He was professional, friendly, patient, and made the entire experience feel welcoming from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. This is literally the worst run JJ we have ever visited, and I've been to their spots around the country. Ordered online for faster service. Saw they had the new Greek gyros. 15 minutes later, I went to pick up. They don't have any supplies for gyros. Waited 7-8 minutes for them to make an alternative. I don't enjoy it when everything in a sandwich moves around as you bite into it. This happened to me on every bite of my number 7. I'm guessing this happens because they remove the interior of the bread on one side. The meat is also so compact it's kind of hard to bite into. They also don't carry spicy mustard or Swiss cheese. Kind of weird for a sandwich place if you ask me. I haven't been to a Jimmy John's in many years and now I remember why. Sandwich was ok but I get way better sandwiches elsewhere. My daughter had her birthday party at Battle Blast Laser Tag on a Sunday afternoon. We decide to pre-order one of Jimmy John's Party Boxes online! We pre-ordered a week in advanced. This Jimmy John's sandwich shop wasn't too far from Battle Blast Laser Tag! We ended up selecting a 18-piece, third sandwiches party box. Some of the sandwiches included Turkey, Veggie, and Ham! There was plenty of mustard packets provided with the sandwiches too! This was perfect for the party! The party box opened up seamlessly and all of the sandwiches were assembled as placed on the pre-order! I had two sandwiches during the party, a ham and turkey. Both sandwiches had lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. The bread was fresh too! I'd order from this Jimmy John's location again! We had a hot sandwich there and it was exactly what we were looking for! Great service. The mood was very comfortable.

CeCe the Manager is the bestest. I had a wonderful conversation as I was ordering and went up for seconds and thirds. The store is exceptionally clean and under constant review by roving staff members. The food prep area is in clear view from the front and side so you can see your sandwich being prepared which is love. The Kitchen area is spotless as well, as it can be easily seen when ordering. The was no music but it was calm and quiet even with some families that visited both with fun loving children enjoying themselves. The windows are in good condition and i saw three to five people use the restroom with no signs of concern. The sides include chips which were plain, BBQ, and salt and Vinegar. There is a steady stream of drive through and take out orders happening almost constantly. The sandwiches are quality food served promptly so there is little to no time from order to service. It's a comfortable temperature even though it's close to 100 outside so the Air conditioning is working perfect. As well there is ample booth seating on wooden benches with padded backs, each seating for four, with two booths that easily fit six grown adults. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this location before! I've been coming here regularly since they opened years ago & have always enjoyed it! It's usually fast & tasty! The employees are always welcoming & helpful. The restaurant itself is always clean & cheerful. Today I got my usual #6 veggie and my hubby got his usual gargantuan. I am a HUGE and borderline obsessed pickle lover. Had to get the pickle sammich while they had it and was not disappointed. They also had pickle chips I enjoyed! Look, I usually do like this Jimmy John's, but the fact that the girl dropped my dressing on the floor, where everybody steps and then asked the other girl if it's OK and she shrubs sure after me seeing them do it is disgusting. To top it off the girl had gloves on, but when she picked up that dirty ass dressing off the floor, she continued to make sandwiches with those filthy gloves that touch the contaminated dressing container. Stopped going to Jimmy Johns a long time ago (when I saw the CEO photo where he killed an elephant)... and their sandwiches weren't anything special (especially since they got rid of their sprouts add-on.) but Ubereats has BOGO so why not? I used to love Jimmy John's but this location has ruined it for me. First time back here in over a year. Unfortunately, today was not better than the past visits. My wife and I ordered the #9 Italian. They put so much mayo on the inside that we could not bite the sandwich without the meat sliding out of the bread. The outside was also coated with a heavy layer of oil. We were cover with mayo, oil, lettuce. Corporate should retrain the franchise owner or close this store. read more

