We were happy our food was delivered on trays instead of packed togo like other locations do. Employees are in the back and out of sight, which makes getting extras like utensils, refills, napkins, condiments etc difficult. there are no self serve items, EVERYTHING is in the back with the employees. I typically wouldn't give McDonald's four stars, but this location certainly deserves it. I didn't grab food here, just coffee --hunting for coffee in Denver at 4:00 AM isn't easy. I can honestly say the staff working here were the friendliest, more polite drive-through workers I've ever seen. It wasn't the typical fake-friendly "Good morning", they were genuinely wanting to serve and help. I drive-through so not sure about the restaurant inside, though it looked like a nice place. I was told at my 3rd window through the drive thru that I was to ask for salt and mustard while ordering my food and not at the pickup window. This is just absurd. Work of advice, have that stuff readily available at windows. The rude lady told me it takes too much time for her at the window, mind you, there was one whole other car in the drive thru at this time. Went here last week through the drive through. The person taking the order didn't really understand the menu. We requested 40 chicken nuggets but she kept saying that is it on the menu and she could only offer us 40 nuggets with 2 medium fries. She finally asked her coworker for assistance to locate the item on her menu screen. She as well as her co-worked didn't wear masks or gloves. When we pulled up the pick up line, the lady that packed our order didn't have a mask or gloves either. We weren't comfortable with that especially during covid pandemic. It makes me wonder if any of the staff prepping the food inside had any masks or gloves on. We basically lost our appetite for our food. The service was fast and the nuggets were hot. No fries! Do not eat here. They did away with the counter inside the restaurant. Now you have to order via a touch screen. Just remember, EVERY person that ate here today touched that screen. "Standard" meals prepared to the menu specs come out correctly but just a minor change is enough to cause them to mess up. It pains me to say this but with all the McDonalds out there looking the way this one did is not ok. We don't go to McDonalds often but our kids, like most kids, love a treat here and there so we stopped at this one to grab a late lunch. This Place needs a deep clean from top to bottom! It's obvious they don't care about appearance and that makes me question what the back of the store looks like where the food is being made. Every employee looked like they had just rolled out of bed and weren't wearing any safety around the food. Then there is the picture I attached...I'm sorry but if I had to stop cleaning to care for customers you better believe that nasty ass bucket of dirty water would have been taken to the back and out of customer eye site. But noooo the employee came back out and continued to "clean" with that same dirty water. I will not be going back to this place until it's been deep cleaned in the front and in the restrooms. I've come here three times. Every single time, it takes forever for the food come. Most other McDonald's I've been to take 2 to 3 minutes, this one usually takes 15 minutes or more. And every time, my order is wrong. Not drastically, but like I'll order grilled chicken and they'll give me crispy, or something like that. I'd say something, but I'm on a lunch break and I don't have all day for them to make a new one. The other thing I've noticed is that they're always playing Fox News on the TVs. It's disturbing that they are playing that right wing propaganda 24/7. The last time I was there, they were reporting on the Neo-Nazi "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, where a Neo-Nazi killed one person and injured 19 others. And the Fox News anchor/host/propagandist was DEFENDING the Nazis. I was sick to my stomach. This is the only restaurant I've been to that plays Fox News on the TV. Most play ESPN or Cartoon Network or Food Network or something non-propagandist. If the manager or owner or someone is reading this, please change the channel to something other than Fox News. This is a burger joint - not fine dining - that's why people come here. So no one is fooled, and you can't even see the kitchen. When In and Out opens this place will hurt. This McDonald's is such a let down. I work nearby and come to this McDonalds occasionally for breakfast or when I get off around 3pm. Their food is rarely fresh, the customer service is horrible and they aren't very timely either. Any time I have come here after work my food has been awful quality. I've received cold and over salted fries many times and poorly assembled food. My last visit I ordered three sandwiches and the first one wasn't even in a wrapper in the bag!! The other two Hot n spicies were soaking in mayonnaise. So much so that I had to wipe them off in order to eat them and the bun was soggy. Disgusting.
