopped using sprouts until further notice??? Hmmm. Oh, and I was told that there are plenty of veggies already on the Beach Club - uh NO. Sprouts carry that flavor that I was looking for. My wife wanted me to return the sandwich. I usually love JJ's sandwiches, but the young men working at this location, though friendly, seemed not to know the basic sandwich recipes. My husband got a turkey bacon sandwich and not only was I asked if he wanted mayo. (A natural ingredient of the sandwich ) but when we got it home, it had no lettuce and tomato. They asked me several questions about what I wanted on them, and I said I just wanted the menu sandwich the way it always is. I have visited this JJ about 50 times and I don't think I will be returning. First I'll get the positives out of the way. The food taste is consistently good. I always order the Vito and it's always made in what seems like under a minute every time. The customer service here though is borderline awful. I can't say how many times I have been greeted by "sup", "what", silence, and on a couple occasions an eyebrow raise. There seems to be an attitude in the shop of "I hate my job" or something but it is apparent every time I have been there. I would suggest saying hi to your customers with a smile. Goes a long way. I just don't think $8.15 is worth that kind of service for a sandwich. For goodness sake Subway has that down. I heard there is a new firehouse down the street, maybe I'll check that one out. read more

Came here last week on a lunch break for my first time. If you've seen the commercials, you'd expect fast service. Fast service is what you get here... Just ordered a tuna sub with lettuce, nothing too crazy... Very reasonable price for a basic sandwich. While the sandwich wasn't earth shattering by any means, I was very impressed with the service in this quick service joint. There were lots of employees working and even if there weren't any customers to tend to, everyone seemed to be doing something productive be it cleaning tables, stocking shelves with chips or keeping the sandwich making area tidy. The nice young woman at the register was very friendly and vocal about her willingness to help! We couldn't stay and do work like we'd planned because it was absolutely frigid inside. I don't know if this is purely COVID related, but the past two times I have ordered sandwiches they took an hour to get to my house. I know staff is low so I don't mind waiting and I tip big during the pandemic, but today I was left on hold indefinitely for almost ten minutes and I'm pretty sure they forgot I was on the line. As a former Jimmy John's manager, this was the worst experience I have ever had. Two out of the three employees did not care to be there at all. Both looked up (one from the line & the manager from the oven which he was cleaning) and went right back to work without saying a word. The worker on the line was slow in comparison to Jimmy John's standards & the manager was to preoccupied with cleaning the oven to help. Granted, this was at 8 PM, but there was one order ahead of me with 2 sandwiches, then mine of 1 and the manager added a delivery order that happened to phone in and put that on the line. He proceeded right back to the oven, not even offering a hand. The best part is that when I got home, the bread was completely stale to the point I spit it back out (which I have never done). Worst experience ever. We order often to our dealership from this location and the delivery times are horrendous. Almost always 45+ minutes to arrive 1.5 miles away with 3 stop lights at most. I know I will end up going back to this location as it is close to work, but it will never be a first choice in my book. read more

The only reason to order Jimmy John's: convenience. A decent sandwich, but that 'Freaky Fast' delivery is the main appeal. So when it takes 45 minutes to get your meal, it's hard to be anything but disappointed. I've ordered from this location several times before, but doubt I will again. I could have walked to the store, eaten there and walked back in the amount of time it took my sandwich to be delivered. Rude cashier and you seriously charge $1.25 for a freaking pickle? I ordered a veggie sandwich. . . Can't get pickles? The cashier looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for a pickle. Never EVER coming back here. Instead of handing me my change as I put my hand out he puts it on the counter (literally like 2 pennies and a dime) and says there's your change. And when I was trying to count my change he repeated twice how much it was. I know how much it is! I have never felt so rush at a fast food restaurant. Note to the owner, hire friendlier people.