Well I can say I used to love Jimmy Johns... that has changed after this visit! The pic is a slim 4 which is what I ordered. Apparently comes with 3 slices of turkey. Called the manager and she confirmed 3 SLICES for an 8 inch sandwich! Are you kidding me? she says I know who sliced that I will talk to them, "we are having problems with our slicer today" maybe it didn't meet out weight requirement that is why it didn't fill up the entire length of sandwich... so if you knew who sliced it and you were having problems with your slicer today shouldn't you as a Manager do a quality control for all sandwiches going out? I ordered online for pick-up today at 11:56am I left the store empty handed at 12:20 pm. In the time I was there 3 walk in orders were taken and completed. I had to get back to clients so I left. I must mention that no one was wearing masks correctly for cv19 (noses exposed, masks came off to talk) and the girl on the meat cutter wasn't wearing one at all. I wanted to give them a chance to fix it so I ordered online again for delivery at 12:30 and called to see where the order was at 1:05. The kid in charge wanted me to come back in to get the order. I've been to this location 3 times and all three times not only have they made my order completely incorrect but it took them 5 minutes with absolutely no line to do so. It's actually incredible how any human being can be as bad as the people that work at this Jimmy John's. I thought I learned my lesson the first two times but I was right by it and thought maybe 3rd times the charm but never will visit again. I admit it. I was curious about Jimmy John's because of their commercials. You know, the ones where they talk reeeeally fast. We saw them delivering to neighbors across the street and decided to try it out for ourselves. The first time we ordered delivery, we caught then on a bad day (sort of). Placed the order online, which was great because the website was simple and easy to navigate through. Sometimes I feel it is more convenient than ordering in person and saying "Can I get the Italian Night Club on French Bread with no tomatoes, onions and mayo. Also I would like to add extra Italian dressing and Dijon mustard..... Oh, and maybe some bacon as well. Can you also cut my sandwich in half?" They took 20 minutes to show up at our house, which wasn't too bad. An employee even called to let me know that their driver was running late. That was nice of them. Yes, they do add delivery charges, but who doesn't nowadays? We have ordered delivery from here several times already, and they have always delivered in about 10 minutes. So, I guess they really do have "freaky fast delivery!" All the sandwiches I have tried have been pretty good. My favorite is the #12: Beach Club. The Italian subs are good, but could use more Italian dressing. One thing that really stood out for me was that the sandwiches are clean and hold up very well. Don't you just hate it when you are eating a sandwich and all the ingredients start falling out on the other end? I don't know how they do it, they must have magical bread or something! I have been to the restaurant a few times as well. The dining area is clean and service is fast and friendly. I prefer Jimmy John's over Subway and Quiznos for sure! Clean, upbeat, friendly, and free smells! I got the Gargantuan Unwich, which is a Gluten Free giant sandwich wrapped in lettuce. I added Avo, they taught me the JJ way to order, LOL. This thing was excellent, moist and delicious. I grabbed the two wrapped little sandwich bodies, and asked if they had cut it in half and they said yeah. But when I got home it turned out I had stolen someone's Ham and Cheese. Seems to be my week to break the law. @__@ So I ate it. The bread there is great, too. A sandwich shop that delivers?! I just had my mind blown. Lately I've been on a sandwich kick and luckily while at work my co workers wanted jimmy johns. Had never heard of the place but once they showed me the menu I was hooked, the lulu sounded delicious and when I looked on yelp at the pictures I was sold. What's on the lulu?? Sliced turkey breast, crispy bacon (best I ever had!) lettuce tomato, mayo. Big amount of meat, and the same seasoning as capriottis almost. Why not five stars? They're sandwiches were tiny. Or maybe I'm a fatty and they just seems small? I don't know, I think they were a bit bigger than a subway six inch. The part that really surprised me was there service. Delivered to my work in less than six minutes?! Unbelievable. If I didn't know better I would shave thought this guy made it in his car. How do they make them so fast? I need to know their tricks. It's free for extra mayo, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, sliced cucumber, and Dijon mustard. They have kettle cooked chips which are my favorite. It took me longer to scan through their menu and finally decided on what to order than it took their friendly and very efficient staff to finish putting together my The J.J. Gargantuan sandwich. I was only able to get through 3 Sudoku puzzles while I waited, so they were just as fast as their commercials, except the fast talking part. The J.J. Gargantuan sandwich was hefty (for most), but I finished it even though I wasn't all that hungry. Next time I will swap out the roast beef for more smoked ham. Overall I really like this sandwich shop, plus they are just down the street from where I typically park my car at night, so I predict that I will be back on a regular basis. Four stars!!!
