All of this comes down to basic training or quality check. I cannot imagine it being difficult to look at a receipt of what was ordered and then verify that the food is actually there. This all points to poor management/leadership. We have paid for over $17 in food that we never received, so shame on us for not learning a lesson.

I normally don't eat plant-based meat due to the over use of sodium to flavor, but this was pretty close to an actual cheese steak. There were plenty of mushrooms, onions, and peppers and enough melty cheese to leave me walking away full and satisfied.

So I went to the app and complained again because it's 2 hours after I ordered and now I have to figure out dinner, and noone from 5 guys has even bothered to reach out. Also, I'm out $30 for 1-3 business days until they refund my card. I don't care if the food is good if this is the customer service they provide. Two thumbs down.

Absolutely disrespectful employee base here. I've had to work a basic food service job and I work food industry now as a manager. I would not be so forgiving to this kind of behavior.
