My first Jimmy Johns experience! I dont know why it has 3 stars. I ordered over the phone. I first asked if they delivered to my location. This is crucial as they only have a 1 mile delivery radius. Thats how the delivery is so wicked fast. So be smart and ask first order second. My hubby had the #10 on french bread. Everything was great! I had the same on the 9 grain bread which was very tasty. Its our first dining experience with them although my nephews work in a JJ's in Kennewick. Im very pleased, give it a whirl! read more

On 2/5 we ordered from this establishment using their online ordering. Wasn't ready when we arrived to pick up the order. Next day reviewed my account and was double charged. Contacted them numerous times to have them correct their mistake. Writing this now, because JJ's is normally freaky fast, but now they are freaky inaccurate, freaky unresponsible and just freaky not customer oriented. They denied my claim. When I offered to show them the charge on the account they refused to look. Now, I'm sure it doesn't matter to them, but they have freaking lost my business. The story is that the Jimmy John's on Argonne "owes" me a free sandwich, so I called Liberty lake location to see if they could honor that and she said no. My husband ordered Jimmy John's for me which included a cookie. Was sad to discover upon the delivery's arrival that there was no cookie. I'm pregnant and was starving so I asked my husband to call them for a replacement cookie. When they answered they agreed to send cookie to rectify their mistake. When the bag arrived it was filled with ~10 packets of grey poupon. They pouponed my dreams :'( However, I am pleased to know that Jimmy John's hires those with intellectual disadvantages. Love me their Turkey Tom. Great bread and fresh fixings. Quick in and out. Their staff is always moving and they do a great job of getting you in and out of the place quickly. If you want to stay they have tables. Definitely recommend them for a great sandwich on the run. read more

The Liberty Lake jimmy johns is the absolute worst of them all. They are the most expensive and lowest quality of any jimmy johns I have been to. The staff are sometimes friendly and sometimes they are awful. The quality of the sandwiches are always awful. There is usually always a missing request and the quantity of toppings is always extremely low. When paying 10 dollars for a sandwich you would think that putting a decent amount of lettuce or extra tomatoes when you ask wouldn't be too much to expect. This location should get a new owner and or new staff. read more

Will never go to this JJ's again. All of the employees were working shoulder to shoulder with no masks. The older guy at the register counted money from the till and at one point licked his fingers to get them wet to sift through the paper money. He then put some left over napkins on the shelf above the prep counter and when my order was finished he was the one who got me my drink cups. This JJ's location is definitely not doing their part to help public health. It would be really nice if you chose to error on the side of caution, and not knowingly expose your customers and employees to ongoing public health risks. read more

Okay I feel like all the local Liberty Lake people are going to forever hate me for saying this.. but I was not impressed whatsoever! Maybe it's because I moved here from Los Angeles, where people are much bigger foodies, but this place was really not good. I went in to get a lettuce wrap sandwich or my mom because she has Celiac Disease. There were literally 2 pieces of turkey in it. The lady working there said the only kind of cheese they had was swiss, and they didn't even have regular yellow mustard.. she had to give me packets of it. We had a hard time getting to this place - was one block off and drove through the large shopping center but it did not go out and we ended up 25 feet from the restaurant - then had to drive all around the block to get there but it was worth it. We were greeted happily and made to feel welcome. All the staff had suggestions and I ended up with a number 10 - and it was great - 1/4 pound of roast beef - medium rare. I also got a pickle and they are old fashion ones - meaning they tasted great. My wife had the tuna sandwich - it was also good. Haven't been to this Jimmy Johns in a while...but my experience was better this time 4/5. The gentleman working the register is the reason I rated higher this time around. They don't have name tags on but hopefully he will get recognized. For descriptive purpose, he was the larger guy with short dirty blond hair. I order the #17 and added cheese and avocado. When I got my sandwich, I couldn't see/find the avocado even after peeling back the ham. When I take it back to the counter and let them know I couldn't find the avocado one of the people that made the sandwich pulled back the cheese and showed me a very thinly spread layer of the add on. Definitely not worth the $0.46. It was pretty busy so the guy at the register waited until after the line died down to come over and offer to make things right. I really appreciate that he took the extra effort and showed he cared! It wasn't a big deal after he came over to make me feel important. read more

Besides taking almost 45 minutes to get our sandwiches (we are 5 mins from the store) they were subpar. Bland processed turkey, tiny bits of stone cold/hard bacon and and the whole wheat bread on my slim sandwich was "this close" to stale. Never again. read more

Our office made a group Jimmy John's order online this afternoon, and out of the 6 orders, 5 of them had something missing, or wrong with the order. Orders were missing requested condiments- like mustard, or other items like tomatoes or pickles; the wrong chips were delivered with one order, and we also got an extra soda that no one ordered. We called the restaurant and the person we talked to said that he was "the owner", and that he didn't believe that they had made that many mistakes. Basically calling us liars. He refused to apologize for the mistakes or offer any sort of refund or future discount. We won't be ordering there again. read more

I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THE SANDWICHES HERE. The bread is extremely fresh and has a great texture. I ordered the Italian sandwich, which comes with pastrami, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and ham. They stuff the bread with so much meat and the balance between veggies and meat is awesome. I could not have been happier.
